    The supply chain of mining businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has declined due to the significant impact brought about by the uncertainty of an increasingly complex world economic climate. This study aims to determine the relationship between interest rates, inflation, currency exchange rates, stock returns, and firm value. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was conducted to decipher the data in this study. The research findings show that the mining industry in Indonesia is highly influenced by macroeconomic factors, especially interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates. The negative relationship between interest rates and inflation negatively affects stock returns and firm value. Meanwhile, it increased the rupiah's value positively and significantly influenced stock returns and business value. Higher stock returns can increase the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

    Financial Performance, Debt-to-Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, and Total Asset Turnover on Earnings Per Share and Stock Price as Moderator

    Objectives: This paper sought to undertake a comprehensive analysis aimed at investigating the influence arising from the various financial metrics, namely the Current Ratio, Debt-to-Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Total Assets Turnover on Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Stock Prices as the moderating variable. Methodology: This research employs a quantitative descriptive methodology by collecting financial reports of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The measurement model and hypothesis testing are Descriptive Statistics with a Panel Data Regression Model Selection.Finding: The study found that the Current Ratio had no significant direct effect on Earnings Per Share (EPS), while the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, and Total Assets Turnover all had varying degrees of negative influence on EPS via Stock Price. The combined impact of these metrics was statistically significant, emphasizing the importance of considering multiple factors when assessing financial performance.Conclusion: The use of predictive models to forecast stock performance based on these factors can offer significant benefits to both investors and company management. Moreover, this research can aid in the development of better financial metrics, more effective risk management, smarter investment strategies, and an interdisciplinary approach to understanding the complex relationships between financial factors and stock prices. All of this will provide more robust tools for evaluating company performance and making better investment decisions in the world of investments

    This study aims to analyze the influence of mutation and remuneration on job satisfaction and employee loyalty at the Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Jember. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with data collection using a sample of all employees of KPP Pratama Jember totaling 93 samples. Data analysis is carried out using Variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of Warp PLS V.8.0. The results of the study show that mutation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, as well as remuneration. Job satisfaction also has a strong positive impact on employee loyalty. This finding emphasizes that good management of mutation and remuneration can increase employee satisfaction and loyalty in the tax institution. Path analysis results show significant direct and indirect influences among variables. Mutation and remuneration affect job satisfaction, while job satisfaction becomes a significant mediator in the relationship between mutation, remuneration, and employee loyalty.     The Influence of Work Environment, Workload, and Transformational Leadership on Employee Retention at Dira Café Kencong in Jember Regency

    High employee turnover is a significant challenge for the service industry, including the culinary sector such as Dira Café Kencong in Jember Regency. A non-conducive work environment, unbalanced workload, and less than inspiring leadership are often the main factors in low employee retention. This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Workload, and Transformational Leadership on employee retention simultaneously or partially. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. Data was collected from 75 employees through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested. The research results show that the three independent variables have a significant influence on employee retention, with Transformational Leadership as the most dominant variable. Simultaneously, Work Environment, Workload, and Transformational Leadership explained 34.9% of the variation in employee retention. These results emphasize the importance of creating a supportive work environment, managing workload effectively, and strengthening a transformative leadership style to increase employee loyalty

