The dynamics of certain indicators of nuclein metabolism during hypokinesia in rats of different ages under the influence of sinusoidal modulated currents and measured physical load
The influence of sinusoidal modulated currents was studied and physical loads on the nucleic acid content and the nucleotide composition of the total RNA in muscles of rats of various ages under conditions of hypodynamia were measured. Methodology utilized is described and conclusions are presented
The influence of modulated sinusoidal current on the state of chromatin from neurons of the cerebral cortex of rats in hypokinesia
The biochemical changes under the influence of modulated sinusoidal current in the central nervous system were investigated. The methodology used is discussed, the results are reported in a table, and conclusions are presented
Factorization problem with intersection
We propose a generalization of the factorization method to the case when
is a finite dimensional Lie algebra such that
(direct sum of vector spaces),
where is a subalgebra in , are
-modules, and , are
subalgebras in . In particular, we consider the case when
is a -graded Lie algebra. Using this generalization, we
construct some top-like systems related to the algebra . According to
the general scheme, these systems can be reduced to linear systems with
variable coefficients. For the top-like systems first integrals and
infinitesimal symmetries are found
Atopic Dermatitis Host and Environment Model: Revisiting Therapeutic Options
Atopic Dermatitis affects both children and adults and is a serious health concern in many countries. AD is a complex disease with host and environmental factors underlying its pathology. Its treatment is multidimensional reflecting the diverse nature of its triggers and includes emollients, topical steroids and calcineurin inhibitors among others. Immunological dysfunction can be addressed broadly with systemic immunosupressors and specifically with monoclonal antibodies. Dupilumab, which targets IL-4 and IL-13 was granted approval for treatment of moderate-to-severe AD. Biologics targeting IgE/Th2 pathways may have its role in patients with overlapping AD and asthma. Psychological distress can exacerbate symptoms and is associated with increased severity of AD. Environmental triggers, such as, allergens can be addressed in selected cases with allergic immunotherapy. In this paper, we discuss AD treatment and propose a new step-by-step approach aiming at maintaining disease control and improving quality of life.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio
