Development of predicting model for safety behaviour based on safety psychology and working environment
The increasing trend of occupational accident due to unsafe act and unsafe condition especially in construction site suggests the need for more proactive safety assessment model. Therefore this research aimed to establish a prediction model of safety behaviour based on safety psychology and working environment factors in construction site. Theory of Planned Behaviour (TpB) was adapted to examine on the prediction model of safety behaviour among construction workers using safety psychology representing unsafe act and working environment factors representing unsafe condition. A modified perception questionnaire named Safety Psychometric Model (SPM) was proposed based on TpB questionnaire and safety attitude questionnaire (SQA). Previously, the approach has successfully applied in health care and manufacturing sector. The questionnaire has been validated by three industrial and academic experts. A total of 554 respondents among 92 construction site were selected as the subjects for analysis. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) was use for analysis purpose which involve correlation, regression and structural equation analysis. The results demonstrated that safety psychology and work environment factor was related positively with safety behaviour intention. The elements of workers’ attitude, subjective norm and perceived control that form the safety psychology context found to be significantly has the ability to predict safety behaviour. The demographics variances of personal and education background, working experiences and training background also determine as the factors of safety behaviour of the construction workers. The research also successfully established a safety behaviour prediction model that named Safety Psychometric Model. The model can be benefited by safety practitioners, organizations and researchers to explore the safety behaviour prediction. It also enhanced the knowledge in the area of employee behaviour prediction and modelling
Dampak Pengetahuan Perpajakan, Kesadaran, Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepatuhan Membayar Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan
The community must pay taxes to support the country's development program. This study examines the effect of tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, and service quality on taxpayer compliance in fulfilling tax obligations. The research sample comes from individual taxpayers who have met the requirements in the Taxpayer provisions. Respondents comprise 150 taxpayers spread over several Bandung, West Java Province areas. The quantitative data the researchers obtained from the respondents were then processed using a different statistical approach with multiple linear regression analysis models. Quantitative data processing uses SPSS version 23 statistical data processing application. The results show that, first, tax knowledge affects taxpayer compliance. Second, the taxpayer's understanding of tax provisions affects taxpayer compliance. Third, the quality of service from the tax authorities affects taxpayer compliance in fulfilling tax obligations.

Abstrak
Masyarakat memiliki kewajiban membayar pajak untuk mendukung program pembangunan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan, kesadaran Wajib Pajak, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap ketaatan Wajib Pajak memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan. Sampel penelitian berasal dari wajib pajak orang pribadi yang telah memenuhi syarat dalam ketentuan Wajib Pajak. Responden terdiri dari 150 wajib pajak yang tersebar pada beberapa wilayah di kota Bandung, Propinsi Jawa Barat. Data kuantitatif yang berhasil peneliti peroleh dari para responden selanjutnya diolah menggunakan pendekatan statistik diferensial dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data kuantitatif menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan data statistik SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertama, pengetahuan perpajakan memberi pengaruh pada ketaatan Wajib Pajak. Kedua, pemahaman wajib pajak tentang ketentuan perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap ketaatan Wajib Pajak. Ketiga, Kualitas pelayanan dari fiskus mempengaruhi kepatuhan wajib pajak memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan.

Implementasi Fuzzy Sugeno Dalam Menentukan Jurusan
Abstract - This research focuses on the implementation of the Fuzzy Sugeno method in the decision system for determining student majors at Madrasah Aliyah Teladan Ujung Kubu. This system is designed to help students choose majors that suit their abilities and interests. The Fuzzy Sugeno method is used to process student score data and produce the right decisions. This research identifies fuzzy variables, develops membership functions, formulates fuzzy rules, and carries out the inference process. Student grade data is used as input in the system, and the Fuzzy Sugeno method is used to calculate the final score. The results of these calculations allow the system to provide recommendations for majors that best suit the student's abilities. Thus, the implementation of the Fuzzy Sugeno method in this research makes a positive contribution in making it easier for students and schools to select majors that are more accurate and in line with students' abilities. This system can be used as an effective tool in decision making in the field of education. Abstrak - Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada implementasi metode Fuzzy Sugeno dalam sistem keputusan untuk menentukan jurusan siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Teladan Ujung Kubu. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu siswa memilih jurusan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan minat mereka. Metode Fuzzy Sugeno digunakan untuk mengolah data nilai siswa dan menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi variabel fuzzy, mengembangkan fungsi keanggotaan, merumuskan aturan fuzzy, dan menjalankan proses inferensi. Data nilai siswa digunakan sebagai input dalam sistem, dan metode Fuzzy Sugeno digunakan untuk menghitung skor akhir. Hasil perhitungan tersebut memungkinkan sistem untuk memberikan rekomendasi jurusan yang paling sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa. Dengan demikian, implementasi metode Fuzzy Sugeno dalam penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memudahkan siswa dan sekolah dalam proses pemilihan jurusan yang lebih akurat dan sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa. Sistem ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu yang efektif dalam pengambilan keputusan di bidang pendidikan
APLIKASI JABATAN FUNGSIONAL AKADEMIK DOSEN BERBASIS WEB STUDI KASUS INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI TELKOM<br>(APPLICATION OF FUNCTIONAL ACADEMIC LECTURER POSITION WEB BASED CASE STUDY TELKOM INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY)
