Social institutions in the form of “splice”, mutual assistance, remain there despite facing all the change of time, because these institutions are basically able to answer the needs of the community. Social institutions necessary for the preparation of management programs can be synergy, and the implications for the implementation of the program. Involvement and community empowerment can be done with a model of participatory policy-making theory and the theory of metaphore arena, where every stakeholder should be empowered in the arena of decision making

Aktualisasi Nilai-nilai Dasar Pendidikan Karakter Guru SMP Dan SMA Di Kabupaten Sleman

This research aims to determine (1). Measuring the teacher in actualizing the fundamental values of character education in schools through the educational process, (2) The basic values of character education actualizing by teacher through education in schools. (3) Why the basic values of character education need to be socialized in the educational process in schools. The research was conducted on 369 of junior and senior high school teachers in Sleman district which consist of 233 junior high school teachers (136 state junior high school teachers and 97 private junior high school teachers), and 136 senior high school teachers (95 state senior high school teachers and 41 private senior high school teachers). Sampling was conducted by cluster random sampling. This research was conducted with closed and open questionnaire method. Data analysis was performed with the percentage and qualitative analysis. The results showed (1) The actualization of character education in the form of a critical attitude, honesty, responsibility, discipline, compassion and sincerity that made by the junior and senior high school are in very high category. (2) The actualization of the basic values of character education in the educational process carried out by example or imitation, to give an example, admonish, notify, sanctions, and task. (3). The basic values of character education needs to be done by teacher habituation because these values ??are essential and necessary in human life, both for self-development, social and religious

Modifikasi Protein Dedak Jagung dengan Gum Xanthan untuk Pengembangan Sifat Fungsional Menggunakan Ion Kalsium

Interaksi protein dedak jagung dan gum xanthan bertujuan untuk memperbaiki sifat fungsional sehingga dapat diaplikasikan dalam berbagai produk pangan.Metode penelitian meliputi tahapan pencucian lemak, pemisahan isolat dengan teknik pelarutan pada pH 8,5 dan menggunakan NaOH 0,1M protein terlarut dipisahkan dan diendapkan pada pH 4,05 menggunakan HCl 0,1M., penginteraksian dengan gum xanthan dibantu oleh ion kalsium dan dikondisikan pada pH 4,5 sampai pH 9,5.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Produk interaksi protein dedak jagung konsentrasi liquifikasi 10% yang diinteraksikan dengan gum xanthan konsentrasi 0,8% rasio (1:1) pada kondisi pH 8 dengan bantuan ion kalsium sebagai metal bridge memberikan sifat fisiko-kimia dan fungsional terbaik diantaranya kelarutan, water holding capacity (WHC), oil holding capacity (OHC), foam capacity (FC), foam stability (FS), emulsion activity index (EAI), dan emulsion stability index (ESI). Supply of aviation fuel to the pile tank in DPPU Juanda still done by bridger/Skid-Truck, where the distance delivery of aviation fuel from ISG Tj. Perak - DPPU Juanda carried through as far as 35 km. Replacement of the transport system of Briger / Skid Truck by transport through the pipeline aims to avoid congestion, the increase losses, and the required for additional facilities so as to anticipate future business competition, especially in terms of the sale of aviation fuel. Truck the delivery of aviation fuel pipeline through some of them crossing rivers, highways, or railroads. This study takes the point of crossing the river Kalimas Surabaya on Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method. Horizontal directionally drilled is one method that is suitable for applications crossing the river using horizontal drilling technology that direction and the curvature occurs when the drilling process. The result of research produce planning report before installation of avtur pipeline with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method, construction of avtur pipeline and know the pulling load and stress value of as the effect of pulling by Horizontal Directional Drilling machine

Upaya Eliminasi Residu Logam Berat pada Sapi Potong yang Berasal Dari Lokasi Tempat Pembuangan Akhir Sampah dengan Pemeliharaan Secara Konvensional

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan logam berat Pb dan Hg dalam sampah organik dan cara eliminasi residu logam berat Pb dari produk sapi potong (daging dan organ viscera). Dua ekor sapi Peranakan Ongole (PO) jantan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Ransum yang diberikan berupa hijauan rumput Raja dan konsentrat komersial Nutrifeed. Pemeliharaan dilakukan selama tiga bulan. Pada awal pemeliharaan dilakukan pengambilan sampel darah dan feses sapi-sapi tersebut, selanjutnya diambil setiap dua minggu sekali sebanyak tujuh kali pengambilan. Pada akhir pemeliharaan sapi-sapi teresebut dipotong dan diambil sampel daging bicept femoris, hati, ginjal dan usus untuk dianalisis kandungan Pb. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sampah organik terkontaminasi Pb, tetapi tidak terkontaminasi Hg. Kadar Pb pada darah dan feses bervariasi dan cukup tinggi, sedangkan pada produk sapi potong (daging dan viscera) masih terkandung Pb yang cukup tinggi dan masih di atas batas aman untuk dikonsumsi. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah bahwa waktu pemeliharaan konvensional selama 3 bulan setelah dikeluarkan dari TPA belum mampu mengeliminasi kandungan Pb dalam produk sapi potong sampai aman untuk dikonsumsi. PEMBINAAN KENAKALAN SISWA (STUDI SITUS SMA NEGERI 1 JOGONALAN KLATEN)

Modern societies with all of their complexities as the technology development products; mechanism, individualism, and migration to cities created a lot of social problems. Such kind of situation caused social patologic and sociopatic attitudes diverging from general norms. The more increasing and the easier way of getting information about sex as well as the faster information spreading caused teenagers did sexual behavior without getting married. The main focus of this research was ”how was the students delinquency construction of Jogonalan 1 senior high school in Klaten.” This research aimed to: (1) Describe the sexual behavior of Jogonalan 1 senior high school students; (2) Explain where the students of Jogonalan 1 senior high school do the sexual behavior; (3) Describe the character construction of the students of Jogonalan 1 senior high school acting sexual behavior. The analysis technique used was the qualitative descriptive one while the data gathering techniques used in this research were observation and interview. The research finding and discussion showed that there were the same characteristics when the students counducted sexual behavior. They were: (1). Students sexual behavior, the students implemented various kinds of sexual behavior such as: (a) watching porn scenes, (b) holding the chin and speaking anything about sex, (c) holding the sexual organ and asking to do intercourse, (d) holding the buttock, (e) looking for fun in order to touch the girl’s breasts, (f) locking the girl in a class to touch her breasts, (g) masturbating by using a condom, (h) masturbating by using fingers; (2). The students did their sexual behavior in the following places: (a) at school areas; (b) at home; (c) at the tourism places, villas, or hotels; (d) at quiet places such as at their quiet friend’s house, bedroom, school canteen, temple, classroom, and tourism places. (3). The students sexual behavior building was implemented through inviting both the students doing sexual behavior themselves and their parents, guiding them individually or in a group, and giving sanction toward they who repeat their sexual behavior, that was not to move them to the next grade or firing them from Jogonalan 1 senior high school
