MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS RELIGI DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract: This qualitative research with multi-case research design was intended to describe the values of characters implemented at two religion based elementary schools. The data was collected by using in-depth interview, participant observation, and documentation. The data was analyzed through two steps which were individual case data analysis and cross case data analysis. The results of the study suggested that values of the character building were implemented in the school daily life and were integrated into the teaching and learning processes in the classrooms.Keywords: management, characters, education and religion, elementary schools.Abstrak: Penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan multikasus ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter yang diterapkan di dua SD berbasis relegi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi peran serta, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu analisis data kasus individu dan analisis data lintas kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di sekolah dan diintegrasikan ke dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas.Kata Kunci: : manajemen, karakter, pendidikan,dan keagamaan, SD
Peran Fasilitator dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Keterampilan Sosial Peserta Didik Sindrom Asperger di Sekolah Alam Saka Kediri
Asperger's syndrome is a developmental disorder of social interaction, communication and behavior. Asperger's syndrome is also known as the little professor syndrome because it has a unique behavior, way of thinking and communicating. The existence of obstacles regarding social skills experienced by students with social skills requires that schools have the sensitivity to participate in supporting students' social skills. Social and communication skills are very important for students to be able to show their emotions and feelings appropriately. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses behavioristic theory to find out how the role of the facilitator is in improving students' social abilities by assessing the four main activities, namely: making friends, studying, worshiping and doing activities. The role of the facilitator and the natural school concept promoted by the Sekolah Alam SAKA Kediri contribute to changes in students with Asperger's syndrome.
Pemberdayaan Pendidik Pada Sekolah Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang untuk Menulis Karya Ilmiah Berbasis PTK
The problem faced by teachers and principals in the UM laboratory school environment is that teachers do not understand how to carry out research, especially action research. Teachers still feel they need guidance and guidance in terms of: carrying out research and in writing research reports and writing scientific journals. The output of this activity seeks to increase understanding to 40 teachers and school principals about: a) preparation of scientific paper proposals, b) Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, c) writing action research research reports c) good scientific article writing techniques. The methods used in this activity are: a) workshops, and b) intensive guidance. The result of this activity is that this community service activity can be successful. To solidify the results, the next step is to assign participants the task of implementing and disseminating the results of training and workshops in their respective schools. To see the implementation, an outcome evaluation was also carried out by the service team at several schools that were the target of service activities. Based on the evaluation results, most of the teachers have implemented the results of training and workshop. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru dan kepala sekolah di lingkungan sekolah laboratorium UM adalah guru kurang memahami bagaimana melaksanakan penelitian terutama action research. Guru-guru masih merasa memerlukan pembinaan dan pembimbingan dalam hal: melaksanakan research dan dalam penulisan laporan hasil penelitian serta penulisan jurnal ilmiahnya. Luaran kegiatan ini berupaya meningkatkan pemahaman kepada 40 orang guru dan kepala sekolah tentang: a) penyusunan proposal karya ilmiah, b) metodologi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), c) penulisan laporan hasil penelitian action research c) tata cara teknik penulisan artikel ilmiah yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: a) workshop, dan b) bimbingan intensif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat berhasil dengan baik. Untuk memantapkan hasil, tahap selanjutnya diberikan tugas kepada peserta untuk menerapkan dan melakukan desiminasi hasil pelatihan dan workshop di sekolah masing-masing. Untuk melihat implimentasinya, juga dilakukan evaluasi outcome yang dilakukan tim pengabdian pada beberapa sekolah yang menjadi sasaran kegitan pengabdian. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, sebagain besar guru telah menerapkan hasil pelatihan dan workshop
Analisis Permasalahan Pelaksanaan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (Studi Kasus di SMK Cor Jesu Malang)
This study aims to determine the problems in the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) at SMK Cor Jesu Malang. The areas of focus are the curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, and community relations. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data were analyzed by collecting, condensing, presenting data, and finally drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is checked by using triangulation of sources and methods. The result of the study is that the implementation of the internal quality assurance system has been going well, but there are problems in 3 areas, which include curriculum, infrastructure, and public relations. The problem in the curriculum field is that teachers who come from the industry do not yet have the pedagogic ability to develop learning tools. The problem in the field of infrastructure is the lack of staff to manage school facilities. The problem related to the field of public relations is public opinion which tends to assume that vocational graduates are no better than high school graduates
Pengaruh Literasi Digital, Kompetensi TIK dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Performa Mengajar Guru SMP di Kabupaten Banyuwangi
