Strategi Promosi dalam Manajemen Pemasaran Pondok Pesantren Al Urwatul Wutsqo Diwek Jombang

Islamic boarding schools as religious education institutions have the main objectives, namely; preparing santri to master the knowledge of Islam (taffaqquh fi al din), then followed by propaganda spreading Islam and the stronghold of the people in the field of morals. Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang includes educational institutions that contribute to the nation by holding promotions to encourage the public to obtain the proper education. The purpose of this study was to determine the promotional strategies in marketing management in the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang. This type of research is field research. The results of the study indicate that the promotion strategy uses tools; electronic media, stickers, banners, wall clocks, calendars, and personal selling. Marketing management through the stages of planning, organization, actualization, evaluation. The supporting factors are vision, motivation from caregivers, santri whose loyalty and totality and promotional tools are quite interesting. The inhibitors are santri / ustadz who are not visionary and semisi with Islamic boarding schools and some weaknesses of promotional tools. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of promotional strategies in marketing management of the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang uses existing management tools and functions in the company's marketing management

Pemberdayaan Remaja Masjid Dan Perannya Dalam Pendidikan Islam

Youth empowerment and mentoring aims to make them a good young generation; namely adolescents who are righteous, faithful, knowledgeable, skilled and have noble character. Manajemen Pengembangan Kompetensi Tenaga Pendidik Di Madrasah

This research aims to analyze the management of competency development for teaching staff at MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the professionalism competency of teaching staff at MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang has reached a good level. This competency development occurs through an effective planning, implementation and evaluation process. Planning is carried out through regular supervision and work meetings to identify teacher training needs. Implementation is carried out through training and workshops which teaching staff must attend every year. Evaluation is carried out after training or workshops to evaluate the achievements and success of teaching staff. Thus, it can be concluded that MA Darul Ulum Bandung Jombang has succeeded in managing and increasing the professional competence of its teaching staff, which is an important basis for improving the quality of education at the institution

Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah Dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Guru di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Ngoro Jombang

This research aims to analyze the managerial competence of madrasah heads in the context of improving teacher performance. Madrasah heads have a very important role in supporting and motivating teachers to achieve better educational outcomes. In addition, an effective madrasa head must have good communication skills, wise decision-making abilities, and be able to create a positive work environment. Managerial competency also includes the ability to motivate and develop teacher staff, as well as manage resources efficiently. Good teacher performance is a key factor in achieving the goals of quality madrasa education. The research objective is first to describe the managerial competence of madrasah heads in improving teacher performance at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan. Second, teacher performance at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan. This research method is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the managerial competence of madrasah heads involves various aspects, including the ability to plan, organize, implement and control. The performance of teachers at MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan has good performance. Teachers are able to create learning tools, manage the learning process effectively by utilizing media and school facilities, and carry out assessments. The managerial competence of madrasah heads has been able to improve teacher performance because they have implemented madrasah indicators which refer to madrasah input, process, output and outcomes

Peran Pustakawaan Dalam Peningkatan Program Literasi Di MTs At-Taufiq Bogem Jombang

Librarians have a very important role in providing assistance for students to utilize and use library materials properly, correctly, and effectively, and librarians are also very influential in increasing student interest in and visits to the library. This study aims to: 1. Describe the role of librarians in developing literacy programs at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem. 2). Describe the Literacy Program's role in increasing student interest and visiting the library at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that: 1). The role of librarians in improving literacy programs consists of: a). Librarian administrators carry out planning, organizing, and coordinating, b) Educators develop a good personality, such as in service, fostering and developing skills, increasing insight, and being able to innovate. c). Manajemen Kurikulum Berbasis Madrasah Di MTs Bahrul Ulum Gadingmangu Perak Jombang

This research to analyze and describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the madrasa-based curriculum at MTs Bahrul Ulum Gadingmangu Perak Jombang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the type of field study research. For data collection techniques through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, to check and examine data from various data collection techniques and existing data sources, the researchers used source triangulation techniques. The results of the research found are: (1) Madrasa-based curriculum planning begins with a meeting at the beginning of the school year and the formation of a curriculum development team. Curriculum planning refers to curriculum components, among others, determining curriculum objectives in accordance with the madrasa's vision and mission, determining learning content or materials, learning processes (methods), learning evaluations carried out by written tests and oral tests, (2) Implementation of a curriculum-based Madrasahs are divided into two parts, namely the implementation of the madrasa level curriculum who is responsible for the madrasah principal and the implementation of the class level curriculum is the responsibility of the educator, (3) Madrasa-based curriculum evaluation is carried out by evaluating the level of curriculum achievement, evaluating the performance of educators related to the implementation of the curriculum at the classroom level and assessment of student learning outcomes

UPAYA GURU PAI DALAM MENGATASI KENAKALAN REMAJA DI SMK AL-KAUTSAR JOMBANG

Juvenile delinquency is a very serious problem, so it must be addressed immediately so that it does not turn into a crime. Teenagers must be trained by instilling Islamic religious education. Through a religious personality, it is possible for teenagers not to commit delinquency or violations so that the lives of teenagers or those around them become calm and peaceful without any disturbance. The purpose of this research is 1. To describe juvenile delinquency in Al-Kautsar Diwek Jombang. 2. To describe the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMK Al-Kautsar Diwek Jombang in overcoming juvenile delinquency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive research design using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the forms of juvenile delinquency at Al-Kautsar Vocational High School, Diwek Jombang included: being late, skipping class, arguing with the teacher, wearing clothes that were not in accordance with the rules, but more often than not, being late and skipping. Some of the causative factors are from within the adolescent due to a lack of sense of responsibility, and external factors such as the family, community/school environment, and technology/mass media. The efforts or efforts made by PAI teachers or the school are divided into three; 1. Preventive such as by making the Duha prayer a habit before entering class, giving appeals after the Duha prayer, being exemplary, adding religious class hours, and supervision ( CC TV and manual and digital absences 2. Curative efforts such as giving sanctions or punishments for teenagers who commit delinquency, placing adolescents in activities that these adolescents are capable of, 3. Development efforts such as giving advice, making approaches, and counseling

KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI MTS MIFTAHUL ULUM CERMENAN JOMBANG

Kepemimpinan sangat dibutuhkan di dalam suatu madrasah terutama kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah juga dibutuhkan untuk suatu mutu pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari madrasah. Tujuan penelitian:1. Mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang.  2.Mendeskripsikan mutu tenaga pendidik di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desaian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan Data Reduction, Data Display, dan Conclusion Drawing. Hasil penelitian: 1. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang sudah cukup baik. Beliau bertanggungjawab terhadap lembaga di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang. Disini gaya yang digunakan kepala madrasah untuk memimpin yaitu dengan menggunakan gaya demokratis yaitu dimana kepala madrasah selalu mendekatkan diri dengan para guru, siswa dan para pegawai madrasah dengan tujuan untuk membimbing atau mengayomi para guru agar melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya. 2. Kepala madrasah merupakan orang yang sangat berperan penting dalam kualitas atau mutu dari madrasah itu sendiri. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan kepemimpinan dari kepala madrasah untuk melakukan peningkatan mutu dari tenaga pendidik. Kinerja tenaga pendidik dapat dilihat dari kinerja tenaga pendidik sebagai sesuatu yang dicapai, prestasi yang diperlihatkan, kemampuan kerja penggunaan sumber daya untuk mencapai tujuan dalam pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Hal ini yang dilakukan di MTs Miftahul Ulum Cermenan Jombang dimana kepala madrasah menempatkan tenaga pendidik sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki tenaga pendidik itu tersebut karena dilihat dari keprofesionalan
