TINJAUAN YURIDIS TENTANG PROSES BERACARA DI MAHKAMAH KONSTITUSI MENGENAI PERSELISIHAN HASIL PEMILIHAN UMUM ANGGOTA LEGISLATIF
Skripsi ini membahas tentang proses beracara perselisihan hasil pemilihan umum anggota legislatif di mahkamah konstitusi. Penelitian hukum ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penyelesaian perselisihan hasil pemilihan umum anggota legislatif di Mahkamah Konstitusi dan untuk mengetahui kendala dalam permohonan penyelesaian perselisihan hasil pemilihan umum anggota legislatif di Mahkamah Konstitusi dan bagaimana solusinya. Penelitian hukum ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, dengan data menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, mekanisme penyelesaian PHPU Anggota Legislatif di Mahkamah Konstitusi dapat dikelompokan lima tahapan, yaitu: (1) Pengajuan Permohonan; (2) Registrasi Perkara; (3) Penjadwalan dan PemanggilanSidang; (4) Pemeriksaan Perkara; dan (5) Putusan dan kendala dalam Permohonan penyelesaian Perselisihan Hasil Pemilihan Umum Anggota Legislatif di Mahkamah Konstitusi dapat dikelompokkan dua tahap, yaitu: (1) Batas Waktu Pendaftaran Permohonan; dan (2) Batas Waktu Pemeriksaan dan Pembuktian
CABLE NEWS NETWORK (CNN) ARTICLES CLASSIFICATION USING RANDOM FOREST ALGORITHM WITH HYPERPARAMETER OPTIMIZATION
The growth of news articles on the internet occurs in a short period with large amounts so necessary to be grouped into several categories for easy access. There is a method for grouping news articles, namely classification. One of the classification methods is random forest which is built on decision tree. This research discusses the application of random forest as a method of classifying news articles into six categories, these are business, entertainment, health, politics, sport, and news. The data used is Cable News Network (CNN) articles from 2011 to 2022. The data is in form of text and has large amounts so good handling is needed to avoid overfitting and underfitting. Random forest is proper to apply to the data because the algorithm works very well on large amounts of data. However, random forest has a difficult interpretation if the combination of parameters is not appropriate in the data processing. Therefore, hyperparameter optimization is needed to discover the best combination of parameters in the random forest. This research uses search cross-validation (SearchCV) method to optimize hyperparameters in the random forest by testing the combinations one by one and validating those. Then we obtain the classification of news articles into six categories with an accuracy value of 0.81 on training and 0.76 on testing
Analisis Resepsi Sportivitas Pemain Game Pro Evolution Soccer 2017
Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) is an offline soccer game played by two players.
Games in the sports game genre such as Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 have
become a lifestyle for teenagers and even adults because they can provide
satisfaction and comfort and this game is still popular. This research was
conducted to find out how the motives and goals of players carry out
sportsmanship when playing the game Pro Evolution Soccer 2017. The purpose
of this research is to find out the motives, reasons and goals of sportsmanship
carried out by users when playing games. The theory used in this study is the
phenomenological theory put forward by Alfred Schutz with the in-depth
interview method. The results of this study conclude that because of motive,
namely players taking action to play games based on motives in the past which
are the reasons or encouragement to play the game Pro Evolution Soccer 2017,
namely fond of soccer, the intensity of playing sports games. Meanwhile,
related to the in order to motive, namely players taking actions to play
sportsmanship based on motives in the future, underlying the goals of players taking actions to play sportsmanship are respecting the rules and interpreting
sportsmanship, sportsmanship in games and the real world, to playing games
with sportsmanship
Proses Penyelesaian Perkara Desersi Secara In Absentia Di Pengadilan Militer(Studi Kasus Di Pengadilan Militer Iii-13 Madiun)
The crime of desertion has the main characteristic of being absent without
permission from a military officer at a place determined for him, where the
military should be in a unit to carry out official duties. This absence can take
the form of traveling somewhere, hiding yourself, crossing an enemy,
entering another country's military service, or leaving him intentionally. the
process of settling desertion cases is often found to be several obstacles,
namely one of them who commits a crime of desertion cannot be found
which causes the inspection process to be carried out without being present
(in absentia). in absentia, namely the examination carried out so that the
case is immediately resolved quickly for the sake of the discipline of
soldiers in order to maintain the integrity of the troops. Including in the case
of delegation of cases which were not examined because they had fled from
the start and were not found again in 6 (six) consecutive months from the
date of delegation of case files to the court.

BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF NEURAL BASIS EXPANSION ANALYSIS FOR INTERPRETABLE TIME SERIES (N-BEATS) FOR RESEARCH TREND MAPPING
Bibliometrics is the statistical analysis of articles, books, and other forms of publication. The bibliometrics analysis is performed with data on the number and authorship of scientific publications and articles, and citations to measure the work of individuals or groups of researchers, organizations, and countries to identify national and international networks and map developments in new multidisciplinary fields of science and technology. In addition, bibliometrics assesses and maps the research, organization, and country of researchers at a given time period. The Bibliometric analysis also has advantages which include mapping relationships between concepts, mapping research directions or trends, mapping state of the art (the novelty of the results of research conducted), and providing insights related to fields, topics, and research problems for future works. This study aims to determine the growth and development of N-BEATS publications, their distribution, variable keywords, and author collaboration using a bibliometric network. The research method used in this paper, through screening of articles obtained from the Scopus database page in 2008-2022, is used for citations in the form of metrics. At the same time, they are visualizing the metadata with VOSviewer. Data was collected from the direct science database with the keyword N-BEATS. The results show that 2022 has the highest number of publications, reaching 310 publications (14.90%). The distribution of research publications on N-BEATS shows a perfect distribution. Terms in the N-BEATS variable that often appear and are associated with other variables
