MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA PADA MATERI STATISTIKA DI KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 2 BATU
The number of national examination become decrease, one of the subjects is mathematic. Thus,it needs to apply a model of learning based on student intelligences. It can be applied in mathematic base on student personal intelligence.
The research used learning model with multiple intelligences in mathematic subject. It was applied at Statistic lesson to eleventh grade students of SMAN 02 BATU. The aim of the research is to find out how were the activities and the result of study.
The research design used in this study was a descriptive qualitative research. The subject of research was the students of XI IPS class on SMAN 02 BATU. The variable of this research were student’s activities and students score. The instruments used of this study were questionnaire and students score. Data analysis used of this study was percentage analyzing to measure the activities and students score.
The result of the research showed that the number of students activities was quite enough with 68, 63%. The percentage of irrelevant activities was 18, 05%. In other hands, the result of completeness analyzing student learning after using multiple intelligence with 28 students was complete and one of them was failed. The completeness of personal classical study with SKBM was 96, 55%.

Analysis of the use of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) based on piezoelectric lithotripter for kidney stone
Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) is a non-surgical method that can be used to break stones in the urinary tract or kidney stones by focusing the shock wave from outside the body on the location of the stone. In its application, ESWL is classified as theranostics by applying the principles of medical physics in determining the location of kidney stones and biophysics in the therapeutic process. This study aimed to analyze the use of ESWL to treat kidney stones in Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang hospital. The ESWL machine analyzed was the ESWL PIEZOLITH 3000 Triple Focus, which used the Richard Wolf piezoelectric lithotripter, with serial number GA-A 175. This analysis was carried out by combining the results of the method of literature research, observation, and interview. Based on the results of the research, the therapy with the ESWL PIEZOLITH 3000 Triple Focus uses a shock wave generated by the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric crystals that are arranged like a mosaic in a spherical cup and are then activated simultaneously by a pulse generator. During the observation from July 18, 2017 to July 27, 2017, the smallest dimension of the treated stone was 6 x 6 mm and the largest was 10 x 15 mm. The number of shock waves used is the same with an average of 4000. The power, frequency, and membrane pressure are adjusted with the patient's body condition. Various criteria and contraindications must be met to determine a candidate for a patient to gain satisfactory results. The therapy levels include the pre-therapy procedure, therapy implementation, and post-therapy. The success rate of therapy and the rate of retreatment are determined by the type of stone, the location of the stones, and the density of the stones
PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN IMPLEMENTASI MULTIMEDIA KE DALAM BENDA KONKRET MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN STAD DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstrak: Implementasi Multimedia kedalam Benda Konkret Melalui Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD pada Materi Bangun Datar ini dilatar belakangi permasalahan-permasalahan yang telah ditemukan dikelas oleh peneliti, setelah diobservasi diperoleh hasil bahwa siswa kurang mengerti tentang bentuk-bentuk bangun datar, siswa tidak bisa menyebutkan bagian-bagian pada bangun datar dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika materi sifat-sifat Bangun datar menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 50% dari jumlah siswa mendapatkan nilai dibawah KKM yaitu <68. Alternatif solusi yang dapat diambil guru adalah mengimplementasikan multimedia kedalam benda Konkret. Multimedia ini digunakan sebagai petunjuk atau informasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran karena pembelajaran anak usia SD harus disesuaikan dengan tahap berfikirnya yaitu operasional Konkret, jadi penggunaan multimedia tersebut harus dilengkapi dengan benda Konkret. Tujuan peneliti meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas atas dua siklus dimana satu siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Multimedia kedalam BendaKonkret melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team-Achievement Division) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa serta hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I aktivitas guru mendapatkan persentase 55,73%, aktivitas siswa mendapatkan persentase 55,85%, dan ketuntasan belajar siswa mendapatkan persentase 34,21%. Pada siklus II aktivitas guru mendapatkan persentase 85,42%, aktivitas siswa mendapatkan persentase 80,65% dan ketuntasan belajar siswa mendapatkan persentase 73,63%. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Implementasi Multimedia kedalam BendaKonkret melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team-Achievement Division) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa serta hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Objek konkret multimedia, pembelajaran kooperatif model tipe STAD, hasil belajar.  Abstract: Implementation of Multimedia into Concrete Object Through Cooperative Learning Model Type STAD on This flat was back grounded by problems that have been found by researchers in class, after observed it gains the result that the students have a weak understanding on the flat forms, students can not mention the parts or flat form and student study result mathematics subject properties on the flat form showed that more than 50% of the number of students get grades below the KKM <68.  