Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu osobnostního rozvoje manažerů a jeho vliv na efektivitu a úspěšnost podniku. Teoretická část definuje klíčové pojmy, jako jsou manažerské funkce, role, styly řízení, motivace, time management a work-life balance. Praktická část zkoumá současný stav rozvoje osobnosti manažerů ve společnosti pomocí dotazníkového šetření a hloubkových rozhovorů.
