Use of Aluminum-Foil and Oat-Straw Mulches for Controlling Aster Leafhopper, \u3ci\u3eMacrosteles Fascifrons\u3c/i\u3e (Homoptera: Cicadellidae), and Aster Yellows in Carrots.

Aluminum-foil and oat-straw mulches significantly (P \u3c 0.05) reduced aster leafhopper numbers on carrots compared to an untreated control and a malathion spray treatment during the first half of the growing season. The amount of reflected light was significantly higher in both aluminum-foil and oat-straw mulched plots compared to unmulched treatments. Mulch effectiveness decreased when the closing carrot canopy reduced surface area of reflective mulches and amount of reflected light The percentage of aster yellows-infected plants was significantly lower (P \u3c 0.05) in aluminum-foil and straw mulches and in the malathion spray plots compared to the untreated control. Results demonstrated that aluminum-foil and straw mulches gave control of aster leafhoppers and aster yellows in carrots equal to that of a conventional insecticide spray program

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan standar manajemen mutu ISO 9001: 2008 dan akreditasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) melalui perbedaan rerata hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah sertifikasi standar manajemen mutu ISO 9001: 2008 dan akreditasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada SMK swasta terakreditasi A, B dan C bersertifikat ISO 9001: 2008 di kabupaten Pati provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X bidang keahlian bisnis dan manajemen kompetensi keahlian akuntansi. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji F melalui analisis variansi satu jalan (one way ANOVA). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa penerapan standar manajemen mutu ISO 9001: 2008 dan akreditasi belum efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa standar manajemen mutu ISO 9001: 2008 dan akreditasi berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. The research is conducting in private vocational schools with grade A, B, and C in accreditation and which achieve the certificate of ISO 9001: 2008 in Pati, Central Java. The population of this research is the tenth grade students of vocational schools majoring business and management skill on accounting skill compentence. The sample was chosen randomly with simple random sampling. The technique of data collection uses structured interview and documentation. The data analysis technique are used is descriptive analysis and F test through one way ANOVA analysis. The conclusion is that the application of quality management standardization ISO 9001: 2008 and accreditation is not effective in increasing the students learning outcome. The second conclusion is that quality management standardization ISO 9001: 2008 and accreditation is influencing to student learning outcomes. MOTIF EKSTERNAL KEHADIRAN MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN

Attendance is one variable that is considered capable of providing a significant positive influence on academic performance. However, the external motives behind student behavior which included attendance were still dominated by awards. This study aims to identify the internal motives of student attendance in learning evaluation courses. The independent variable proposed is the desire to get the best rating in the learning process and attitudes towards regulation. The results showed that the desire to get the best rating in the learning process and attitudes toward regulation could not be used to explain and predict student attendance in learning evaluation courses. Therefor further research should conduct a study of the wider population and propose other independent variables. Although it cannot be used to explain and predict student attendance in learning evaluation lectures, the results of the study still show that students have the desire to get the highest ranking that is quite high in lectures and a positive response to regulation.                                                                                               Keywords: Attendance, external motivation, Learning evaluatio

Program Pendampingan Pemasaran Usaha Snack dan Catering UMKM Di Desa Tunahan

Salah satu program dalam KKN XII Unisnu Jepara adalah progran pengabdian masyarakat. Tujuan dari program pengapdian masyarakat adalah mendampingi mitra usaha dari Desa Tunahan mengembangkan usaha snack and catering menjadi salah satu umkm yang memiliki potensi untuk berkembang. Analisis permasalahan mitra dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasikan masalah yang dihadapi mitra serta menemukan solusi bersama mitra. Berdasarkan hasil analisis permasalahan, bahwa prioritas masalah yang harus diselesaikan yaitu aspek Pemasaran, dimana belum memiliki merk usaha, banner usaha, desain packaging, pemasaran melalui sosial media dan belum tedaftar di Google Maps yang tepat sesuai dengan standar dipasaran. Tim KKN desa Tunahan melakukan program berupa pendampingan dalam mendesain merk usaha, banner usaha, desain packaging, dan mendaftar di Google Maps yang tepat sesuai dengan standar dipasaran

PERENCANAAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI PROTOTIPE PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA MIKRO HIDRO (PLTMH)

Abstrak Listrik merupakan kebutuhan vital masyarakat yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Dari mulai fungsinya yang paling sederhana, yaitu penerangan sampai fungsi lainnya sebagai sarana memperoleh hiburan dan informasi seperti (televisi, radio, charger telepon genggam, dan lainnya). Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui  merencanakan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH), membuat Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH), dan mengetahui kinerja Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) yang telah dibuat. Skripsi ini menggunakan air sebagai sumber energi untuk memutar turbin yang terbuat dari pipa PVC yang kemudian dikopel dengan generator DC menggunakan V-belt tipe m-53 dengan rasio pulley 1 : 7 , generator disini berfungsi sebagai pengkonversi energi kinetik menjadi energi listrik. Dari pengujian alat didapatkan hasil dari ketinggian air 5 meter dengan debit air sebesar 8,5 lt/s mampu memutar turbin air dengan rpm turbin sebesar 412 yang telah dikopel dengan generator DC, dan menghasilkan tegangan sebesar 17 volt dengan arus pengisian baterai tanpa beban sebesar 0,196 A dan arus pengisian baterai dengan beban sebesar 0,280 A. From the start of its simplest function, namely lighting to other functions as a mean of obtaining entertainment and information such as (television, radio, mobile phone charger, and others). This thesis aims to know the plan of Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH), make Hydro Micro Power Plant (PLTMH), and know the performance of Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH) that has been made. This thesis uses water as an energy source for turning turbines made of PVC pipe which was then coupled with a DC generator using V-belt type m-53 with a pulse ratio of 1: 7, the generator here served as a converter of kinetic energy into electrical energy. From the testing of the tool, the results obtained from the water level of 5 meters with a water discharge of 8.5 liters / s rotated the turbine with turbine rpm of 412 which has been coupled with DC generator, and produced a voltage of 17 volts with the charging current without a load of 0.196 A and charging current with a load of 0.280 A. MEMAHAMI POTENSI POSITIVE SELF-TALK SEBAGAI ALAT DALAM KONSELING PASTORAL: ANALISIS STUDI KUALITATIF

The technique of positive positive self-talk is often used as one of the methods in counseling to help clients overcome their emotional and spiritual problems. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of positive self-talk technique as a tool in pastoral counseling using the library research method and data analysis through content analysis. This study involves an analysis of the literature related to positive self-talk technique and pastoral counseling and conducting content analysis of the collected data to evaluate the effectiveness of positive positive self-talk technique as a tool in pastoral counseling. The results of the research show that positive positive self-talk technique is effective in helping clients overcome their emotional and spiritual problems and has great potential as a tool in pastoral counseling. The implication of these findings is that positive positive self-talk technique can be effectively used by pastoral counselors to help their clients overcome their problems and achieve a better self-understanding

Measuring The Level of Employee Performance and The Factors that Influenced at PT Gici Group Batam

This research is to determine and analyze the factors Compensation, Loyalty and Organizational Commitment influence on Employee Performance at PT Gici Group Batam. Results Data collection obtained sample of 87 respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Gici Group Batam. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, using Pearson rank validity test and Cronbach-Alpa reliability test against research instruments. To assess the influence of compensation, loyalty, and organizational commitment influence on employee performance in PT Gici Group Batam, used path analysis. After doing research and testing show Compensation, Loyalty, and Commitment of organization have positive and significant effect on employee performance. &nbsp
