    SUPERVISI AKADEMIK MELALUI BIMBINGAN INTENSIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TUNTAS

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan perilaku dan peningkatan kemampuan guru kelas I-VI dalam menerapkan pembelajaran tuntas melalui supervisi akademik dengan bimbingan intensif di SD Negeri 1 Purbasari pada semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan sekolah (PTS), masing-masing siklus meliputi 4 tahapan yaitu: (1) tahap perencanaan tindakan (planning); (2) tahap pelaksanaan tindakan (action); (3) tahap observasi (observing); dan (4) tahap refleksi (Reflecting). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) melalui supervisi akademik dengan bimbingan intensif secara kelompok dan individu  dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dari kondisi awal tarap serap 67% ke siklus II tarap serapnya 93%  meningkat 26%. 2) melalui supervisi akademik dengan bimbingan intensif secara kelompok dan individu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyusun RPP berbasis tuntas dari kondisi awal tarap serap 68% ke siklus II tarap serapnya 93%  meningkat  25%. 3) melalui supervisi akademik dengan bimbingan intensif secara kelompok dan individu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran  berbasis tuntas dari kondisi awal tarap serap 56% ke siklus II tarap serapnya 91%  meningkat  35%. Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademik, Bimbingan Intensif, Kemampuan Guru, Pembelajaran Tuntas Abstract: The objective of this study is to describe the behavior changes and teachers’ competence in implementing mastery learning through academic supervision with intensive guidance at SD Negeri 1 Purbasari in semester 1 of the year of academic 2019/2020. This study was conducted by using school action research through 4 steps in each cycle; (1) planning, (2) the action stage; (3) the observing; and (4) the Reflecting. The results of this study are: 1) through academic supervision with intensive guidanceboth in group and individual is able to improve teachers’ competence from 67% to 93% increasing 26%. 2) through academic supervision with intensive guidance both in group and individual, it can improve the ability to design lesson plan from the pre conditions of 68% to 93%, increasing 25%. 3) through academic supervision with intensive guidance both in group and individual is able to improve the ability to carry out mastery learning from pre conditions of 56% to 91%, an increasing 35%. Keywords:  Academic Supervision, Intensive Guidance, Teacher Ability, Mastery Learning

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar IPS melalui pemanfaatan kartu kuis Who am I pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Ngadirejo Kecamatan Andong Kabupaten Boyolali Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Sebelum diberikan tindakan, minat belajar IPS peserta didik kurang dan guru sudah mengupayakan alternatif pemecahannya dengan menggunakan beberapa metode. Penerapan metode tersebut ternyata belum mampu meningkatkan pemahaman Sumber Daya Alam dan Sosial Budaya pada anak. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pemanfaatan kartu kuis Who am I. Subjek pelaksanaan tindakan adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Ngadirejo yang berjumlah 28 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observsi sistematis dan wawancara. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan melalui dua siklus. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Indikator kinerja dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah diharapkan dengan pemanfaatan kartu kuis Who am I minat belajar IPS pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Ngadirejo Kecamatan Andong Kabupaten Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 dapat meningkat minimal 80% dari 28 anak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar IPS siswa sebelum diadakan tindakan menggunakan pemanfaatan kartu kuis Who am I sebanyak 6 anak (21,42%). Setelah dilakukan tindakan yang telah disepakati yaitu menerapkan pemanfaatan kartu kuis Who am I pada siklus I minat belajar IPS meningkat menjadi 18 anak (66,6%) dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 24 anak (88,9%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada penelitian tindakan ini, hipotesis yang menyatakan “Diduga melalui pemanfaatan media kartu kuis Who am I dapat meningkatkan minat belajar IPS pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri ngadirejo Kecamatan Andong Kabupaten Boyolali Tahun pelajaran 2012/2013” terbukti dan dapat diterima kebenarannya

