Implementation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method To Determine Exemplary PKH Social Worker (Case Study: PPKH Garut Regency)
One measure of the success of an employee in carrying out his job is his election as an exemplary employee in the agency where he works. The selection must of course be based on standard measurement and objective assessment, the goal is that the predetermined results can be justified. A decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help PPKH Garut regency in determining exemplary PKH socialworker in each sub-district PPKH unit, this method will look for weight values for each predetermined criterion consisting of quantity, integrity, dedication, reliability, initiative, diligence, attitude, motivation and presence. Teachers have designed lesson plans, but when viewed from the perspective of learning media, a learning media is needed that is packaged in an interesting and comprehensible manner so as to increase interest in student participation in learning, and also to increase student criticality. Pengaruh Kuat Arus Las Terhadap Sifat Mekanis dan Struktur Mikro Sambungan Las Besi Tuang Kelabu menggunakan Elektroda Nikel dengan Proses Pengelasan SMAW
This study aims to determine the effect of welding current on the mechanical properties and microstructure of gray cast iron welding joints using nickel electrodes with the SMAW welding process. The research method used was experimental study, starting with preparing the workpiece, welding process, making test specimens and testing the weld specimens. The material to be joined is gray cast iron metal with a butt joint of a 60 ° open seam V open angle. The welding process used uses SMAW with a current of 80 Amperes, 85 Amperes and 90 Amperes. The added material used was an ENiFe-Cl type CIN 2 electrode with a diameter of 2.6 mm. Hardness testing was carried out using the Vickers method and microstructure testing using an optical microscope. The results showed that the maximum hardness value of the parent metal occurred at the welding current strength of 85 Amperes, which was 192.17 VHN, then the maximum hardness value of the HAZ area occurred at the welding current strength of 85 Amperes, which was 203.46 VHN, while the maximumhardness value of the weld metal was 203.46 VHN. metal) occurred at a welding current of 90 Amperes, which was 211.18 VHN. Tradisi Tungguk Tembakau di Desa Senden Selo Kabupaten Boyolali hanya dikenal dikalangan masyarakat setempat, karena saat itu belum mengenal media sosial, sehingga masyarakat luar tidak mengetahui adanya tradisi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran digital komunikasi dalam eksistensi Tradisi Tungguk Tembakau sebagai warisan budaya yang perlu dilestarikan dalam rangka meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di daerah tersebut, sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan daerah dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara kepada dua orang warga Desa Senden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran komunikasi digital yang digunakan mampu menginformasikan ke masyarakat luas atas keberadaan budaya lokal ini, sehingga eksistensi tradisi Tungguk Tembakau dapat terjaga dengan terlaksana setiap tahun. Media sosial yang sering dimanfaatkan adalah Facebook, Youtube, dan Instagram. Substansi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa rekomendasi kebijakan baru kepada Pemerintah Desa Senden terkait penerapan konsep smart village agar menjadi desa wisata dengan kegiatan yang terprogram untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat
Analisa Variasi Putaran Friction Welding Terhadap Kekerasan Logam Aluminium Paduan Seri 1100-H18
Research in aluminum splicing continues to be improved, so that the joining process becomes easier and to increase hardness. Friction stir welding (FSW) aluminum joining process. The purpose of this study was to find out more clearly about the mechanical properties of the hardness of the specimen. The material used is aluminum alloy 1100-H18 series. The research method is friction welding with Vertical Milling as a turning tool. The tests were carried out in different rounds, namely; 660 rpm; 1115 rpm; 1750 rpm and 2720 rpm with a fixed tool feed rate of 20 mm/minute. The results of the Vickers test show that the hardness of the Base Metal (BM) area at 660 rpm is the highest at 101.4 and the lowest is 97.62 at 1115 rpm. The highest average hardness value of 94.98 occurs at 1115 rpm and the lowest is 75.18 at 2720 rpm. A significant effect on the hardness of the specimen due to the rotational speed of the tool spindle (electrode), the higher the rotation, the higher the heat generated and the rate of The slow cooling in the HAZ and SZ regions will be greater, as a result the hardness in the HAZ and SZ regions will decrease
Validitas Media Berbasis Android pada Materi Struktur dan Fungsi Asam Amino dan Protein
The COVID-19 pandemic has forced major changes in the world of education. The application of social distancing to learning from home makes educators must be more creative in learning. The use of appropriate media in learning is very important to overcome these problems. One of the media used is android-based learning media. This research is continuation research of android application design in the subject of structure and function of amino acids and proteins. This research is limited to media validation. The instrument validation test stated that the instrument was valid with rcount greater than rtable at the number of N = 34 and a significance value of 5%. The reliability test of the validation instrument shows the rcount value of 0.880 and is greater than rtable 0.339 at the number of N = 34 and a significance value of 5%. The score of the questionnaire instrument was 3,196 obtained by averaging the scores from each category. It is in the range of 2.9-3.4 with a high category so that it can be interpreted that the application can be used as a learning media of the structure and function of the molecule

Selain isolasi senyawa bahan alam, penelitian uji coba bahan alam yang berpotensi sebagai obat suatu penyakit juga telah banyak dipublikasikan.
