    Analisis Pelayanan Pengaduan Pelanggan pada Pdam Tirta Batanghari Induk Muara Bulian

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pelayanan pengaduan pelanggan jasa PDAM Tirta Batanghari Induk Muara Bulian dan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pelayanan pengaduan pelanggan jasa tersebut. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dimana sampel yang terpilih adalah sampel yang dipilih dengan sengaja. Metode yang digunakan ini adalah menggunakan Cross Tabulation dan Nilai Rata-rata (Mean) untuk menghitung hasil kuesioner. Dalam menyusun kuesioner digunakan skala likert yang berguna untuk mengetahui pelayanan pengaduan pelanggan oleh PDAM Tirta Batanghari Induk Muara Bulian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pengaduan pelanggan yang diberikan oleh PDAM Tirta Batanghari Induk Muara Bulian cukup baik, artinya pelanggan PDAM Tirta Batanghari Induk Muara Bulian sudah merasa cukup puas atas pelayanan yang diberikan

    As the organizer of higher education, Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya Bandar Lampung continually strive to improve academic quality to convince the public that Darmajaya IBI is committed to providing the best for the education of young generation, especially in Lampung Province. The latest program was established by the IBI Darmajaya is Graduate Master of Information Technology and Master of Management. Various attempts were made by IBI Darmajaya to improve service to graduate students with the building of infrastructure facilities and curriculum. With the advanced elements of quality of service to students as an important indicator of factors, then it is expected to improve performance and competitiveness of graduate programs amid the onslaught of competition IBI Darmajaya colleges in the province of Lampung.This research is descriptive and aims to determine the student responses to the quality of service provided by the organizers of IBI Darmajaya graduate program and to determine the extent of satisfactory service for its students. Samples in this study were graduate students IBI Darmajaya some 71 people with engineering samples using the techniques of sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling. The method used in this study is SERVQUAL (service quality) to describe the gap and the expected quality of service received by graduate students IBI Darmajaya to determine the level of student's satisfaction. Of the gap was then made to determine the Cartesian diagram in which the dimensions of the graduate program of service should be improved or maintained. The result showed that the gap, which indicates that the quality of services not optimally satisfy the students because all gap value – (minus). However, on average, students have felt satisfied with existing services. The implications of the Cartesian diagram, IBI Darmajaya graduate programs need to improve services and maintain the dimension A dimension B because the graduate program has demonstrated outstanding service quality in line with expectations and the reality of services received by7 students

    Background: Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is still far uponMillenium Develompment Goals target. Cesarean delivery has played amajor role in lowering MMR but also has risk of various complications.Objective: To know the cesarean section rate (CSR) in dr.Soedarsogeneral hospital Pontianak, to know the characteristics of mothers basedon age, parity, frequency of ANC, and referral status, to know theindications and outcomes of CS based on length of hospital treatment,complications, and Apgar scores.Method: This research was a descriptive study which was conducted byusing secondary data from medical records.Result:CS was performed in 674 patiens from 1505 total delivery indr.Soedarso general hospital Pontianak in 2010. Most patients were in theage 25-29 years (25.4%), primigravida (44.4%), had antenatal care visitfour times or more (73.7%), and were referred from other facilities(66.1%). The most common indication of CS was cephalopelvicdisproportion (27.9%). Most of patiens (51,8%) stayed for 4-5 days inhospital, three percent of cases had complication, which the most commoncomplication was surgical wound infection (1.8%). There were 9,3% ofasphyxia babies.Conclusions: CSR in dr.Soedarso general hospital Pontianak was44,78%. CSwas oftenperformed inpatients who aged25-29 years old,primigravida, have ANC visits 4 times or more, and referred by otherhealth facilities.     : The aims of this research is improving the quality process and the result of students writing poetry on Class 8 D of SMP Negeri 3 Jatisrono with using filed trip method. This research was classroom action research two cycles. Each cycles consist of planning, implementing measures, observation and interpretation, as well as analysis and reflection. The result show that thought applying field trip method can improving the quality process and the result of students writing poetry from pre cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. Improving occurred on cycle I. The motivation and the effectiveness students in following learning writing poetry was increasing however not yet reach the criteria was expected. Implementation cycle II the value of students writing poetry was increasing can be seeing in successes presentation of cycle I as big as 57,57% increase in the second cycle to 93.93%, while the percentage of successful assessment learning process of writing poetry in the first cycle as big as 63.60% increased to 84.80%

    The art of tambua tasa is one of Minang art that is thick will be custombut still less popular among teenagers especially in big cities like Pekanbaru.Sanggar Bengkel Seni Budaya is one of the studio that still preserves the art oftambua tasa in Pekanbaru. Teaching members to be able and proficient in playingmusical instruments tua tambua is not easy, let alone members come fromdifferent backgrounds and education. Therefore, in the training process, thetrainer uses instructional communication. The purpose of this research is to knowthe method of instructional communication, media, obstacles and verbalcommunication and nonverbal trainer in training the art of tambua.This research uses qualitative research method. The research wasconducted at Art Workshop Studio of Art at Nenas street No. 68 SukajadiPekanbaru. The infroman clearance was done by purposive technique. As for theinformant of this research is one person niniak mamak, two trainers, two membersin Sanggar Bengkel Seni budaya Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques usedduring conducting research is by way of observation, interview anddocumentation. While the validity of data that researchers use is to extend theparticipation, triangulation and reference adequacy.The results show that, in training the art of tambua tasa in SanggarBengkel Seni Budaya, the trainer uses four methods namely command method,practice method, task method and question and answer method. In the meantimeinstructional media used by the trainer is a tool media in the form of blackboard,stick and the instrument itself (tambua and tasa). During the process of arttraining tambua tasa, not apart from the obstacles that certainly can affect theexercise process. The obstacles that occur in Sanggar Bengkel Seni Budaya aretechnical barriers and psychological barriers. During the training process, thetrainer uses verbal communication as well as nonverbal communication. The formof verbal communication used by the trainer of dominant oral communicationusing Minang language.
