RESPON SISWA TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PBL (PROBLEM BASED LEARNING) DI SMAN 2 TANJUNG JABUNG TIMUR
Penelitian yang berjudul “Respon Siswa Terhadap Pembelajaran Fisika Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning) di SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur” ini mengangkat masalah bagaimana respon siswa terhadap penggunaan model PBL dalam pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat respon siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika menggunakan model PBL di SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 di SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur, objek dalam penelitian ini adalah respon siswa terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning) di SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Pendekatan pada penelitian kali ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pemberian angket dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Excel. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) sangat tepat apabila diterapkan dalam pembelajaran fisika.Kata kunci: Respon Siswa, Model Pembelaran PBL, Mata Pelajaran Fisika STUDENT RESPONSES TO LEARNING PHYSICS USING THE PBL (PROBLEM BASED LEARNING) LEARNING MODEL AT SMAN 2 TANJUNG JABUNG TIMURThe research entitled "Student Responses to Physics Learning Using the PBL (Problem Based Learning) Model at SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur" raised the issue of how students respond to the use of PBL models in learning physics subjects. This study aims to measure the level of student response to physics subjects using the PBL model at SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. The subjects in this study were students of class XII MIPA 1 at SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur, the object in this study was the student's response to the use of the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model at SMAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. The approach in this research is a quantitative research approach. Data was collected by using a questionnaire technique and data processing was carried out using Excel. THE ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION ON THE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CIVIL SERVANTS OF HUMAN RESOURCES BUREAU AT THE NORTH SUMATRA REGIONAL POLICE
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Education and Training on the Performance of the Civil Servants at the North Sumatra Regional Police. This is a type of survey research with an associative quantitative approach, that is the research that aims to find out the link between two or more variables. The variables associated in this research are: education variables (X1), and training (X2); on the performance of the civil servants. The research population, who will be sampled, are the civil servants who were following the training in 2017. While the determination of the sample uses the total sampling method, thus there are 67 samples. The data collection method uses questionnaires, and the data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, both by using the F test simultaneously and the t-test partially. The results of the research shows that education and training simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the civil servants. A partial education has a significant influence on the performance of the civil servants. A partial training has a significant influence on the performance of the civil servants

Plankton Community Structure In Estuaries In Aggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency
This study was aimed to determine the abundance and structure of the plankton community, including the whether abundance of plankton affects in parameters of chemical-physicists of estuary waters. This research was conducted from February to April 2018, which determined different sampling stations was based on the characteristics of estuary water. This research was described by quantitative method, and the result was confirmed 14 classes and 35 species of plankton. Based on analysis, there were arranged the abundance in the level of exceptional, the diversity index in the level of intermediate, the homogenity index in the level of reliable and non dominant plankton. The water quality such as temperature, brightness, turbidity, total suspended solid, current velocity, acidity degree, dissolved oxygen, salinity, nitrate and phosphate were determined as supporting parameters
