Penentuan Leading Sektor Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur
This study aimed to find out how big the contribution of primary sector, secondary and tertiaryto the GDP in each regency / city in East Java, and which became the leading sector in each district/ city in East Java. How the regional economic growth in each district / city in East Java; howstructure and pattern of economic pertiumbuhan between districts and municipalities in East Java.The conclusion of this research are each regency / city in East Java has the potential leadingsectors in accordance with their respective regions. Sectors are said key sectors for growth in thesesectors is higher than the same sector growth in East Java as the reference area. Based on the resultsof the analysis indicate that the economic potential of Blitar City is an area that most sub-sectors ofthe economy has the potential or to the typology "of fast-growing fast forward". Blitar city has 9(nine) sub-sector with a typology of "fast-growing fast forward", the nine sub-sectors include: 1)animal husbandry; 2) railway transport; 3) services allied to transport; 4) post andtelecommunications; 5) the bank; 6) corporate services; 7) general government; 8) private; and 9)social services

The low level of life that is often used as measureof poverty is one of the chain from the emergence of the cycle of poverty. Poverty is a complicatedand multidimensional problem that is inseparable from development and economic mechanisms,social and political force. The aims of this study is 1). Identify socio-economic characteristics ofpoor families in Gending-Probolinggo Regency, 2). To find out what policies are applied in tacklingpoverty, 3). The establishment of the draft and the empowerment of the poor re. determination ofmodel-based Small Industry/Handicrafts (Industri Kecil/Kerajinan/IKK).The research was conducted in Gending-Probolinggo Regency by taking samples of the twovillages, Bulang and Sumberkerang. The research was conducted in Gending-Probolinggo Regencyby taking samples of the two villages, Bulang and Sumberkerang. Samples were taken by 79 familiesof 789 families, with details taken 43 respondents from Bulang and 36 respondents from Sumberkerangdrawn using an area sampling technique and simple random sampling. Data analysis techniquesused are qualitative and quantitative descriptive.From the results of the study concluded that most respondents that the cause is poor becauseof education, low income, most of the respondents are daily livelihood as a farm laborer. Povertyreduction in sub-district perspective: providing the skills, conduct infrastructure improvements inthe village, providing agricultural assistance, provide capital for SMEs, and home repaire. While therespondent's perspective: providing assistance in the form of building materials, capital assistanceto businesses, educational scholarships/means of an inexpensive education for the poor, with manyjobs. Model of empowerment of the poor by developing small industry/handicrafts as an effort toalleviate poverty with an approach that integrates both the aspects of the approach, institutionsinvolved, as well as the methods applied.Keywords: Empowerment of the Poor, Small Industry/Handicraft
Pengelolaan Pembelajaran IPA melalui Penerapan Metode Demonstrasi pada Siswa Kelas IV SD
The purpose of this study was to determine the increased understanding of the concept of sound energy sources in the fourth grade students of State Elementary School 09 Kepahiang through the management imposed a method of learning science by demonstration. This type of research is a classroom action research. The results show that efforts to guide students seek remedy science concepts through demonstrations and group work method makes students more active in learning activities. Students can demonstrate props so it is easy to understand the concept of sound energy source. Final test results indicate an increase, which is the first cycle of the average value of students 45 with mastery learning 45%, the second cycle the average value of students 75 with mastery learning 75%, and the third cycle the value of the average student 95 with learning completeness 95%

The implementation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to decide employee promotion is to give alternative in processing employee assesement in human resources division. Where the concept of the assesment of the employee is an important process that will influence the change of an employee position.In this research, the researcher tries to make a supporting system to decide the change of employee position by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with three criteria that is: behavior criteria (C1), work target criteria (C2), and test criteria (C3).
To assist the construction and development of this system, the researcher use SDLC Waterfall method to build a system framework and system analysis. To design the system the researcher use Unified Modelling Language (UML). To construct the application the researcher use PHP programming language with MySQL database. Then the researcher use Black Box method to test.

Analisis Kecenderungan Keluhan Kesehatan pada Pajanan Medan Elektromagnetik
The impact of electromagnetic field exposure on health is still controversial. Scientific evidence are very few. This study has the objective to add information about that issue. This study has been done at kecamatan Tulangan and Wonoayu Sidoarjo district in a community who live under 500 KV (Extra High Tension) transmission lines. The number of sample were 229 persons and taken by simple random sampling from a group of population between 15 - 49 years old. Electric and magnetic fields are measured using ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) survey meter, and health disorders were asked using questionnaries. The result of this study showed that for electric field exposure there are trends of increasing headache among the group of age 25-34 years and > 35 years old (p = 0,002 74; p = 0,00122) and also among male and female (p = 0,01962; p = 0,00160). Whereas magnetic field exposure gave the same impact for headache among groups age (p = 0,00305; p = 0,00381) and female (p = 0,00015). The increase of vertigo disorder happened among age group between 25 - 34 year old (p = 0,01251) and only among females (p = 0,04297) for electrical field exposure, whereas for magnetic field exposure p = 0,01173 and p = 0,0164. The increase in heart beat disorder only happened among the age group between 15 - 24 years oldfor magnetic field exposure. The conclusion of this study is that the increase of electromagnetic field exposure, so increases the prevalence of health disorders e. q headache, vertigo and heart beat
Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Fisika Berbasis Kontekstual Disertai Cergam Materi Listrik Dinamis SMA Kelas X
The purposes of this research are to know the validity of physics learning module contextual based with characterized stories and the efektiveness of the modul. This type of research is R and D which is development by Borg and Gall (1976). The result of the research was a physics learning modul contextual based with characterized stories which was worthy to use after being validized. The first validity step was doing expert validity. The result of it was 80,86% and can be categorized as valid, or can be used with revision. The second validity step was user validity, the result it was 81,33% and can be categorized as very valid or can be used without revision. The last step was audience validity based on the result of audience vallidity , it was gotten 81,08% which said the effectivity of the modul. The result from the audience validity can be categorized as very efective, and worthy to use in teaching and learning process. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that physics learning module contextual based with characterized stories can use as the interesting teaching materials
