Desain Pembelajaran Untuk Guru Tk Inklusif
Developing an Instructional Design to Improve Kindergarten Teachers' Competencies in the Perspective of Inclusive Education. This study aims to develop an instructional design set to improve kindergarten teachers' competencies in inclusive education in terms of pedagogic, personal, social, and professional aspects. It was a research and development study involving the stages of predevelopment, model development, product validation. The sample comprised 34 kindergarten teachers selected by the purposive sampling technique. The results show that: (1) the majority of kindergarten teachers do not understand the concept of inclusive education, (2) a set of indicators of kindergarten teachers' competencies in inclusive education and a set of competency instruments and instructional design can be produced; (3) the implementation of the instructional design model is capable of increasing kindergarten teachers' competencies in inclusive education. The instructional design significantly improves kindergarten teachers' pedagogic, social, and professional competencies, but it does not significantly increase the personal competency
Persepsi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Syiah Kuala terhadap Perbankan Syariah sebagai Lembaga Keuangan Syariah
The purpose of this research was to find out the perception of economic students to banking syari\u27a as syariá finance institution. The population of this research was the economic student of syiah kuala university level 2003-2007 amounted to 2267 person in three pieces that is accounting department, management department and developed economic department. Based on stratified random sampling 100 person of student were chosen to be target population. Analysis unit was student who had the use of banking syariah product . Methods of data Analysis was validity analysis, reability analysis and proportion analysis.Result of research that used proportion analysis show that the economic student of syiah Kuala University had good (positive) perception to banking syariah. Problematika dan Tantangan Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren di Era Informasi
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis masalah yang dihadapi oleh pondok-pondok pesantren yang ada di Gresik dan peran aktif mereka berpartisipasi dalam pelaksanaan tujuan pendidikan nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Pengasuh /pimpinan pondok pesantren, guru/ustadz Pengajar, dan pengelola yang bekerja di basis pendidikan islam tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan teknik diskusi kelompok. Hasil observasi disajikan secara deskriptif. Analisis data hasil wawancara dimulai dengan mentranskrip hasil, melakukan pengecekan ulang, menghilangkan bagian yang tidak diperlukan, dan mengodifikasi hasil untuk dijadikan tema-tema. Data hasil diskusi kelompok disajikan untuk memperkuat data hasil wawancara, dikodifikasi, dan dianalisis. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa problematika yaitu kurangnya tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas, metode pengajaran yang masih bersifat tradisional dan belum banyak variasi, kebijakan kurikulum yang berubah- ubah, fasilitas pendidikan yang belum memadai, dan keuangan pesantren yang belum dapat mencukupi
Pengembangan Model Modifikasi Perilaku Sosial Melalui Media Belajar Berkonsep Konvergensi Bagi Anak Autis
The study is aimed at developing a model of social behaviour modifaction through a convergence-based learning media for autistic children at special schools. More specifically, the study is to describe (1) conditions and characteristics of autistic children, (2) competencies for language, academic, and pre-academic, and (3) development of the modification media. The study is developmental in two phases, namely (1) pre-development, and (2) development. The subjects are 10 autistic children from Bina Anggita special schools and leading special schools in the province chosen through purposive sampling by grade levels and class activities. The pre-development data are collected through observation and interviews; the development data through theoretical analysis and pre-research. Data are analyzed by a descriptive qualitative technique. Findings show (1) in the pre-development, subjects are (a) able to do a short eye contact, (b) have low pre-academic and academic conditions, and (c) not able to keep eye contact for five seconds, tend to have tantrums, weep for no reason, laugh, self-stimulate, mumble, and have short attention span; (2) convergence-based hypothetical plan for development steps: (a) assessment of social behaviours, (b) development of learning themes and sub-themes, (c) design of convergence-based learning media, (d) procedures of social behaviour modification merged in learning activities, and (e) monitoring and evaluation of outcomes of the subjects' behaviour change
Supervisi Akademik terhadap Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling
The purpose of this research is to discribe the aspects of service in guidance and counseling covering the aspects of planning, qualitics, evaluation and follow up in MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu Regency. The method used in this research was descriptive to described the data more completly. Through the change on preparation guidance and counseling by usingqualitative approach. The result show that; 1) the plann academic supervision was done by MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu; 2) the action of academic supervision was done by MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu; 3) the evaluation of academic supervision was done by MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu; and 4) the follow up of academic supervision was done by MTs Negeri Ketahun North Bengkulu

Problematika Pendidikan Moral di Sekolah dan Upaya Pemecahannya
Sekolah merupakan sebuah lembaga yang berusaha memproses input yang berupa siswa menjadi out put yang tidak hanya menguasai pengetahuan dari salah satu ranah saja, melainkan dari ketiga ranahnya yaitu kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik secara komprehensif termasuk di dalamnya pendidikan moral. Namun Kenyataannya, sering dijumpai penyimpangan perilaku siswa, yang pada akhirnya muncul adanya degradasi moral pada siswa. Sekolah akan bermakna lebih jika sudah menerapkan pendidikan moral pada siswa secara totalitas