Alternative solutions that can be taken is to implement a multimedia teacher into concrete objects. Multimedia is used as a guide or information within the learning activities since the learning of children of that is concrete elementary school must be tailored to the stage of their mind operations, so the use of multimedia should be equipped with concrete objects as in the concrete objects students can easily manipulate these concrete objects. This research was conducted with the aim of increasing the teacher activities and student activities, and improving student study result. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses classroom action research design of two cycles where one cycle consist of two meetings. The results of research showed that by the implementation of interactive multimedia through cooperative learning model type STAD (Student Team-Achievement Division) may increase the teachers activities, student activities and student study result. In the first cycle, teachers activities get percentage 55.73%, the student activities 55.85% and mastery learning of students get percentage 34.21%. In the second cycle teachers activities gets percentage 85.42%, student activities get percentage 80.65% and mastery learning of students get a percentage 73,63%. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the implementation of interactive multimedia through cooperative learning model type STAD (Student Team-Achievement Division) may increase the teachers activities, student activities and student study result. PENERAPAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN ELF MCBRIDE MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK HITUNG CEPAT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskrisikan aktivitas belajar pada peserta didik dikelas V SDN-3 Pahandut Palangka Raya dengan menggunakan metode pengajaran Elf McBride melalui teknik hitung cepat, dan (2) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar perkalian pada mata pelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan metode pengajaran Elf McBride melalui teknik hitung cepat di kelas V SDN-3 Pahandut Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan subjek seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN-3 Pahandut Palangkaraya berjumlah 20 orang peserta didik yang terdiri dari 9 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan observasi. Analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) aktifitas belajar peserta didik di kelas V SDN-3 Pahandut Palangka Raya pada mata pelajaran Matematika dengan menggunakan metode pengajaran Elf McBride melalui hitung cepat termasuk dalam kriteria aktif, dan (2) ada peningkatan hasil belajar perkalian pada mata pelajaran Matematika pada peserta didik kelas V SDN-3 Pahandut Palangka Raya setelah pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengajaran Elf McBride melalui teknik hitung cepat.
Abstract
This research aims to: (1) mendeskrisikan activity study on learners in grades V SDN-3 Pahandut Palangka Raya by using teaching methods through engineering McBride Elves count quickly, and (2) know the improvement of learning outcomes multiplication in math subjects by using the teaching method on calculating techniques through McBride Elf quickly in class V SDN3 Pahandut Palangka Raya. This type of research is research researchers used a class Act (PTK), with the subject of the whole learner class V SDN-3 Pahandut Palangkaraya amounted to 20 learners which consists of 9 men and 11 women. Data collection techniques in the study of using tests and observation. The analysis of qualitative and quantitative data used to analyze the data in this study. Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kumon Berbantuan Media Manipulatif Guna Meningkatkan Hasil Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas V Di Sdn 2 Panarung
Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas belajar dan meningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik setelah penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kumon berbantuan Media Manipulatif pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas V di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Panarung Kuala Kapuas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Panarung Kuala Kapuas yang terdiri dari 9 orang, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pada siklus I terjadi sedikit peningkatan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata peserta didik menjadi 71,1 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal 77,78% dan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 96,1 dengan persentase ketuntasan secara klasikal 100%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis tindakan teruji kebenarannya
Developing Eastern Culture-Based Arts Education To Improve Students National Identity
This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing art education teaching materials from the aspects of content, language, design. The study was conducted at STKIP Citra Bakti Ngada-Flores-NTT. The subjects of this study were STKIP Citra Bakti students who took art education courses, while the object of the research was arts teaching materials based on eastern culture. This research was developed using the ASSURE model, with the consideration that this development model is oriented towards learning. The development is carried out with 6 steps: (1) analyzing learning needs with the observation method; (2) formulate objectives with the ABCD method; (3) design teaching materials with methods of making teaching materials, expert testing with TESSMER methods and refinement with TESSMER methods; (4) apply teaching materials (product) using the ASSURE method; (5) group testing using the ASSURE method; (6) evaluate test methods and revise test result methods. The data collected in this study were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed teaching material. The results showed that the teaching materials developed were reviewed in terms of the content, language, design, and feasibility of the teaching materials as ”Good” quality with an overall average rating of 75.88%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Eastern culture-based art education teaching materials developed are feasible and effectively used as media for art education learning.

