PENEGAKAN HUKUM DALAM MASYARAKAT PLURALISTIK
The existence of law in society is a fact. Many society activities need law in providing legal certainty. Through law many interests relationship in society is not social relationship but to be legal relationship. In modern era, the legal ad ministration and enforcement should be uniform in such state area. But in In donesia, that characterized by pluralistic society, that uniformity of law could be a repression by law, that could not be accommodated legal feeling of socie ty customary law, unwritten law, etc. In the future in facing plurality society like Indonesia, it should be taken into consideration some legal feeling that existed in society in order to prevent the repressive law enforcement.

BUDAYA BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA SMA NEGERI 1 PRAMBANAN
Global research purpose is to describe mathematic learning culture student 1
Government Senior High School Prambanan. Specific research purposes are; (1) to
describe student mathematic learning culture in class learning process. (2) to describe
student mathematic learning culture at home. (3) to describe student mathematic
learning culture in society.
This research is qualitative research. Research has done in 1 Government
Senior High School Prambanan. Collecting data techniques used were participation
observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis in qualitative research is
including 3 main components which are data reduction, data presentation, and
verification.
Research results are (1) Culture of mathematics learning in the learning process
is an effort to follow the learning of mathematics students in accordance with the
norms set by the teacher, in the form of a compliance culture, innovative culture, and
cultural achievement. Compliance culture is manifested in the form of obedience to
the students of learning time, learning discipline, devotion and loyalty to the
discipline of learning, students' willingness to improve the quality of learning and a
sense of completion in the study. Innovative culture in the form of students' habits in
using a variety of ways to solve the problem of learning. Culture is the habit of
student achievement of Senior High School Prambanan to achieve good performance
and mastery learning in mathematics. (2) Student mathematic learning culture at
home is different each other because they have different culture. Different way in
making comfortable situation is caused by student need to make comfortable situation
for learning. This situation is based on family support including giving facility, tools
and infrastructure and also free time to study. (3) Student mathematic learning
process in society is according to society support and tools also infrastructure in it.
Student culture in learning in the middle of society can be done in group, everyday
from 4 pm until 6 pm and following any learning programs
BUDAYA KERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH DAERAH AGRARIS (STUDI SITUS DI SMP NEGERI 2 JATIROTO WONOGIRI)
The purpose of this study was to: 1) Describe the cultural characteristics of
teachers and employees dressed in uniform SMP Negeri 2 Jatiroto; 2) Describe
the characteristics of teachers and staff compliance culture SMP Negeri 2 Jatiroto
at school organizational structure; 3) Describe the cultural characteristics of the
friendship between teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 2 Jatiroto.
This research is a qualitative ethnographic approach. Research carried out
in SMP Negeri 2 Jatiroto Wonogiri. The research data collected in this study
contains information on the results of participant observation and respondent's
answer is the Principal and Teachers SMP Negeri 2 Jatiroto through interview.
Sources of data in this study include: 1) The informant, who consist of the
Principal , teachers, school staff , School Committee, and community
sekitarInforman, which consists of the Principal, teachers, school staff, School
Committee , and surrounding communities; 2) Archives and documents; 3)
archives and documents owned by SMP Negeri 2 Jatiroto relating to the school
profile, vision, and mission; 4) Places and events. Methods of data collection in
this r esearch with interviews, participant observation and documentation.
Based on the results of the study concluded that: 1) the culture of teacher
dressed in uniforms tailored to the rules and regulations that have been defined by
emphasizing the beauty, modesty, neatness and harmony of both individuals and
groups; 2) teacher compliance culture in the organizational structure needs to be
properly configured according to the distribution channel duties and authority of
school organizations; 3) culture among teachers reflects the intimacy of
friendship, togetherness, solidarity and mutual support in carrying out official
duties or outside official work, mutual respect for both old and young

Developing an Instructional Design to Improve Kindergarten Teachers' Competencies in the Perspective of Inclusive Education. This study aims to develop an instructional design set to improve kindergarten teachers' competencies in inclusive education in terms of pedagogic, personal, social, and professional aspects. It was a research and development study involving the stages of predevelopment, model development, product validation. The sample comprised 34 kindergarten teachers selected by the purposive sampling technique. The results show that: (1) the majority of kindergarten teachers do not understand the concept of inclusive education, (2) a set of indicators of kindergarten teachers' competencies in inclusive education and a set of competency instruments and instructional design can be produced; (3) the implementation of the instructional design model is capable of increasing kindergarten teachers' competencies in inclusive education. The instructional design significantly improves kindergarten teachers' pedagogic, social, and professional competencies, but it does not significantly increase the personal competency
Kemahiran Berkomunikasi Lisan Dalam Konteks Instruksional Guru Sekolah Dasar
