Every person have their own ways to apply this coping strategy, it depands on the problem faced. Thus, this research is aimed to know\ud
the pattern of the violence in the intimate relationship, its impact and the coping strategy is used by subject. This is descriptive qualitative study with three subjects. All of them are students. The research data collection method used in this study is interview. Whereas, data validity method used in this study is source triangulation. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that there are violence types in dating those are experienced by subjects of the research. The phisical violence types included : being choked and hard-pressed on the neck by feet, being pushed, being hard-pressed in the face, being slapped, being torn out hair, being pulled from the back on the dress and neclace. A PRAGMATIC ANALYSIS OF REFUSAL EXPRESSIONS USED BY THE FAMILY CHARACTERS IN ORPHAN MOVIE
The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the types of refusal
expression, (2) to describe the strategies refusal expressions, and (3) to describe the
functions of refusal expression in the conversations of the family characters in the
Orphan movie.
This research applied descriptive-qualitative and quantitative approach. The
data were taken from the utterances spoken by the family characters in the Orphan
movie. The source of the data was the conversations of the characters. The data were
collected from the English subtitle of the movie by re-reading the English subtitle,
noting the data and categorizing the data into the features. The trustworthiness was
achieved by using credibility, dependability and conformability.
The result of this research can be concluded as follows. Firstly, there are two
types of refusal expression which occur in the movie, indirect refusal expression
(avoidance, attempt to dissuade interlocutor, reason and explanation, statement of
alternative, statement of principle, promise of future acceptance and acceptance that
functions as refusal) and direct refusal expression (non-performative). Indirect refusal
expression has the highest frequency in the occurrence in the family characters’
conversation especially avoidance strategy. It is used for avoiding a conflict from the
interlocutor. Secondly, there are four strategies to employ refusal expression, namely,
negative politeness (indicating reluctance, being indirectness, using question and
using hedge), positive politeness (giving reason, seek agreement, promise, avoid
disagreement and avoid reciprocity), bald on-record (on-record) and off record
(giving hints). Negative politeness has the highest occurrence to employ refusal
expression. Thirdly, there are three functions of refusal expression which occur in the
movie, that is, request, suggestion and offer
PENGARUH KONSENTRASI SARI KEDELAI (Glycine max L.) TERHADAP \ud PENINGKATAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN (Hb) DARAH TIKUS PUTIH \ud (Rattus norvegicus)
Haemoglobin represent rich molecule iron will and have ability to fasten oxygen in red corpuscle. Iron residing in in haemoglobin molecule of vital importance to run cordage function and oxygen releasing. In the event of iron releasing, amount of haemoglobin also will decrease to \ud
generate situation less anaemia or blood. Last data indicate that anaemia prevalensi of gizi iron still high and iron deficiencies the root cause anaemia world. \ud
Soy (Glycine Max L.) representing one of legume crop type owning ferrum content (Fe) which is high enough namely 38-180 ppm, sour despitefully vitamin or askorbat of C aT soy also high enough 848 ppm. This matter will water down and quicken ferrum absorbsi by body. \ud
This research aim to to know influence of soy gist;sari concentration ( Max L Glycine.) to make-up of haemoglobin rate white Blood mouse (Hb) (Norvegicus Rattus) and to find soy gist concentration (Max L Glycine.) what most optimal or is effective. this Research type is real experiment (True Experimen Design) by using Complete Random Device (RAL) which consist of 6 treatment and 4 times restating. Treatment in this research [is] soy seed gist;sari (Max L \ud
Glycine.) with concentration 0 ml, 1,5ml, 2,5ml, 3,5ml, 4,5ml and 5,5ml. Population in this research is white mouse (Norvegicus Ratuss) female which old age more or less 2 body weighing and months more or less 200 gr. While sampel the used is 24 female white mouse tail and its intake technique him is Random Sampling. \ud
From result of analysis namely test Anava 1 continued Factor with test of Duncan'S indicate that there are influence of giving of soy seed gist (Max L Glycine.) in improving haemoglobin rate white Blood mouse (Hb) (Norvegicus Rattus). Result of make-up of highest haemoglobin rate got at treatment with soy gist concentration (Max L Glycine.) 5,5ml
Hubungan Kebiasaan Menonton Tayangan Action Di Televisi Terhadap Perilaku Agresif Dan Prestasi Belajar Pada Anak Laki-Laki Usia Sekolah Di Sukodadi Palembang
Background: Aggressive behavior is the behavior of the individual with the aim of injuring or injuring other individuals both physically and verbally, while the learning achievement is the result of interaction in the individual against various factors that affect both internal and external. Global dynamics of the chemostat with variable yields
In this paper, we consider a competition model between species in a
chemostat including both monotone and non-monotone response functions, distinct
removal rates and variable yields. We show that only the species with the
lowest break-even concentration survives, provided that additional technical
conditions on the growth functions and yields are satisfied. LaSalle's
extension theorem of the Lyapunov stability theory is the main tool.Comment: 7 page
