PERANCANGAN INFRASTRUKTUR JARINGAN KOMPUTER UNTUK MENDUKUNG IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PADA UNIVERSITAS TEKNOLOGI SUMBAWA
The purpose of this writing is to be able to recognize the performance of the design of computer networks of Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa which has been built in simulator OPNET Version 14.5, from which the design of a computer network consists of two designs specifically design of computer networks using Cable Media and Wireless Media (Access Point). The study begins by analyzing the current situation of the computer network and discovers the circumstance of utilization of computer networks had not been optimal as the condition of the computer network infrastructure of Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa rector is only found in the main building itself. The process of analysis and design of computer network infrastructure uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). The comparison outcome of the design with the Cable Media in the Simulator has Page Response Time 82,3% faster than using Wireless Media and delay point of Cable Media is 19,1% lower than Wireless Media. Therefore Cable Media is able to be considered as one of preferences by the Executive Board of Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa to develop Computer Network Infrastructure for integrating entire existing building within the campus area in order to support the implementation of the information system
RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING HASIL PELATIHAN TENAGA KERJA DI DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI (DISNAKERTRANS) KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BERBASIS ANDROID
This research was conducted with the aim to design and build an Monitoring Application for Manpower Training Results in the Android Based Manpower and Transmigration Office of the Sumbawa Regency (DISNAKERTRANS). The above program is intended so that DISNAKERTRANS can know and evaluate the quality of the training that has been carried out and know the quality of further training. The data collection method in this research is literature study and interview, while for the software development method the researcher uses the waterfall method. This application will be built in hybrid form by utilizing a smartphone as a user device and the database of this application uses MySql. The application testing method of the study is black box. This application is useful for the DISNAKERTRANS Sumbawa district to monitor the results of workforce training and find out the level of success in the process of implementing workforce training.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Aplikasi Monitoring Hasil Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja Di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Sumbawa (DISNAKERTRANS) Berbasis Android. Program di atas dimaksudkan agar pihak DISNAKERTRANS dapat mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kualitas pelatihan yang telah dilakukan serta mengetahui mutu pelatihan selanjutnya. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi pustaka dan wawancara, sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan perangkat lunak peneliti menggunakan metode waterfall. Aplikasi ini akan dibangun dalam bentuk hybrid dengan memanfaatkan smartphone sebagai perangkat pengguna dan database dari aplikasi ini menggunakan MySql. Adapun metode pengujian aplikasi dari penelitian adalah black box. Aplikasi ini bermanfaat bagi pihak DISNAKERTRANS kabupaten sumbawa untuk memonitoring hasil pelatihan tenaga kerja dan mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dalam proses pelaksanaan pelatihan tenaga kerja.
 
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Sastra Lisan (Lawas) Khas Sumbawa Berbasis Android
This study aims to convert data from Sumbawa Lawas (Oral Poetry) which are currently preserved in the form of books for changes to digital forms. This study uses spiral software development methods and programming languages using Android Studion 2.3.3 as well as SQLite databases targeting Android users version 5.0 (Lollipop). The method of data collection uses a literature study technique with data sources from Boan Lawas book by publisher Usman Amin Trussmedia with ISBN 978-602-0992-88-4 and uses black box testing methods whose testing is done by testing software in terms of functionality. The results of this study are the Android-based for Sumbawa Lawas Application that can be accessed through the Play Store which is equipped with history, type, poetry and meaning and about the application so that it can provide information for Sumbawa indigenous people and people outside Sumbawa
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pengenalan Aat Musik Tradisional Sumbawa Berbasis Android