Abstract: To determine the direct and indirect effects of the digital literacy competency, ICT competency and work motivation variables on teacher teaching performance, researcher needs to do thisresearch. The quantitative approach is used in this reseach. SEM PLS are used to data analysis. The analysis shows that digital literacy does not have a direct effect on work motivation with P values greater than 0.5 and t count less than 1.96. Digital literacy positively and significantly has a direct effect on teaching performance with P values less than0.5 and t count greater than 1.96. ICT competence positively and significantly has a direct effect on work motivation with P values less than 0.5 and t count greater than 1.96. ICT competence direcly has a positive and significant effect on teaching performance with P values less than0.5 and tcountgreater than 1.96. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teaching performance with P values less than 0.5 and t count greater than 1.96. Digital literacy has no indirect effect on teaching performance through work motivation with t count less than1.96 and P values greater than 0.5. But, we found that ICT competence has an indirect effect on teaching performance through work motivation with P values less than 0.5 and t count greater than 1.96. digital literacy and ICT competence simultaneously have an effect of 11 percent on work motivation, while teaching performance has an effect of 84 percent.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan pengaruh langsung dan tak langsung dari kompetensi literasi digital, kompetensi TIK dan motivasi kerja terhadap performa mengajar guru merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pendekatan kuantitatif adalah pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SEM PLS. Hasil dari analisis membuktikan bahwa literasi digital tidak memberikan pengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja dengan P values lebih dari 0.5 serta t hitung kurang dari 1.96. Literasi digital memberikan pengaruh langsung, positif, dan signifikan terhadap performa mengajar dengan P values kurang dari0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. Kompetensi TIK memberikan pengaruh langsung, positif, dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan P values kurang dari 0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. Kompetensi TIK memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap performa mengajar dengan P values kurang dari 0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. Motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh yang langsung, positif, dan signifikan terhadap performa mengajar dengan P values kurang dari 0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. Tidak terdapat pengaruh tak langsung dari literasi digital terhadap performa mengajar melalui motivasi kerja dengan t hitung kurang dari 1.96 serta P values lebih dari 0.5. Terdapat pengaruh tak langsung dari kompetensi TIK terhadap performa mengajar melalui motivasi kerja dengan P values kurang dari 0.5 serta t hitung lebih dari 1.96. literasi digital dan kompetensi TIK secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 11 persen terhadap motivasi kerja, sementara terhadap performa mengajar memberikan pengaruh sebesar 84 persen
Evaluasi Program Kampus Mengajar dengan Model Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP)
Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the campus teaching program by using the context,input, process, product (CIPP) evaluation model at the State University of Malang. This research is an evaluative research with a quantitative approach. Data collection was done through a questionnaire created using Google Form and distributed via Whatsapp and Twitter. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The research subjects included Malang State University students who attended the teaching campus 4, totaling 201. The results showed: (1) Evaluation of the teaching campus program with the CIPP model as a whole is in very good criteria, which means that teaching campus activities have been carried out in accordance with campus regulations / guidebooks; (2) Evaluation in the context aspect of the teaching campus program, is in very good criteria, which means that students are able to understand the purpose of implementation, vision and mission and the benefits of the program; (3) Evaluation in the input aspect of the teaching campus program is in the very good category, which means that student needs have been met properly; (4) Evaluation of the process aspect of the teaching campus program is in the excellent criteria, which means that students are able to carry out the teaching campus program at school and are active in all its activities; (5) Evaluation of the product aspect of the teaching campus program is in the excellent criteria, which means that students gain increased skills through this activity; (6) No differences were found in the CIPP evaluation of the teaching campus program based on class, faculty, and gender.Keywords: Program Evaluation; CIPP Evaluation Model; Teaching Campus Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program kampus mengajar denganmenggunakan model evaluasi context, input, process, product (CIPP) di Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket yang dibuat menggunakan Google Form dan disebarkan melalui Whatsapp dan Twitter. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang yang mengikuti kampus mengajar 4 yang berjumlah 201. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Evaluasi program kampus mengajar dengan model CIPP secara keseluruhan berada pada kriteria sangat baik, yang berarti kegiatan kampus mengajar sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan/buku panduan kampus; (2) Evaluasi pada aspek context program kampus mengajar, berada pada kriteria sangat baik yang berarti mahasiswa mampu memahami tujuan pelaksanaan, visi misi dan manfaat program; (3) Evaluasi pada aspek input program kampus mengajar berada di kategori sangat baik, yang berarti kebutuhan mahasiswa sudah terpenuhi dengan baik; (4) Evaluasi pada aspek process program kampus mengajar berada pada kriteria sangat baik, yang berarti mahasiswa mampu melaksanakan program kampus mengajar di sekolah dan aktif dalam semua kegiatannya; (5) Evaluasi aspek product program kampus mengajar berada pada kriteria sangat baik, yang berarti mahasiswa memperoleh peningkatan keterampilan melalui kegiatan ini; (6) Tidak ditemukan adanya perbedaan pada evaluasi CIPP program kampus mengajar berdasarkan angkatan, fakultas, dan jenis kelamin.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Program; Model Evaluasi CIPP; Kampus Mengaja
