Analisis Prediksian Rasio Keuangan terhadap Perubahan Laba pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2008-2011
The purpose of the research was to obtain empirical proof about the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) to changes a companys profits, gain empirical proof about the influence of Total Asset Turnover (TAT) to changes a companys profits, gain empirical proof about the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to changes a companys profits, gain empirical proof about the influence of Return on Assets (ROA) to changes a companys profits. The population in this research is all property and real estate company listed on the Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2011. Companies that meet the criteria and be sampled as many as 25 companies. Analysis of the research on the use of is using multiple linear regression equation with the help of software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions).Based on the t test showed that there is a partially significant effect of CR on Profit Growth in Property and Real Estate company. Based on the t test showed that there is no partial significant effect between Earnings Growth tattoo on the companys Property and Real Estate. Based on the t test showed that there is no partial significant influence of DER on Profit Growth in Property and Real Estate company. Based on the t test showed that there is a partially significant effect of ROA on Profit Growth in Property and Real Estate company. Based on the calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.320. This suggests that CR, TATO, DER, and ROA simultaneously giving effect to the 32% profit growth. Keywords: CR, TATO, DER, ROA and Profit Growt
Program Fraksional Linier Dengan Koefisien Interval
Linear fractional programming is a special case of nonlinear programming which the objective function is a ratio of two linear function with linear constraints. Linear fractional programming is used to optimize the efficiency of the activities of the other activities. In some case, coefficients of the objective function is uncertain. Therefore, It can be selected the interval numbers as coefficients. First step in solving linear fractional programming with interval coefficients in the objective function is transforming it into linear programming using the Charnes - Cooper method. The result of the transformation is linear programming with interval coefficients (LPIC). To solve the LPIC is used method proposed by K Ramadan. In this method, LPIC converted into two linear programming that obtains the best optimum solution and the worst optimum solution, respectively. This optimum solution is the optimum solution for linear fractional programming problem with interval coefficients in the objective function

Education On The Risks Of Using Hazardous Additives In Snacks For Students At Margahayu II Elementary School In Bekasi City
Background: Food safety and quality studied by BPOM Indonesia in 2008-2011 showed that around 48% of hazardous substances are found in snacks of elementary school children. Throughout 2012, this percentage increased to 66.7%. Cases of chemical contamination that are still frequently found are the use of additives such as formaldehyde, borax and rhodamine B. Lack of supervision and education to children causes the possibility of consuming dangerous foods to be large thus increasing the risk to health. Objective: This activity was conducted to improve understanding, knowledge and awareness of the community, especially students about the risk of using hazardous additives in snacks. Method: Stages of community service activities include: (1) Pre-activity; (2) Implementation; and (3) Evaluation. The method used was a combination of community education and demonstration. In the core of the activity, there were three sub-activities implemented. Results: An increase in understanding hazardous additives in snacks for students was achieved. It was known that the sample circulating around school did not contain rhodamine B and borax. Futhermore, students can practice one simple way to implement clean and healthy living. Conclusion: The program provided an increase in understanding and awareness of hazardous additives in snacks for students