Pengaruh Kemampuan Numerik terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika pada Peserta Didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 11 Maros Baru
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh kemampuan numerik terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negerin 11 Maros Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang berkenaan dengan 1)Kemampuan numerik peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negerin 11 Maros Baru 2)Hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negerin 11 Maros Baru 3) Pengaruh kemampuan numerik terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negerin 11 Maros Baru. Pendekatan penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negerin 11 Maros Baru yang berjumlah 133 yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sedangkan sampel yang akan diteliti adalah 133 siswa melalui teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan numerik dan dokumentasi hasil belajar matematika. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial, dimana untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, untuk kemampuan numerik diperoleh nilai rata-rata 76,4 berada pada kategori sedang dari 133 sampel diperoleh nilai terendah 57, nilai tertinggi 96, dan untuk hasil belajar matematika diperoleh nilai rata-rata 60,13 berada pada kategori rendah dari 133 sampel diperoleh nilai terendah 12 dan nilai tertinggi 92. Adapun hasil analisis statistik inferensial (Regresi Linear Sederhana) diperoleh ???????????? < ???? (0,007 < 0,05 Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkn bahwa kemampuan numerik berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik
IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM BERBASIS INOVASI PELAYANAN KEPEGAWAIAN SISTEM APLIKASI PELAYANAN KEPEGAWAIAN (SAPK) (STUDI PADA APLIKASI LAYANAN PENSIUN PEGAWAI DI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAERAH PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR)
Electronic government telah banyak diimplementasikan di berbagai instansi seperti pemerintah / instansi pemerintah Negeri bagian maupun swasta. Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur merupakan instansi pemerintah / Negeri bagian yang melaksanakan e-government. Sebagai lembaga pemerintah / Negeri yang mewadahi pejabat publik dalam pelayanan publik adalah Sistem Aplikasi Pelayanan Kepegawaian (SAPK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Sistem Aplikasi Layanan Kepegawaian (SAPK) khususnya penerapan layanan pensiun pegawai di BKD Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dalam penelitian ini, metode kualitatif digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian pustaka. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data tambahan yaitu studi tedahulu yaitu SAPK dalam peraturan BKD, SOP dan ASN di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, representasi data, dan validasi data. Subjek kajiannya adalah keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan, yaitu: 1) Komunikasi ini bukan hanya layanan komunikasi, tetapi juga memperhitungkan data pegawai yang benar dan distribusi informasi jelas dan konsisten yang meminimalkan kurangnya komunikasi antara unit. 2) Sumber daya, yaitu pelaksana SAPK di Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah operator dalam aplikasi, terutama di bagian mutasi pegawai, serta asuransi komputer, aplikasi, softwear. 3) disposisi yaitu Sikap dan komitmen operator di BKD Provinsi Jatim khususnya dibagian mutasi dalam melaksanakan kebijakan tersebut sehingga kebijakan tersebut dapat tercapai sesuai dari sasaran kebijakan tersebut. dan 4) struktur birokrasi yaitu Tanggung jawab dan pembagian antar pelaksana kebijakan (SAPK) di BKD Provinsi Jatim khususnya di bagian Mutasi Pegawai berdasarkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dijalankan atas dasar aturan hukum peraturan perundang-undangan ASN. Adapun saran mengoptimalkan sosialisasi sehingga pegawai dapat memanfaatkan fungsi dari program SAPK tersebut secara optimal sehingga partisipasi pegawai dalam menggunakan program dapat berjalan sesuai sasaran kebijakan, kemudian agar data kepegawaian dapat diakses setiap waktu, maka setiap instansi memberikan fasilitas jaringan internet yang baik. Sehingga data kepegawaain dapat dikelola dengan baik serta tepat waktu.