Hambatan Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Akuntabilitas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri
The aim of this research is to determine the obstacles in implementing an accountability management system in state elementary schools, in the aspects of the curriculum, human resources, educational facilities, school management, students, financing, school environment, and obstacles related to parents. The approach of this research is qualitative research. The location of the research is public elementary schools in Malang City, East Java Province, Indonesia. Purposively, the research sample was determined based on schools that had implemented the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS), totaling 22 state elementary schools. Sources of research data are school principals, teachers, and education staff. The data collection involved interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis. The qualitative data collected were process to ensure reliability and validity. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns, recurring themes, and variations in participant responses. The research results show various domains that hinder the successful integration of accountability management systems. These obstacles can be categorized into curriculum, human resources, educational facilities, school management, students, financing, school environment, and barriers related to parents
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hambatan implementasi sistem manajemen akuntabilitas di sekolah dasar negeri, pada aspek kurikulum, sumber daya manusia, fasilitas pendidikan, manajemen sekolah, siswa, pembiayaan, lingkungan sekolah, dan hambatan yang berhubungan dengan orang tua. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kaulitatif. Lokasi penelitian kualitatif sekolah dasar negeri yang berada Kota Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Secara purposive, sampel penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan sekolah yang sudah mengimplementasikan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI), yang berjumlah 22 sekolah dasar negeri. Sumber data penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini melibatkan dalam wawancara, focus group discussion, dan analisis dokumen. Data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan akan menjalani proses analisis yang ketat untuk memastikan keandalan dan validitas. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola, tema yang berulang, dan variasi tanggapan peserta. Hasil penelitian menuunjukan berbagai domain yang menghambat keberhasilan integrasi sistem manajemen akuntabilitas. Hambatan-hambatan tersebut dapat dikategorikan ke dalam kurikulum, sumber daya manusia, fasilitas pendidikan, manajemen sekolah, siswa, pembiayaan, lingkungan sekolah, dan hambatan yang berhubungan dengan orang tua
Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Inovasi Pembelajaran Saintifik Religius
The role of the principal as a leader is certainly needed in learning activities at school. The role of the principal will lead many teachers to implement learning patterns that are in accordance with the vision, mission, and standards set by the school. This study aims to describe the role of the principal's leadership in innovating religious scientific learning with an integrated model which combines scientific learning with Islamic-based religious learning. The research method used in this study is qualitative multi-site study approach, to find similarities in both sites through interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data was analyzed using a constant comparative analysis approach. The results of the research are (1) the form of learning leadership applied in schools in the implementation of religious scientific learning, (2) the principal's innovation in implementing religious scientific-based learning, (3) the community's support for schools in religious scientific learning
PERPUSTAKAAN SEBAGAI PUSAT SUMBER BELAJAR UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN SEKOLAH YANG UNGGUL
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explain: (1) the application of library functions; (2) library services as a center for learning resources; (3) explain the effort to realize superior schools through library services. This research uses qualitative research with research on the types of research that describe and analyze libraries in schools. Data obtained through interviews with several informants consisting of the head of the library, librarians, teachers and students and the head of SMK 4 Malang. The key informant in this study was the head of the library at SMK 4 Malang namely Mr. Mokhamad Rukhan. Checking data in this study uses credibility techniques. By means of research perseverance, triangulation, extension of observation time, and adequacy of reference materials. The conclusions of this study are: (1) schools that implement educational, informative, recreational, research or research functions, and administrative responsibilities; (2) school library services carry out the functions of system development, media services, production, administration, and training. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan beberapa informan yang terdiri dari kepala perpustakaan, pustakawan, guru dan siswa dan kepala SMKN 4 Malang. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala perpustakaan SMKN 4 Malang yaitu Bapak Mokhamad Rukhan. Pengecekan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kredibilitas. Dengan cara ketekunan penelitian, triangulasi, perpanjangan waktu pengamatan, dan kecukupan bahan referensi. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) sekolah menerapkan fungsi edukatif, informatif, rekreatif, riset atau penelitian, dan tanggungjawab administratif; (2) layanan perpustakaan sekolah menerapkan fungsi pengembangan sistem instruksional, pelayanan media, produksi, administrasi, dan pelatihan. Dampak yang dihasilkan oleh adanya perubahan dan pengembangan tersebut adalah kelebihan yaitu tentang kenyamanan, tempat sarananya, letak lokasi perpustakaanKata Kunci: perpustakaan, sumber belajar, sekolah unggul