ABSTRAKSI: Jabatan fungsional akademik (JFA) merupakan suatu cara penentuan status jabatan seorang dosen dalam sebuah institusi perguruan tinggi. Struktur jabatan fungsional akademik ini memiliki peran dan fungsi yang vital dalam menjalankan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi baik untuk menghasilkan kinerja dengan kualitas yang diinginkan dari setiap dosen. Setiap jabatan fungsional mempresentasikan lingkup kerja dan tanggungjawab disertai dengan tingkat kewenangan tertentu dalam menjalankan Tridharma Pendidikan yang terangkum dalam pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dalam struktur jabatan fungsional, seorang dosen untuk menduduki sebuah jabatan haruslah mengumpulkan angka kredit. Angka kredit ini mempresentasikan satuan nilai dari tiap butir kegiatan yang diberikan berdasarkan penilaian atas prestasi yang telah dicapai oleh seorang dosen dan dipergunakan sebagai salah satu syarat dalam rangka pembinaan karir dalam jabatan fungsional dosen. Untuk mengajukan angka kredit kenaikan jabatannya di Institut Teknologi Telkom, seorang dosen diharuskan mengisi data mengenai kegiatannya ke administrasi departemen untuk kemudian diolah di administrasi tingkat institusi. Software aplikasi akan membuat prosedur pengajuan jabatan ini lebih mudah, lebih nyaman dan lebih efektif. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan dosen melakukan input dan menyimpan data kegiatan tridharma perguruan tinggi yang dilakukannya untuk kemudian dikonversi ke angka kredit yang akan dicicil, sehingga kredit tersebut dapat diajukan untuk menduduki jabatan tertentu jika angka kredit yang telah dikumpulkan telah cukup. Dalam aplikasi ini, data-data dosen akan disimpan secara terpusat pada sebuah database, bukan lagi pada tumpukan lembaran kertas yang bisa saja suatu saat rusak secara fisik, memungkinkan data tersebut dicetak sebagai laporan.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Web, Jabatan fungsional akademik, angka kredit, dosen, Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, kepangkatan.ABSTRACT: Functional academics (JFA) is a method of determining the status of the office of a lecturer in an institution of college. Functional structure of this academic has a vital role and function of universities in running three responsibilities both to produce the desired quality of performance of each lecturer. Each functional position to present the scope of work and responsibility coupled with a certain level of authority in running the Education Tridharma summarized in education, research, and service to the community. In a functional structure, a college professor to occupy a position must collect credit number. Figures presented the unit value of these credits from each grain of activities provided by assessing the achievements that have been achieved by a lecturer and is used as one of the requirements in order to develop careers in teaching functional position. To apply for a credit number on the promotion Telkom Institute of Technology, a lecturer is required to fill in some information on its activities to the administrative department of administration and processed at the institutional level. Software applications will make this job application procedure easier, more comfortable and more effective. This application allows lecturers to input and store data Tridharma activities college does for later converted to a credit value of the installment, so that credit can be submitted for certain positions if the number of credits that have been collected have been enough. Village Financial Management: Based on Local Tradition
This study aims to formulate village financial management based on local traditions of village communities. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is a method that seeks to present a picture of the objective reality that occurs in a condition or environment in a particular place. Environmental context (Site) in this study is Sindang Pakuon Village, Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency and Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Presence of village funds is acknowledged to have changed the face of the village which previously seemed neglected, now looks better. Village infrastructure such as village roads is more convenient for motorists and pedestrians. Road to distribution of agricultural products has been built so that the travel time to move agricultural products from the fields to the market location is faster. Although village funds have brought changes to public facilities in the countryside, they have a fading effect on aspects of village tradition. Emergence of this fading is because the nomenclature that regulates the use of village funds does not yet accommodate the local aspects of rural areas
PEMBERDAYAAN BERBASIS ASET DESA: UPAYA PENCIPTAAN LAPANGAN KERJA BAGI MASYARAKAT DESA
Penelitian ini memformulasikan sebuah model pengelolaan aset desa secara optimal yang berorientasi pada pembukaan peluang kerja bagi masyarakat pedesaan dan peningkatan pendapatan desa. Besarnya anggaran desa, idealnya memberikan dampak terhadap perekonomian masyarakat desa, namun bisa saja hal ini tidak terwujud karena beberapa faktor internal maupun eksternal pemerintah desa. Naiknya jumlah asset yang dikelola oleh pemerintah desa karena kenaikan anggaran belanja desa, memerlukan pengelolaan yang baik. “Baik” dalam arti memberikan dampak terhadap perekonomian masyarakat dan memberikan kontribusi pendapatan bagi pemerintah desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian dengan tujuan memberikan gambaran objektif tentang realitas objektif yang terjadi di suatu kondisi atau lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang pemanfaatan asset pemerintah desa berpotensi menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat. Metode pengumulan data melalui obesrvasi, wawancara mendalam, diskusi fokus, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada duadesa yaitu desa Mandalamekar dan Desa Cikadut Kec. Cimenyan Propinsi Jawa Barat
PENGARUH KECENDRUNGAN MANAJER DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN TERHADAP PAYOFF MAGNITUDE
The research purposes were to describe empirically the evidence of manager’s tendency in making decisions on payoff magnitude, and factors influencing it. This research was conducted through experimental design. Population was 152 students of STIE “KBP” Padang registered in 2014/2015 academic year. 60 students randomly were taken as sample of the research; 30 students of accounting department as treatment group, and 30 students of management department as control group. From the research results, it can be seen a significance difference between the manager's tendency in decision making towards Payoff Magnitude, as well as the factors that influence it. The results also showed experiment group tended to be risk taker rather than control group
