Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Mendeley bagi Mahasiswa dalam Membuat Sitasi Karya Ilmiah di Amikom Resource Centre Yogyakarta

This Mendeley training aims to facilitate students in making scientific work citations on assignments, theses, theses and so on. The method used to make this training there are three stages, namely the pre-training, on-going training and post-training stages. The result of this paper is that using Mendeley as an application to create written citations makes it very easy for all people, both students and other writers. Mendeley itself is a free software that was created to manage various research and can be used as a data store. In this training, 25 students from Amikom University took part in the Mendeley training. There were two materials that were presented and practiced, namely Mendeley Desktop and Mendeley Reference. Both Mendeley have a number of features in common, but currently most students use Mendeley Reference

MANAJEMEN KONFLIK DALAM ORGANISASI PERPUSTAKAAN SERTA PENANGANAN KELUHAN PEMUSTAKA DALAM LAYANAN INFORMASI

Penelitian berjudul “Manajemen Konflik Dalam Organisasi Perpustakaan Serta Penanganan Keluhan Pemustaka Dalam Layanan Informasi”, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konflik serta manajemen dalam menangani konflik serta untuk mengetahui keluhan dari pemustaka. Metode yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dimana penulis melihat penelitian-penelitian terdahulu baik dari jurnal, buku, artikel, ataupun laporan-laporan yang berkaitan dengan tema yang diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah ada beberapa langkah dalam manajemen konflik seperti Problem Solving, Superordinate Goals, Expansion of Resources, Avoidance, Smoothing, Compromise, Authoritative Command, Intergroup Training, Third Party Mediation. Selain itu ada beberapa keluhan yang diberikan pemustaka salah satunya seperti kurangnya layanan dalam mencari koleksi referensi.Kata Kunci:Manajemen KonflikKeluhan PemustakaKonfli

This research is entitled "Management of Social Media as Branding in Library". This study uses field research methods with a qualitative approach. Where researchers conducted direct interviews with librarians who were at Grahatama Pustaka to ask questions related to what they wanted to study. The purpose of this study is to see how social media management builds Grahatama Pustaka branding. The results obtained in this study were Grahatama Pustaka applying the 7P marketing mix theory to build library branding through social media owned by Grahatama Pustaka. Pre-Service Physics Teacher Conceptions and Visual Literacy to Observe Sky Maps throught Heaven View Media

Learning science, especially learning astronomy subjects, is still very limited in activities carried out by students. The observation of the sky map provided is adequate as a learning media that can support student curiosity and concept understanding of stars for students. The research aims to explore the relationship between students 'conceptions of the stars using a sky map application, students' perceptions of Heaven Above media and visual literacy in the implementation of learning astronomy courses. Research participants involved 72 students who took astronomy lessons. The instrument consisted of a observation sheet and a questionnaire that had gone through the construct and content validation process. Data analysis using quantitative analysis factor analysis and determines normalized gain to descripe an increase in student visual literacy of stargazing. In addition, the calculation of the proportion questionnaire for students 'conceptions of learning and students' perceptions of the heaven view application then analyzes the factors to show the correlation. The result of this research is understanding that a deeper understanding of the concept and experience of maps is a need of students who can support the learning community in learning to observe more interesting stars. Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS) pada Kader Posyandu di Wilayah Puskesmas Cibeureum

Indonesia tengah menghadapi tantangan besar yakni masalah kesehatan triple burden, karena masih adanya penyakit infeksi, meningkatnya penyakit tidak menular (PTM) dan penyakit-penyakit yang seharusnya sudah teratasi muncul kembali. Pada era 1990, penyakit menular seperti ISPA, Tuberkulosis dan Diare merupakan penyakit terbanyak dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Namun perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya pergeseran pola penyakit (transisi epidemiologi). Tahun 2015, PTM seperti Stroke, Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK), Kanker dan Diabetes justru menduduki peringkat tertinggi. Sumber daya yang dibutuhkan untuk mengobati penyakit tidak menular selain membutuhkan waktu yang panjang, GERMAS menjadi momentum bagi masyarakat guna membudayakan pola hidup sehat. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan adanya penyuluhan kepada kader dan dilaksanaknnya senam GERMAS. Hasilnya dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pada ibu-ibu kader tentang GERMAS di Kelurahan Kota Baru Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cibeureum, sehingga selanjutnya kader akan menyampaikan hasil dari pertemuan ini kepada seluruh masyarakat di Kelurahan Kota Baru Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cibeureum

