Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Desa Biontong Kecamatan Bolangitang Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara
The purpose of this study was to determine how much income is obtained by wet-rice farmers in Biontong 1 Village, East Bolangitang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The analysis method used is profit analysis which calculates the difference between revenue and total costs incurred. The results of this study reveal that farming activities generate significant profits and are feasible to cultivate. The relatively high amount of income per hectare gives a positive indication of the profitability of the farm. Therefore, it can be concluded that paddy rice farming in Biontong Village, Bolangitang Timur Sub-district has good potential in providing economic benefits to farmers, and the sustainability of this activity can be considered
Pendapatan Usahatani Selada Hidroponik pada Vheehidroponik di Kelurahan Airmadidi Atas Kecamatan Airmadidi Kabupaten Minahasa Utara
This study aims to calculate the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponics in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from March to June 2023 in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from journals and theses. The method of data analysis is quantitative to calculate the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponics. The results showed that the revenue of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik was IDR3,800,000, while the total costs incurred in lettuce farming in 1 month were IDR782,197, the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Regency was IDR3,017,803 for 1 month
Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Jahe Di Desa Mokobang Kecamatan Modoinding Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This study aims to analyze the income of ginger farming in Mokobang Village, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out for 2 months from July to August 2022. The sampling method used the purposive sampling method with criteria based on farmers who had harvested during the research, taken farmers who harvested the January-June period and the July-August 2022 period with 15 respondents. farmer. The research uses primary data obtained from direct observation and interviews with respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from related agencies, namely the Agricultural Extension Center (AEC) Modoinding District and the Mokobang Village Government. The analytical method used in this research is income analysis and farming feasibility analysis. The results showed that the average income of ginger farming which was harvested in January-June was IDR 2,515,636/Ha with an average land area of 0.61 Ha, while the income earned by ginger farmers who were harvested in July-August was IDR 3,714,610/ Ha with an average land area of 0.29 Ha for one growing season (9 months). The R/C ratio of ginger farmers who harvest in January-June is 1.10 and the R/C value of ginger farmers who harvest in July-August is 1.09. The R/C value obtained is more than 1, this shows that ginger farming in Mokobang Village is feasible to be cultivated
Analisis Keuntungan Usaha Dapur Aisyah Kelurahan Kleak Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado
This study aims to see how much profit Aisyah's Kitchen business in Kleak Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is the survey method. The data required is primary data taken using questionnaires and interviews directly with business owners. The data collected will be tabulated and analyzed. The analytical tools used are profit analysis and R/C Ratio. The results showed that the profit from Aisyah's Kitchen business through the value of the R/C Ratio was 2.24 with the provisions greater than> 0 the business was declared profitable and worth developing. The results of this study can see how much profit per product, see the price per product, so that it can be seen whether it is profitable or not
Pendapatan Usahatani Jagung Di Desa Tumani Selatan Kecamatan Maesaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This study aims to calculate corn farming income in Tumani Selatan Village, Maesaan Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from June to July 2023. Sampling using sample survey method with 16 farmers as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and use income analysis calculations. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis in determining production, revenue and income. The results showed that the average revenue of corn farmers per hectare in South Tumani Village, Maesaan Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency in one harvest was IDR16.588.090. The average income of corn farmers per hectare amounted to IDR8.537.786
Analisis Keuntungan Warung Puput Di Kelurahan Bahu Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado
The purpose of this study was to analyze the profit of Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for 2 months starting from January to February 2023. The research was conducted at Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is a case study. The data used are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from direct interviews with the owner of Puput's warung business using a questionnaire as a tool in data collection. While secondary data comes from supporting data through books, journals, and scientific writings that can support research. This research uses descriptive analysis, the data obtained is then presented in tabulation to facilitate the delivery of research results. This research uses mathematical calculation analysis of total costs, revenue analysis, profit analysis. The results showed that the amount of profit of Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang Subdistrict, Manado City can be categorized as a profitable business with a total income of IDR10.005.000 per week and a total cost of IDR6.872.489 per week, then an income of IDR3.132.511 per week is obtained
Peran Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan Pada Kelompok Tani Padi Sawah Teguh Bersinar Di Desa Kaneyan Kecamatan Tareran Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This study aims to find out and see how the role of field agricultural extension workers, especially in the lowland rice farmer groups in Kaneyan Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in Kaneyan Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency in July 2022. The data collection method was obtained from primary data through direct interviews using a questionnaire, and secondary data was obtained from agencies related to research and various literature that was in accordance with the research objectives. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling (intentionally). Determination of the sample of 10 respondents who are the head of agricultural extension workers and the Teguh Bersinar rice field farmer group. The results of the study showed that the extension workers had carried out their duties properly. This can be seen from the majority of respondents who stated that extension agents had guided and facilitated farmers to be better

This study aims to analyze factors that influence the use of Cyber Extension by agricultural extension workers in Manado City. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained directly from interviews and through questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely agricultural extension workers in Manado City. The number of samples in this study amounted to 30 people with data collection techniques using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the use of Cyber Extension by agricultural extension workers in Manado City are age, education, training, and media ownership
KARAKTERISTIK PETANI BERLAHAN SEMPIT DI DESA TOLOK KECAMATAN TOMPASO
This study aims to determine the characteristics of smallholder farmers in Tolok Village, Tompaso District. The study was conducted in August to September 2019. The selection of samples in this study was carried out purposevley with 33 respondent farmers, namely those who have small size of land of less than 0.5 hectares. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through interviews and observations. Secondary data were obtained from the Tolok Village office, library and the Internet. Data analysis uses description analysis, which describes the characteristics of smallholder farmers and is presented in tabular form. The results showed that farmers who have small size of land with low income and are unable to rely solely on the agricultural sector as a source of income. The non-agricultural sector is also used as a source of additional income to meet their needs.*eprm
KAJIAN PEMBEBASAN LAHAN OLEH PT. PERTAMINA GHEOTERMAL ENERGY TERHADAP NILAI LAHAN DI DESA TONSEWER SELATAN KECAMATAN TOMPASO BARAT
This study aims to determine the value of land that has been released whether it affects the value of land and determine the use of money from land acquisition in Tonsewer Selatan Village, Tompaso Barat Sub-district. This research was conducted in three months, from September to November 2019. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique or census sampling. The samples used in this study were 13 respondents, namely all farmers who own agricultural land who have sold their land so that land conversion has occurred. In this study using primary data obtained from direct interviews with respondents using a list of questions that have been prepared. Secondary data obtained from relevant agencies. The results showed that the value of the land acquired was higher in value than the present land value. This means that the value of land that has been acquired affects the current value of land. The money from the land acquisition has been used for various purposes, namely: for business capital, buying new land, saving, buying vehicles, renovating houses, and for daily needs.*eprm
