Pengaruh Pola Asuh Orangtu A terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS melalui Motivasi Belajar (Studi pada Siswa Kelas IV, V, VI Gugus 2 Kecamatan Ngantang Kabupaten Malang)
Family has a very important contribution to education because the family is the first and foremost in the world of early childhood education and continuing education of children. Appropriate care will motivate children to obtain optimal learning achievement. This type of research is ex post facto. The sample was 123 students in five schools that are members of the Cluster 2 Ngantang. Data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument of variable patterns of parenting and motivation to learn., While learning outcomes are from the daily tests. The results of the questionnaire will be analyzed using path analysis and assisted with SPSS for Windows version 23. The results of data analysis showed that 1) There is a significant direct effect between parenting on the learning achievement of children and parenting on children learning motivation, 2) There is a significant direct effect between student's motivation to IPS student achievement; 3) There is no direct influence between parenting on student achievement through learning motivation. Variable motivation to strengthen the direct influence of parenting on learning achievement IPS students.Keluarga memiliki kontribusi yang sangat penting terhadap dunia pendidikan karena keluarga merupakan orang yang pertama dan utama dalam dunia pendidikan awal anak dan kelanjutan pendidikan anak. Pengasuhan yang tepat akan memberikan motivasi pada anak untuk mendapatkan prestasi belajar yang optimal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 123 siswa di lima sekolah yang tergabung dalam Gugus 2 Kecamatan Ngantang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen dari variabel pola asuh orangtua dan motivasi belajar., sedangkan hasil belajar diambil dari nilai ulangan harian. Hasil dari angket akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analyzis) dan dibantu dengan SPSS for windows versi 23. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara pola asuh orangtua terhadap prestasi belajar anak dan pola asuh orangtua terhadap motivasi belajar anak, 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar IPS siswa; 3) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara pola asuh orangtua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa melalui motivasi belajar. Pengaruh Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS melalui Motivasi Belajar
Extracurricular activities will have great contribution to develop and accommodate those two factors. The ex post facto design will be employed in this research. Instrument to get data from students extracurricular activities and motivation, concurrently students achievement from students' report book, SPSS for windows version 20 will be employ to analyze score from questionnaire using path analyzis. And the findings are (1) there is significant impact between extracurricular activities to students' achievement in social science and students' motivation, (2) there is significant impact between extracurricular activities to students' motivation, (3) there is non-direct impact between extracurricular activities to students' achievement through motivation. Students' motivation variable was reinforce the direct impact of extracurricular activities to students' achievement in social science.Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berkontribusi dalam kegiatan siswa di sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex post facto. Data menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen variabel kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar diambil dari nilai rapot semester ganjil. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Make a Match Berbantuan Slide Share Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kognitif IPS Dan Keterampilan Sosial
This research is conducted due to the problems faced by the fifth graders of Ampelgading 01 Public Elementary School. They find difficulties in understanding social science subject, indicated by students' learning outcomes. Only 5% students of class pass the Minimum Passing Criteria of 70. Teacher-centered learning decreases the interaction between teachers and students and students with students, which related to the development of social skills such. Therefore, interactive learning model is needed to build good classroom atmosphere and improve students' interactions. One model of interactive learning is a Make a Match.This research used quantitative and quasi-experiment methods, Quasi-experimental design used is nonequivalent control group design, using independent t-test assisted with SPSS 16 software for data analysis.The research result presents following the treatment in experimental class using cooperative teaching model ‘Make a Match' using slide share, average grade of posttest obtained from control group is 66,15 while the experimental class gained the average of 75,18; control class obtained social skills scores with the average of 45 and 61 for experimental class. t test result indicates the cognitive learning measured from gain score of pretest and posttest have significant value of 0.000 and social skills shows significant value of 0.000. It is known that 0.000> 0.05, indicates that is related to the effect of cooperative teaching model ‘Make a Match' using slide share to the social science cognitive and social skill.Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dikarenakan adanya masalah yang dihadapi oleh siswa kelas V di SDN Ampelgading 01. Meraka merasa kesulitas dalam memahami materi mata pelajaran IPS, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai hasil belajar siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM dengan nilai KKM 70 hanya 5% dari jumlah total keseluruan siswa. Pembelajaran guru yang bersifat aksi menimbulkan tidak adanya interaksi antara guru dengan siswa dan siswa dengan siswa, hal ini memicu siswa dalam pengembangan keterampilan sosial. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran interaktif. Salah satu model pembelajaran interaktif adalah model pembelajaran kooperataif Make A Match. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis eksperimen semu, desain eksperimen semu yang digunakan adalah ”non equivalent control group design”, dengan menggunakan uji t-test independent yang dibantu dengan software SPSS 16 dalam menganalisis data. Dari hasil penelitian setelah kelas eksperimen di berikan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif make a match berbantuan slide share didapatkan data postes kelas kontrol rata-rata kelas 66,15 sedangkan kelas eksperimen 75,18, untuk keterampilan sosial skor rata rata kelas kontrol 45 dan kelas eksperimen 61. Data hasil uji t menyatakan hasil belajar kognitif yang di ukur dari gain skor pretes dan postes bahwa nilai signifikannya adalah 0.000 dan untuk keterampilan sosial nilai signifikannya 0.000. Sehingga dapat diketahu bahwa 0.000 < 0.05, dengan demikian dapat di ambil keputusan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif make a match berbantuan slide share terhadap hasil kognitif belajar dan keterampilan sosial siswa
Faktor-faktor Penentu Daya Tarik Wisata Budaya dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keadaan faktor penentu daya tarik wisata budaya yang terdiri dari ke enam faktor yaitu faktor budaya, keunikan, promosi, keramahtamahan, biaya, dan kualitas layanan dan mengetahui daya tarik wisata berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Ponpes Biharu bahri asali fadhoilir rohmah. Sampel penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berunjung ke objek wisata sejumlah 250 wisatawan. Jenis penelitian adalah expos fakto dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analisis faktor eksploratori deskriptif dan regresi yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor budaya menjadi faktor yang paling dominan yang menjadi pertimbangan wisatawan dan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara budaya terhadap kepuasan wisatawan sebesar 23,3%.The purpose of this study was to determine the state of the determinants of cultural tourist attraction consisting of six factors cultural factors, uniqueness, promotional, hospitality, costs, and quality of service and know tourist attraction affect positively significant to the satisfaction of tourists to visit Ponpes Biharu bahri fadhoilir Rohmah default. The sample was berunjung traveler to some 250 tourist attractions. This type of research is expos facto with quantitative research using descriptive exploratory factor analysis and regression located in Malang. The results showed that cultural factors into the most dominant factor into consideration tourists and there is a significant positive influence of culture on satisfaction rating of 23.3 %
Pengembangan Buku Ajar IPS SD Berbasis Kontekstual
Text book is an instructional material which is often used in learning. Text book which is used in learning should be contextual with students' characteristic and environment. The aim of this research is to develop supplement book in learning that is contextual Social Studies Textbooks which is valid, interesting, practical, and effective. Data are collected by questionnaire, test, and documentation. Based on data analysis, it shows that the text book is valid, interseting, practical, and effective to use in learning.Buku ajar merupakan bahan ajar yang sering digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Buku ajar yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran hendaknya kontekstual dengan karakteristik dan lingkungan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan buku suplemen dalam pembelajaran berupa buku ajar IPS SD berbasis kontekstual yang valid, menarik, praktis, dan efektif. Analysis of Differentiation Strategies to Create Competitive Advantages in Facing Global Markets
Facing the era of global competition, every company is required to be able to have a competitive advantage in business both in terms of goods and service. Similarly, with the brand Never Get Old Company jeans. This study aims to analyze the differentiation strategy in the business of Never Get Old Company brand convection in Malang city in creating competitive advantage. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The location of the study was on Uranium road no. 66 Purwantoro, Blimbing, Malang, which is a place of production as well as where to sell jeans products. Subjects of research are owners, employees, customers and business partners. This research uses descriptive qualitative design with triangulation of data source and method. Data analysis using SWOT is preceded by IFAS and EFAS analysis. The research findings indicate that the differentiation strategy performed on brand convention business Never Get Old Company is product differentiation, service differentiation, and brand differentiation. Differentiation is an important factor for the success of a business in achieving competitive advantage. Based on the value of IFAS and EFAS, SWOT diagrams are generated in quadrant 1 that supports aggressive strategies. While the result of SWOT matrix, an alternative strategy that can be used is SO strategy. This suggests that differentiation strategies can create competitive advantage in the Never Get Old Company brand denim business in the face of global markets. The recommendation of this research is that the business owner should provide an outlet to install product displays and create an official website on the Never Get Old Company brand convection business.