Electronic government has been implemented in various agencies such as government / state and private government agencies. The Regional Civil Service Agency of East Java Province is a state / government agency that implements e-government. As a government / state institution that accommodates public officials in public services is the Civil Service Application System (SAPK). The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the Employment Service Application System (SAPK), especially the application of employee retirement services in BKD, East Java Province. In this study, qualitative methods were used to conduct library research. Sources of data in this study use additional data sources, namely previous studies, namely SAPK in the BKD, SOP and ASN regulations in East Java Province. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data representation, and data validation. The subject of the study is the success of policy implementation, namely: 1) This communication is not only a communication service, but also takes into account correct employee data and clear and consistent information distribution that minimizes the lack of communication between units. 2) Resources, namely SAPK implementers in East Java Province, are operators in applications, especially in the section for employee transfer, as well as computer insurance, applications, softwear. 3) disposition, namely the attitude and commitment of operators in the BKD of East Java Province, especially in the mutation section in implementing the policy so that the policy can be achieved in accordance with the policy objectives. and 4) bureaucratic structure, namely responsibility and distribution among policy implementers (SAPK) in the BKD of East Java Province, especially in the Division of Employee Movements based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) carried out on the basis of statutory rules and regulations of ASN. There are suggestions for optimizing socialization so that employees can take advantage of the functions of the SAPK program optimally so that employee participation in using the program can run according to policy goals, then so that employment data can be accessed at any time, each agency provides good internet network facilities. So that employee data can be managed properly and on time.

Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah dan Guru sebagai Basis Pencapaian Mutu Pendidikan
Kepala sekolah dan guru menjadi komponen sentral bagi pengembangan mutu pendidikan, peran dan kepemimpinannya sangat menentukan dalam pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur penilaian kompetensi kepala sekolah dan guru serta hubungan dengan pengembangan mutu sekolah. Responden dalam penelitian ini meliputi 9 kepala sekolah dan 41 orang guru yang merupakan pendidik bersertifikat. Data angket dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan diukur menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukan kompetensi kepala sekolah dan guru termasuk dalam kategori baik yang ditunjukkan oleh: (1) kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial 65% kategori baik (2) kompetensi kepemimpinan 62% kategori baik (3) kompetensi pengembangan sekolah 64% kategori baik (4) kompetensi sumber daya 61% kategori baik (5) kompetensi kewirausahaan 59% kategori baik (6) kompetensi supervisi pembelajaran dengan kategori baik 55%. Penilaian kompetensi guru dengan hasil; (1) kompetensi pedagogik 65% kategori baik (2) kompetensi kepribadian 64% kategori baik (3) kompetensi sosial 69% kategori baik (4) kompetensi profesional 60% kategori baik. Secara umum potret kompetensi kepala sekolah dan guru ini cukup baik untuk memetakan potensi sumber daya sekolah sebgai landasan penerapan kebijakan mutu pendidika