Didalam diri seorang karyawan tentunya ada motivasi dan kemampuan kerja. Dengan demikian motivasi dan kemampuan kerja saling berhubungan erat, karena dengan adanya motivasi dan kemampuan kerja yang dimiliki maka seorang karyawan dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik. Karyawan yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaan yang diperoleh akan termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT PLN Persero Cabang Malang Distribusi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Malang Ditribusi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan metode kuantitatifnya menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Dapat diketahui bahwa motivasi, kemampuan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Malang Distribusi Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan koefisien jalur, diketahui koefisien hubungan langsung lebih besar dari koefisien hubungan tidak langsung, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan yang sebenarnya adalah langsung, yaitu motivasi dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Malang Distribusi Jawa Timur.     Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Apakah konsep the genre based approach mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran menulis?, (2) Apakah dengan penerapan konsep the genre based approach dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis discussion text secara efektif pada siswa, (3) Apakah penerapan konsep the genre based approach pada proses pembelajaran menulis mampu mencapai tingkat kepuasan siswa yang maksimal?. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran menulis, (2) mendeskripsikan penerapan konsep the genre based approach dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis discussion text, (3) mendeskripsikan tingkat kepuasan siswa pada penerapan konsep the genre based approach. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dilakukan di kelas XII IPA 3 SMA Negeri I Surakarta dari bulan Juli 2009 sampai dengan Oktober 2009. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bersifat kolaboratif yang melibatkan peneliti sendiri dan guru pengampu mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris kelas XII IPA 3 sebagai kolabolator. Subjek penelitian adalah guru pengampu mapel Bahasa Inggris kelas IPA 3 dan empat puluh peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Rencana pembelajaran setiap siklus disusun oleh guru pengampu dan peneliti. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil refleksi dijadikan dasar untuk menyusun rencana tindakan selanjutnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, pengamatan, wawancara atau diskusi, kajian dokumen, dan tes. Uji validitas data dalam penelitian ini dengan Trianggulasi dan review informan kunci. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis kritis dan analisis komparatif. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut. Pertama penerapan konsep the genre based approach mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan sebelum dan sesudah tindakan kelas dilaksanakan peningkatannya mencapai 20%. Kedua, penerapan konsep the genre based approach dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa secara signifikan nilai rata-rata keterampilan menulis siswa sebelum dilaksanakan penelitian adalah 6.25, setelah dilakukan tindakan akhirnya meningkat menjadi 7.80, terdapat peningkatan sebesar 1.55.     IMPROVING STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKILL BY MIND MAPPING STRATEGY

    This research anxieties with the mind mapping be implemented to improve the speaking skill of the students of Mentari class in elementary level at Fajar English course. In addition, the purposes of this research are to describe how mind mapping can be implemented to improve the speaking skill of the students of Mentari class in elementary level at Fajar English course. This research used Classroom Action Research. This research aimed to apply a strategy to help the students learning to speak effectively. Classroom action research is a research action that uses a specific strategy, uses significant teacher observations and has certain research rules. Likewise, researcher used questionnaires and interviews as instruments. Based on the result of data analysis, the researcher can conclude that in two research cycles, the researcher found strategies to solve problems in the speaking class, such as: brainstorming before starting teaching; show students examples of mind mapping; demonstrate how to make mind mapping, use pictures as initial ideas, use colors, use lines as a connecting topic; Explanation that mind mapping is a visual display of ideas. Branches of sub topics spread from ideas of thought; provide student paper for making mind maps; asking students to say words in mind mapping; asking the students to make paragraph from the topic and apply in mind mapping; giving the students a chance to speak base on mind mapping orally; asking the students to speak up based on mind mapping. The second, the technique was more effective to help them to improve talking. This was proven by the result of the observation checklist, analysis guide of the teacher, questioner, and the students’ score often in the two cycles raised than preliminary study scores. Those scores were no one get 75 (previous score), 17 students or 70% got under 75 score or 8 students’ or 30% passed the minimum started achievement 75 (in cycle 1), and 20 students or 80% passed the minimum standard achievement, 75 (in cycle 2).     