Penelitian bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Aplikasi Pengenalan Alat Musik Tradisional Sumbawa Berbasis Android agar dapat di manfaatkan sebagai media belajar bagi masyarakat luas khususnya generasi muda Sumbawa serta menjaga tradisi Tana Samawa. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Metode Studi Pustaka, Wawancara dan Observasi serta menggunakan Spiral Methode sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak. Aplikasi Pengenalan Alat Musik Tradisional Sumbawa Berbasis Android ini dibangun dengan Android Studio versi 3.0.1 dan basis data SQLite versi 3.8.2 sebagai Database Management System (DBMS) dengan target minimum Android versi 4.4 (Kitkat). Adapun metode pengujian menggunakan metode pengujian Beta Test yaitu pengujian yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pertanyaan kepada pengguna aplikasi secara langsung. Dalam Aplikasi Pengenalan Alat Musik Tradisional Sumbawa Berbasis Android terdapat informasi tentang jenis alat musik, cara pembuatan alat musik dan cara memainkan alat musik. Aplikasi pengenalan alat musik tradisional Sumbawa ini telah dapat diakses dari Android Market yaitu Google Play Store
PENGARUH MANAJEMEN INOVASI PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN MA-BATUTER (MANAJEMEN APLIKASI BACA TULIS TERTINTEGRASI CERITA) PADA PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI (PAUD) TAAMASA SUMBAWA
This study aims to examine differences in the management of innovation in the MABATUTER education program (Management of Integrated Reading and Writing Applications) for studentsmanagement conditions carried out by schools conventionally and digitally.The research method used was a qualitative before-after experiment, namelycompare the assessment of parents of students related to program managementMA-BATUTER education carried out conventionally with the after conditionimplementing digital applications developed independently byby PAUD TAAMASA Sumbawa. The research data were obtained from 10 sampling peopleparents of students using a score-based assessment instrument on the aspectread, write, and retell. To determine the effectiveness of different testsusing non-parametric statistics through Wilcoxon test, gain score test. Resultt-test research and gain score of MA-BATUTER education program with applicationdigital is proven to be effective in improving students' ability to understand the content of the storyand can retell the information received in order to trainintelligence sensors of children from an early age.Penelitian bertujuan menguji perbedaan manajemen inovasi program pendidikan MABATUTER (Manajemen Aplikasi Baca Tulis Tertintegrasi Cerita) pada anak didik dalamkondisi pengelolaan yang dilakukan sekolah secara konvensional dan secara digitalisasi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif experiment before-after yaknimembandingkan penilaian orangtua anak didik terkait pengelolaan programpendidikan MA-BATUTER yang dilakukan secara konvensional dengan keadaan setelahdiimplementasikannya aplikasi secara digital yang dikembangkan secara mandiri oleholeh PAUD TAAMASA Sumbawa. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 10 orang samplingorangtua siswa dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian berbasis skor pada aspekmembaca, menulis, dan menceritakan kembali. Untuk menentukan efektifitas uji bedamengunakan statistik non parametrik melalui uji wilcoxon, uji gain score. Hasilpenelitian uji-t dan gain score program pendidikan MA-BATUTER dengan aplikasidigital terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemampuan anak didik dalam memahami isi ceritaserta dapat menceritakan kembali informasi yang diterimanya dalam rangka melatihsensor intelegensi anak sejak usia dini
RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING DAN EVALUASI PENYALURAN DANA SOSIAL DI DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BERBASIS WEB
This study aims to design and build a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Application for Distribution of Social Funds in the Web-Based Sumbawa Regency Social Service in order to assist the Social Service in the Field of Facilitation and Social Security Facilitation in reporting or evaluating the conditions of social funds as well as monitoring changes recipient of social funds in Sumbawa Regency. Data collection methods used in this study are interviews, observation and literature studies and using spiral methods as a method of software development. This application was built using the Hypertext Propocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL database as a Database Management System (DBMS). This application can help the Social Service in the Field of Facilitation of Protection and Social Security in reporting or evaluating the conditions of social funds while also carrying out the process of monitoring changes in recipients of social funds in Sumbawa RegencyPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Aplikasi Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) Penyaluran Dana Sosial di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sumbawa Berbasis Web agar dapat membantu Dinas Sosial di Bidang Fasilitasi Perlindungan dan Jaminan Sosial dalam melaporkan atau evaluasi terhadap kondisi dana sosial sekaligus juga melakukan proses monitoring perubahan penerima dana sosial di Kabupaten Sumbawa. The purpose of this writing is to identify the results of the analysis and the design of Application of Loss Signs Certificate (SKTLK) built by using Waterfall method, it is chosen because this method is a conventional and systematic model, sequential in building application software. The research begins with the stage of analyzing, designing, coding and testing. Although in the testing phase this application is merely able to run within the Localhost network, nevertheless it has provided the expected output as a basic concept for the presence of more complex and integrated application development, where the results of this study are expected to be one of the suggestions that contributes to the decision of the Highest Policy Holder on The Sumbawa Police Force to expand various applications within the Sumbawa Police Resort as one of the steps to improve the public service to the community

This study aims to design and build a Web-Based Academic Information System of SMK Negeri 3 Sumbawa in order to (1) Assist Curriculum section work in managing school academic information which was previously still manual by printing and pasting on the bulletin board, so that the information system built makes curriculum part work is more effective and efficient. (2) Facilitate students and teachers in obtaining schoolrelated academic information such as student data, teacher data, lesson schedules, value data whenever needed. This research belongs to descriptive qualitative research. The use of descriptive type is intended as a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by describing the state of the subject and object under study at present based on facts that are visible and as they are. Development of information systems with PHP programming languages and MySQL databases. In this study using the method of software development extreme programming, data collection methods with observation, interviews, and literature studies, system modeling using a structured model namely ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and DFD (Data Flow Diagram), while testing the system with the black box method testing is testing the system in terms of functionality
Tata Kelola Administrasi PKK Desa dengan Pengembangan Sistem Informasi BerbasisWeb
Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Desa merupakan tingkatan terbawah dan terdekat yang langsung bersentuhan dengan keluarga dalam masyarakat. PKK Desa Uma Beringin dalam tata kelola administrasinya masih belum terdigitalisasi, laporan tahunan, program kerja, keuangan, dan tata kelola surat-menyurat semuanya masih konvensional menggunakan tulisan manual dalam buku catatan besar. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi untuk mengakomodir tata kelola administrasi. Tujuannya agar pengelolaan administrasi PKK Desa Uma Beringin menjadi lebih teratur dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dan metode pengembangan System Development Life Circle dengan model Rapid Application Delevopment. Proses perancangan sistem dilakukan secara terstruktur, dan dibangun menggunakan framework Codeigniter. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebuah Sistem Administrasi PKK Desa Uma Beringin yang memudahkan pengelolaan administrasi PKK berupa pengelolaan program kerja, keuangan, suratmenyurat, berita, dan laporan tahunan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berhasil mentransformasikan sistem administrasi PKK Desa Uma Beringin yang manual menjadi sistem terkomputerisasi berbasis web.Codeigniter. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebuah Sistem Administrasi PKK Desa Uma Beringin yang memudahkan pengelolaan administrasi PKK berupa pengelolaan program kerja, keuangan, suratmenyurat, berita, dan laporan tahunan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berhasil mentransformasikan sistem administrasi PKK Desa Uma Beringin yang manual menjadi sistem terkomputerisasi berbasis web

This research aims to design and build an Android-based healthy life promotion Media application in order to be utilized by the Health Department (DIKES). The research method used is a qualitative method of descriptive analytic and the method of data collection used in this research is the method of interviews, observations, and literature studies as well as using the method of spiral as Software development methods. The Android based healthy Live promotion Media app is built using the Java programming language and MySQL database as the Database Management System (DBMS). In the application of Healthy life promotion Media based on Android will be around especially in Sumbawa district can facilitate the viewing of health information wherever and whenever in the form of digital Media.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Aplikasi Media Promosi Hidup Sehat Berbasis Android agar dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Dinas Kesehetan (DIKES). Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitik dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka serta menggunakan metode spiral sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak.