KEMAMPUAN LITERASI MATEMATIKA MODEL PISA PADA KONTEN CHANGE AND RELATIONSHIP DAN QUANTITY

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan soal matematika model PISA (Programme for International Student Assesment) dengan konten Change and Relationship (Perubahan dan Hubungan) dan Quantity (Bilangan). Jenis penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu Analysis (Analisis), Design (Perancangan), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi), Evaluation (Evaluasi). Hasil penelitian yaitu soal PISA dengan menggunakan konten change and relationship dan quantity yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti dari komentar dan saran validator. Kata kunci: Pendidikan matematika, literasi matematika, PISA, change and relationship, quantity

Adaptive Reasoning Based on Microsoft Mathematics

The demands of professional teachers to design technology-assisted learning that can facilitate all students to develop their potential. the fact that the quality of students' adaptive reasoning in solving math problems is still low which has an impact on other mathematical competencies. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the improvement of adaptive reasoning abilities between students who have implemented Search Solving Create and Share learning assisted with Microsoft Mathematics and conventional learning. The method used is quasi-experimental with the non-equivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. Through the Simple Random Sampling technique, two classes were selected, namely class X1 and X2 one of the SMA in Bandung Indonesia. Test instrument: story questions about adaptive reasoning abilities. Analysis using independent T-test data. Result: There is a difference in the improvement in adaptive reasoning abilities between students who using search-solve-create- share learning assisted by Microsoft mathematics compared to conventional learning. Students' difficulties in solving story problems with adaptive reasoning abilities can be minimized by getting used to solving non-routine story problems. Learning search-solve-create-share assisted by Microsoft mathematics accustoms students to convey assumptions, provide reasons for answers, draw conclusions from statements, and students can find patterns of various mathematical problems through multi-interactive media

Risiko Pajak dan Penghindaran Pajak Berdampak Pada Kebangkrutan Perusahaan : Tinjauan Sistematis

The study aims to explain the condition of a corporation if it performs tax evasion as to whether the company remains in good condition or bad condition. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing several journals with national or international standards that have been published within a period of 10 years starting from 2013 to 2021. The results of this study suggest that tax avoidance and tax risks have no effect on company bankruptcy. This is because internal and external control of the company effectively encourages the management to make good tax plans and adherence to tax evasion, so that the policies that have been established do not adversely affect the company in the future. It is hoped that the study will further explore the relationship between tax avoidance and the deep risk of bankruptcy, by viewing more tax accounting strategies that facilitate it and make reference to future research

Mathematic connections through scientific prezi and lectora inspire

The low quality of students in mathematical connections requires learning processes using technology-based. The purpose of the study was to analyze the ability of mathematical connections between students learning scientific based on prezi, lectora-inspire and conventional learning. This study used a quasi-experimental method and a nonequivalent control group design. Involving a sample of 84 students from three senior high school classes which were divided into an experimental group and a control group as a test instrument for mathematical connection ability. The data analysis uses independent T-test, one way ANOVA, and post hoc least square differences test. The finding is that there are differences in the improvement and achievement of mathematical connection skills between students who carry out prezi-based scientific learning, better than students who have lectora-inspiration based learning and conventional learning. Prezi and lectora-inspire scientific learning facilitates students interaction processes to construct concepts, find problems, apply media, and reflect processes so that it can improve students mathematical connection abilities

Analyzing English Sub Summativetest Items (Mid Exam)

The aim of this research is to provide information of English sub summative test items, measuring the validity, reliability, level difficulty, and discriminating power of the test items made by English teacher of SMA Kartini in academic year 2013/2014. The method of this research is descriptive research. The data were taken from sub summative test and students\u27 answer sheets. The sub summative test consists of 20 items in the form of multiple choice. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that as a wholethe content validity of test items is sufficient with percentage is 75%, the point of test reability is 0.34 which is categorized Low (L) reliability, the point of level of difficulty is 55% which is categorized as easy items, and the point of discriminating power showed the percentage of poor items is 30 %, while the satisfactory items are 70 %