This study aims to determine the relationship between student motivation and student achievement. The researcher looked at several problems regarding learning motivation, in which 8th grade students at SMPN 2 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari is less motivated in learning on Integrated Social Sciences subjects and impacts on learning achievements such as Exercise scores, Pr, Daily Exams, Midterm Exams, and Final semester Exams. The type of research used is quantitative research with a correlation approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers include observation and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that based on the overall items of the questions obtained 3.31 This means that students' learning motivation is in good qualifications as expected. From the results of hypothesis testing and data processing there is a relationship between student learning motivation and student learning achievement so that the price coefficient obtained between x and y is 0.56 means in the medium category. Then it can be interpreted that the learning motivation of the 8th grade students at SMPN 2 Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari is in a good level in supporting learning activities on the subject (IPS) Integrated so that it affects learning achievement. "There is a significant relationship between student learning motivation and learning achievement on Integrated (IPS) subjects at grade 8 at SMPN 2 Kec.     Science & Technological Development for Students Entrepreneurship Program, (IbK) is one of Ministry of national Education Directorate of Higher Education program, with the aim to build a culture of entrepreneurship and creation of job opportunities for college graduates through the development and creation of new entrepreneurs both for students and for graduation’s student of universities. Target program is to create five new entrepreneurs independent, which every year supervised as many as 20 entrepreneurs. Incubation process is done by the method of training, internships, mentoring and coaching that are expected the knowledge and skills transfer in developing entrepreneurial character. In addition, to the above method is also facilitated by marketing activities, access to legal and financing and to form community among entrepreneurial students. The result of incubation produces 3 new independent entrepreneurs among others, organic fertilizer, doll-making business and Information Technology Services, which is assessed on the basis of instruments such as clarity of vision / mission and goals; access marketing, sales growth, investment and cash flow growth as well as the legality of the business. During the process of incubation showed that the character of the behavior (behavioral skills) determine the success of entrepreneurial than technical skills (technical skills). For all of this needed incubation model approach which is more oriented on the balance between behavioral skills and technical skills and also managerial skills.     Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar yang perlu untuk ditingkatkan lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi dan membahas tentang peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sekolah sebagai sumber belajar  melalui bimbingan individu  di SDN 163/X Catur Rahayu semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dimana masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022 di SDN 163/X Catur Rahayu dengan subjek penelitian guru sebanyak 6 orang yang terdiri dari guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan persentase dan reduksi data.     This study aims to determine the quality of services provided by the Pelawan District Office to the community and to determine the level of community satisfaction for the services provided by the Pelawan District Office. The qualitative descriptive research design is a mixed qualitative and quantitative one to determine the community satisfaction index from services in Pelawan District, Sarolangun Regency. The results of the study concluded that there are still many dimensions and indicators of customer satisfaction in the unfavorable category so that it can be said that service quality in Pelawan District is also in the unfavorable category, there are 2 dimensions whose categories are not good, namely fairness in getting service and certainty of service costs.     In order to implement the learning process that has been established in the syllabus, the teacher must develop a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). RPP is a handle for teachers in carrying out learning both in class, laboratory, and / or field to achieve every basic competency. Therefore, what is contained in the RPP contains matters that are directly related to learning activities in an effort to achieve mastery of each of the Basic Competencies. But in reality there are difficulties in arranging learning planning tools namely RPP, Prota, and Prosem. The method of activity used is by survey. After being given training in the preparation of learning device planning, the teacher councils are more understanding and able to develop learning devices well again. Increased teacher understanding in developing learning devices increased from 50% to 91.6%. Therefore, the community service activities provided in the form of training provide a useful learning experience according to the needs of the board of teachers and dedicated lecturers. Dedication activities especially in providing this training must continue to be carried out to help improve the skills of the teachers in developing learning devices