Marketing Strategy of Local Wisdom SMEs Roti Durian Panglima
Samarinda is the capital city of the province of East Kalimantan. The city government of Samarinda has been set to utilize and develop the potential of the development of the economy of regions based on natural resources. This article aims to explore the potential effect of natural resources, namely durian fruit in the region melak, to be developed into a product featured locally by formulating its development strategy to be able to compete in the world of business SMEs. The method used in this article is a qualitative approach. The selection of Durian Panglima Bread SMEs as an object of research is based on local wisdom, which is used as raw material in marketed products so as to introduce local potentials. Data collection based on primary data and secondary data that the author has done. Observations were made at the Durian Panglima Bread SMEs outlets in the cities of Balikpapan and Samarinda. the results of this study concluded that the use of local wisdom by looking at existing natural resources can provide much better potential in terms of product development, which can create jobs and prosper the people. In an effort to develop products for UKM Durian Panglima Bread, it takes a long process to reach the current point with 11 outlets and two outlets.The very rapid development of SMEs with high competitiveness requires UMKM Roti Durian Panglima to carry out several marketing strategies, namely the order system, resellers at the beginning of its product, to opening branches in several places. However, it cannot be separated from the technology system to accelerate the process of spreading the brand image through social media. Effects of Influencers on Social Media on Interest in Buying East Java Culinary
This research study is to determine the effect of influencers on social media on interest in buying East Java cuisine. This is important so that consumers' perceptions of the reliability of influencer advertising on social media are known and their effect on audience interest in buying. An influencer's specific strategies and skills that must be adapted to attract consumer purchase intention to be effective across social media are important. This study was designed to examine and analyze the effectiveness of influencer promotions broadcast on social media in attracting consumer purchase intentions. The sample used was 225 respondents who were actively using social media in East Java, consisting of 130 female participants, 95 male participants, and most of them aged 18 to 24 years. Respondents' ratings illustrate that influencers who build their honesty and trustworthiness can change consumer behavior and purchase intentions. Attractiveness and relationship with the product there is a match. Optimism and agreement with the differences in the effectiveness of an influencer's advertising on consumer purchase intentions are also the focus of consumer assessments. The influencer's expertise which is reflected in knowledge and ability also has an impact on purchase intention. The perception of female respondents towards culinary promotions in East Java by influencers is more than that of men, this is due to the frequency of using the internet. Production and Marketing Management of MSME Rattan and Palm Stick Handicrafts Andini
This activity aims to examine the condition of the Rattan and Palm Stick Handicraft "Andini". especially those related to production and marketing systems, business potentials and opportunities, as well as challenges and the government's role in efforts to increase these MSMEs. The visit was made to the Small and Medium Enterprises of Rattan and Palm Oil Crafts "Andini" in Sungai Salak Hamlet, Marga Mulya Village, Rambah Samo District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province with an implementation time of 16 September 2021. The methods used for data collection were observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this visit provide an illustration that snacks in SMEs are still traditional, but there are potentials and potential opportunities in this business. Rattan and Palm Sticks Handicraft "Andini" is economically quite profitable. However, there are still challenges and financial constraints related to working capital felt by MSMEs and the need for local government participation in efforts to increase these MSMEs.
 
The Design of Franchised Retail Stores Environment and Its Influence on Store Loyalty
Franchising is a form of modern retail business in which there is a contractual relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee, where the franchisor is obliged to safeguard the interests of the franchisee continuously in the field of business [1]. When compared with traditional retail stores, franchised retail stores have a more orderly store environment. The design of a retail store environment has distinctive features that distinguishes it from other retail stores. However, whether the attractive retail store environment design affects consumer loyalty in shopping. The purpose of this study is (1) to describe consumer perceptions about the design of franchised retail stores environment, (2) to analyze the influence of franchised retail stores environment partially on store loyalty, (3) to analyze influence of franchised retail stores environment simultaneously on store loyalty, (4) to find out the dominant factors affecting store loyalty, and (5) to find out the difference of consumer perceptions in the city and in the village about franchised retail stores environment. The research design is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 200 consumers of Indomaret franchised retail store in the city and in the village area of Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Data analysis was done using multiple regression and comparing mean with the help of SPSS for Windows version 25.0. The result of research indicates that (1) Consumer perceptions about franchised retail store environment is good with comfortable environment, bright light, cool temperature and quick service; (2) there is significant positive influence of the design of franchised store environment partially on store loyalty, but there is no significant influence of ambient factor on store loyalty; (3) there is significant positive influence of franchised retail store environment simultaneously on store loyalty; (4) the dominant factor influencing store loyalty is design factor; and (5) there is no difference in consumer perceptions in the city and in the village about the franchised retail store environment.
