    : This research aim to describe of MBS implementation by principle in SDN 12 Delta Pawan Sub District Ketapang Regency consist of procedure of MBS implementation, principles role as manager in implementation of MBS, supplementary factor and resistor of MBs implementation, and also principles strive to overcome the resistance in implementation of MBS. This Research use the approach qualitative by case study design. Data source are principle, teacher, and school committe. Data obtained by circumstantial interview, observation and documentation. Data analyse conducted by 3 activity path that is reduction, display, and verification. Result of data analysis indicate that the implementation of MBS by principle in SDN 12 Delta Pawan have walked effective enough and as according to policy and school planning covering procedure, the principles contribution as manager, supplementary factor and resistor, and also principles strive to overcome the resistance in implementation of MBS

    This research aim to description about Principals role as educator to increase teachers performance in teaching of SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency including the lesson plan, studying process, and evaluating of study. This research used the qualitative approach by case study desain. Research location is SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency which is located in Matan street, Mulia Baru Countryside, Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency, West Borneo Province. Data Source in this research are a principal and 24 teachers of SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency. Data obtained by interview, observation of non participle and documentation. Data was analysed by three activity, that are reducing, presentation, and verification. According to the result of data analysis indicate that the principals role as educator to increasing teachers performance of SD Negeri 03 Delta Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency good enough including the lesson plan, studying process, and evaluating of study

    : This is a qualitative study and phenomenology approach to describe four points: the school leadership in improving community participation in education; types of community participation in education; the efforts of school principal; supporting factors and obstacles in the principal\u27s efforts to increase community participation in education. Data collection are obtained through in depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis can be concluded that: the principal\u27s leadership in promoting community participation in education through better coordination to all so that the community believes in school and the tendency of leadership behavior is the personal and social competence; community participation in education are dominated by direct participation using power to work; the efforts of school principal to improve community participation in education are work together with teachers to participate in the social and religious activities, have deliberation with school community, be responsible, and establish good communication and serve; the factors that support the community participation in education are community has a positive sight to all people who work at school, and Madura\u27s dialect is as the language of communication. The factors of obstacle of the community participation in education are low level of educational background and economic, and difficult to cooperate in terms of educational responsibilities of parents at home

    This thesis is intended to: 1. To describe the planning of Industry Employment Practices in SMKN 1 Sintang. 2. To describe the orginizing of Industry Employment Practices in SMKN 1 Sintang. 3. To decribe the process of Industry Employment Practices in SMKN 1 Sintang. The methode of this research is Descriptive Qualitative. The researcher locates his research in SMKN 1 Sintang. He found that the headmaster's management of Industry Employment Practices- planning, organizing, actuating, and ealuating- tends to do well as the guidence book of Industry Employment Practices. Hence it increase the students work skills of Motorcycle Technique Depatment of SMKN 1 Sintang. He expects that the management of Industry Employment Practices would directly involve more business and industry world owners in the planning process so that the Industry Employment Practices could run as its Standard of Procedure

    This study was to obtain the condition of managerial competence and competence supervision owned by the principals and the condition of the school's academic achievement as well as to determine the effect of managerial competence and the competence of the academic supervision of the principalto academic achievement. This study used quantitative research methods and did at a public elementary school, with a population of 100 teachers from 20 schools. The data collection is done by using a Likert scale questionnaire and documentary covered and analyzed used SPSS version 18. Before the questionnaire used, did test the validity and reliability. Test the validity of the questionnaire used bivariate correlation.Further,reliabilitytesting used Cronbach alpha coefficients for variables managerial competence is 0.889 And variable competence of supervision 0.795. Research finding shows an average of competence managerial is 4.16; competence of the academic supervision 4.34 and academic achievement 6.91

    This study is focused on academic administrative services that cover the relationship between students and administrative personnel or between teachers and administrative personnel. The purpose of research is to obtain information about (1) the planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring conducted by the headmaster; (2) Constraints and administrative management efforts to improve academic administration services. This study is a descriptive study using qualitative approach. The Subjects were Principals, the deputies of school, KTU, representatives of teachers, students and the school committee. The results showed that: administrative management to improve academic administrative services is in accordance with procedures, systematic, focused; clearly visible of the principal did the planning, organizing, directing and monitoring