This research was conducted to describe the oral communication skill in the instructional context of primary school teachers of East Java. An evaluative-survey design was implemented in this study. The sample consisted of 120 teachers from four Karesidenans of East Java selected by area sampling. Data were gathered by observations and recording. The mean measures, analysis of variance and t-test were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that the oral communication skill in the instructional context of primary school teachers was unsatisfactory. In certain aspects there were differences in the level of the skill among subject matters and also between urban and rural teachers. The skill of urban teachers was higher than the skill of rural teacher
Problematika dan Tantangan Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren di Era Informasi
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis masalah yang dihadapi oleh pondok-pondok pesantren yang ada di Gresik dan peran aktif mereka berpartisipasi dalam pelaksanaan tujuan pendidikan nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Pengasuh /pimpinan pondok pesantren, guru/ustadz Pengajar, dan pengelola yang bekerja di basis pendidikan islam tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan teknik diskusi kelompok. Hasil observasi disajikan secara deskriptif. Analisis data hasil wawancara dimulai dengan mentranskrip hasil, melakukan pengecekan ulang, menghilangkan bagian yang tidak diperlukan, dan mengodifikasi hasil untuk dijadikan tema-tema. Data hasil diskusi kelompok disajikan untuk memperkuat data hasil wawancara, dikodifikasi, dan dianalisis. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa problematika yaitu kurangnya tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas, metode pengajaran yang masih bersifat tradisional dan belum banyak variasi, kebijakan kurikulum yang berubah- ubah, fasilitas pendidikan yang belum memadai, dan keuangan pesantren yang belum dapat mencukupi
KONSEP KESELAMATAN AHLU AL-KITÂB Studi Kritis Pemikiran Liberal
Otentisitas al-Qur’an terpercaya sebab diriwayatkan secara mutawatir lafzhi, dan maknawi dan selalu terjaga. Rasulullah saw telah mewariskannya secara sempurna dan memberi contoh pengamalan secara aplikatif, sehingga generasi sesudahnya mudah mengambil pelajaran dalam teori maupun praktek. Dengan pedoman teknis dari rasulullah tersebut para mufassirin mengkodifikasikan al-Qur’an sekaligus disertai maknanya dalam bentuk kitab-kitab tafsîr, dengan metodologi yang mapan.
Teknis pemahaman al-Qur’an yang benar menjadikan baiknya Islam itu sendiri dan terbukti menjadikan umat maju baik urusan dunia maupun akherat. Namun di kemudian hari muncullah pemahaman aneh terhadap al-Qur’an yang sangat berbeda dengan pemahanan salaf al-umah. Meskipun mengatasnamakan Islam namun metode pemahamannya bertolak belakang dengan apa yang dipegangi ulama selama ini, tidak cocok dengan karakteristik al-Qur’an itu sendiri, asing dan sama sekali bukan warisan umat. Pengusungnya menamakan diri sebagai pluralis atau leberalis agama.
Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penulis bermaksud meneliti akar permasalahan yang menyebabkan kaum pluralis atau liberalis berpemahaman demikian jauh dari pemahaman ulama padahal mereka mengaku sebagai muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan meluruskan kerancuan berpikir liberal berdasarkan al-Qur'an dalam perspektif ulama. Metode yang digunakan adalah komparasi berlandaskan metode tafsir ulama.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis bahwa sumber pemikiran liberal berasal dari pemikiran para orientalis, dengan metode hermeneutika. Termasuk di dalamnya pemahaman mengenai ahlu al-kitâb yang dijadikan pintu masuk paham pluralisme agama, ini berarti merupakan intervensikan asing ke dalam tubuh Islam. Paham ini beranggapan bahwa semua agama yang memiliki kitab suci dan terdapat penyampainya, dapat dimasukkan golongan ahlu al-kitâb. Paham ini sangat bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an bahkan juga tidak diakui agama manapun.
Liberal mengklaim bahwa siapapun berhak menafsirkan kitab suci dengan akalnya sendiri, tidak boleh ada klaim kebenaran sebab hal itu bersifat relatif. Lebih jauh lagi para liberalis mengklaim bahwa ahlu al-kitâb atau semua agama dapat dikategorikan menganut tauhid, tidak boleh dikategorikan kafir selama percaya pada tuhan dan hari akhir. Klaim lainnya bahwa mereka tidak perlu mengikuti agama yang haq dan cukuplah berpedoman dengan kitab suci yang telah berubah untuk menggapai keselamatan. Semua penyimpangan ajaran agama ahlu al-kitâb dianggap hal yang wajar, agama mereka dianggap tidak mansukh, dan yang paling parah semua agama berhak atas keselamatan akherat.
Pemahaman tersebut bertentangan dengan banyak dalil al-Qur’an, al-Sunnah, menyelisihi ahlu al-ilmi dan akal sehat serta tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan
Studi Korelasi Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Keluarga Dan Religiusitas Pada Komunitas Remaja Hijabers
Adolescence, individuals experience many changes , both physically , mentally , to changes in social adjustment . These changes cause problems that result in loss of mental balance . Character education in the family is needed by young people to be able to overcome these problems . Religion plays an important role in life . Teens need religion to satisfy the spiritual needs and find rest of his life . Teens who have a religion , is expected to have a good religiosity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between educational character (character building) in the family of the religiosity in adolescents. The hypothesis proposed that there is a positive relationship between character education in families with adolescent religiosity. Measuring instruments used scales, namely religiosity scale and the scale of character education in the family. The results of the study were analyzed using simple regression analysis showed a significant positive correlation between religiosity variable character building . The relationship is indicated by a correlation coefficient of r xy = 0.527 and p = 0.000 ( p < 0.05