    The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of workload and WFC on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the village empowerment office of Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 110 using the Nonprobability Sampling Technique. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.2.8. The main finding of this study is to examine the coefficients of direct and indirect paths to improve employee work through the WFC workload variables, organizational commitment and employee performance. The results showed that workload had no significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-family conflict has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Workload, WFC, and organizational commitment have a significant impact on performance. Workload has no significant effect on employee performance when organizational commitment is an intervening variable. WFC positively affects employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that employees already have a clear division of duties so that there is no excessive workload and that employees have organizational commitment so that productivity and work performance increase.     This study intends to investigate the impact of Work Flexibility and Transformational Leadership on Adaptive Performance, with Job Satisfaction serving as an intervening variable. The study focuses on employees at the Secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency DPRD. The survey included 80 personnel from the Bondowoso Regency DPRD Secretariat. This study utilises a Nonprobability Sampling approach known as saturated sample. Researchers utilised questionnaires as a method to get data from participants in this study. The analysis method employed is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) utilising WarpPLS 8.0. The data analysis results indicate that Work Flexibility positively and significantly impacts Adaptive Performance. Transformational Leadership positively and significantly impacts Adaptive Performance. Work flexibility positively and significantly impacts job satisfaction. Job satisfaction positively and significantly impacts adaptive performance. Work flexibility has a favourable but statistically insignificant impact on adaptive performance, mediated by job satisfaction.     The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the management of the "Sri Tahu" factory MSME in internal risk, human resource risk, external risk, and raw material risk. The method used is descriptive qualitative using purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 6 people who were the population of "Sri Tahu" factory employees. Based on the research results in risk analysis with Enterprise Risk Management, there are 20 risks which include internal risk, external risk, human resource risk, and raw material risk. There is a risk response, namely at the extreme,high, moderate and low level. From the calculation of risk scoring, the highest risks are extreme risk and high risk. Some of the risks included in the extreme risk are hot steam from burning stoves, unhygienic environment, wood dust from stove burning activities, fluctuating soybean raw material prices, errors in recording financial reports, lack of quality control of products to be marketed, accidents Work. While high risk, namely damage to machinery and equipment in the production process, production failure, fire, poor OSH system, damaged raw materials, destruction of tofu during cutting, imperfect clumping process.     The purpose of this study is to reveal how to improve employee performance so that it is effective in improving work quality through the factors of appreciation, work environment, work culture and work discipline in BKPSDM Kab. Jember.. This research begins by developing a framework or research model between Awards, Environment, Work Culture, Work Discipline and Employee Performance. Furthermore, data was obtained from 105 respondents by distributing questionnaires through social media and consisting of open and closed questions. Respondents are employees of BKPSDM Jember. Then, the data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and structurally using Structural Equaition Modeling Method (SEM) using Partial Least Square version 07 program. In this study, it was found that awards have a significant positive effect on the work environment, work culture and discipline at BKPSDM. with direct and indirect path analysis. The conclusion of this study is that all the variables examined in this study have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of BKPSDM Kab.     Abstrak: Tukang bangunan yang ada di wilayah Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah Karangrejo dapat diberdayakan untuk menjadi garda terdepan melakukan rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi rumah yang retak akibat gempa bumi. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai strategi dakwah khusus atau strategi dakwah komunitas khususnya pada tukang bangunan. Tukang bangunan yang ada di Wilayah Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah Karangrejo memiliki permasalahan yakni belum memiliki keahlian menerapkan teknologi ferosemen yang berbiaya murah serta tahan terhadap gempa bagi rumah yang terbuat dari dinding bata. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) ini adalah tercapainya tingkat keberdayaan Tukang Bangunan menerapkan teknologi ferosemen pada rumah retak akibat bencana gempa bumi, Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah Solusi 1 yakni bimbingan dan penyuluhan mengenai teknologi ferosemen, solusi 2 yakni simulasi penerapan teknologi ferosemen untuk rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi rumah akibat bencana gempa bumi. Mitra yang diukur kemampuannya dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berjumlah 10 orang. Dalam kegiatan ini ada 6 (enam) Langkah pelaksanaan penerapan Teknologi yang diujikan kepada para peserta. Perbandingan antara pretest dan posttest menunjukkan ada peningkatan kemampuan peserta yang sangat signifikan yakni sebesar 52,5. Secara kategori peningkatan kemampuan ini yang awalnya kurang menjadi sangat baik.Abstract: Builders in the Muhammadiyah Karangrejo Branch Leadership area can be empowered to be at the forefront of rehabilitating and reconstructing houses that were cracked by the earthquake. This is done as a special da'wah strategy or community da'wah strategy, especially for builders. Builders in the Muhammadiyah Karangrejo Branch Leadership Area have the problem of not having the expertise to apply ferrocement technology that is low cost and resistant to earthquakes for houses made of brick walls. The purpose of this Stimulus Community Partnership Service (PKMS) activity is to achieve the level of empowerment of Builders applying ferrocement technology to cracked houses due to earthquake disasters. The solutions offered are Solution 1, namely guidance and counseling on ferrocement technology, solution 2, namely simulation of the application of ferrocement technology for rehabilitation and reconstruction of houses due to earthquake disasters. Comparison between pretest and posttest shows that there is a very significant increase in the ability of participants, namely 52.5.
