The three-dimensional (3D) structure of proteins is necessary to understand the properties and functions of proteins. Determining protein structure by laboratory equipment is quite complicated and expensive. An alternative method to predict the 3D structure of proteins in the in silico method. One of the in silico methods is homology modeling. Homology modeling is done using the SWISS-MODEL server. Proteins that will be modeled in the 3D structure are proteins that do not yet have a structure in the RCSB PDB database. Protein sequences were obtained from the UniProt database with code A0A0B6VWS2. The results showed that there were two models selected, namely model-1 with the PDB code template 1q0e and model-2 with the PDB code template 3gtv. The results of sequence alignment and model visualization show that model-1 and model-2 are identical. The evaluation and assessment of model-1 on the Ramachandran Plot have a Favored area of ??97.36%, a MolProbity score of 0.79, and a QMEAN value is 1.13. Model-1 is a good 3D protein structure model

Ethinyl estradiol is an estrogen derivative used as contraceptive or hormone replacement therapy to maintain woman’s sexual function. The aim of this study was to examine ethinyl estradiol antioxidative activity and its potency to inhibit protein oxidation by glycocylation reaction. This study was an in vitro assay and its antioxidative activity by H2O2 scavenging, •OH scavenging, metal chelating were measured. Activity as inhibitor of Advanced Oxidation Protein Products (AOPP) was carried out by using glycocylation reaction. Three groups (n=6), i.e P0 control (3 ml of serum), P1 (3 ml of serum + glucose 500 mM), and P2 (3 ml of serum + glucose 500 mM + ethinyl estradiol 0,15gr/100mL) were used in this study. The result of this study showed that H2O2 scavenging, •OH scavenging, metal chelating were 48,889%, 15,139%, 11,538% respectively. For AOPP inhibition, P0 and P1 was different significantly (p0,05), P0 and P2 was not different significantly (p0,05), and P1 and P2 was different significantly (p0,05). It was suggested that antioxidative mechanism from ethinyl estradiol could inhibit AOPP formation generated by glycocylation reaction

According to the declaration of the WHO about the pandemic, COVID-19 is pathogenic in humans. Leaders around the world have implemented strategies to prevent the transmission of this outbreak. The Indonesian government also encountered a similar problem, with the first case of COVID-19 in Indonesia announced around March 2020. Soon after, the number of cases increased dramatically over time. Months later, the Indonesian government distributed the vaccination program throughout the country, reaching more than 70% of the population. As the immune system strengthens, the government is planning a transition from pandemic to endemic based on the condition of each area. Adaptive governance is needed during this transition, and according to that, the local government plays an important role in dealing with the endemic. Further research has been conducted in Surabaya, one of the largest cities in Indonesia with a heterogeneous population. This study used Soft System Methodology to create a model of bureaucracy between local governments in Surabaya, and the results showed that in the relationship between local governments, the mayor of Surabaya Municipality has to be the main commander, with the regional disaster management agency as the leading sector. However, the results showed that adaptive governance in Surabaya has been effectively implemented. This study is expected to be one of the references in preparing for the transition from pandemic to endemic by using an adaptive governance perspective
