Eksperimentasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Talk Write Dan Think Pair Share Pada Materi Operasi Aljabar Ditinjau Dari Keterampilan Sosial Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri Se-kabupaten Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015
The purposes of this study was to determine the effect of the learning models on the learning achievement in Mathematics viewed from the sosial skill of the students. The learning models compared were the cooperative learning model of the Think Talk Write (TTW) type with scientific approach, Think Pair Share (TPS) type with scientific approach, and classical model with scientific approach.The type of this study was a quasi-experimental study with a 3x3 factorial design. The study population were all of grade VII students of Junior High School in Kabupaten Semarang. Instruments used for data collection were mathematics achievement test and sosial skill questionnaire. The proposed hypotheses of the research were analyzed by using the two way analysis of variance with unbalanced cells. Based on the hypothesis testing it can be concluded as follows. (1) Students\u27 learning achievement treated by TTW learning model with scientific approach are better than students treated by TPS model with scientific approach and classical learning model with scientific approach. In addition to, students\u27 learning achievement treated by TPS model with scientific approach are better than students treated by classical learning model with scientific approach. (2) Students\u27 learning achievement who have high social skill are better than students who have moderate and low social skill. Furthermore, students who have moderate social skill are better than students who have low social skill. (3) In high, moderate, and low social skill category, students learning achievement treated by TTW model with scientific approach are better than student who treated by TPS learning model with scientific approach and classical learning model with scientific approaching. Asides from that, students learning achievement are treated by TPS learning model with scientific approach are better than students who treated by classical learning model with scientific approach. (4) In TTW learning model with scientific approaching, TPS with scientific approach and classical learning with scientific approach, students learning achievement who have high social skill are better than students who have moderate and low social skill. Moreover, students who have moderate social skill are better than students who have low social skill
Penalaran Matematis Siswa Dalam Pemecahan Masalah Pada Materi Pokok Faktorisasi Bentuk Aljabar Di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta
The purposes of this study were to describe: (1) the students with high-ability mathematical reasoning on problems solving of algebra factorization in eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta, (2) the students with moderate-ability mathematical reasoning in problem solving of algebra factorization of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta, (3) the students with low-ability mathematical reasoning in problem solving of the algebra factorization material in eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. This research was a qualitative case study type. The research subjects were taken from eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. The subjects amounted to 9 students consisting of 3 students with high ability, three students with moderate ability, and 3 students with low ability. The research data were in the form of written and oral data. Written data were obtained from the research subject test on written test instruments. The oral data obtained from the think aloud verbal conducted by researchers to the study subject. The techniques of analyzing the data were: (a) data reduction (b) presention of data (c) conclusion. The results showed that the students with high-ability reasoning mathematical were: (a) understand the problem, the students read the questions carefully and write down the information that is known of the problem and write down what was being asked of the problem; (b) present the mathematical expressions and perform calculations, students write a mathematical equation to calculate by used the operations of addition, subtraction and multiplication algebra fluently; (c) submit the notion and manipulation of mathematics, students write the answer to determine the length and width of the rice field by factoring and write down the factoring results that obtained; (d) drawn the conclusions, students write the length and width of the rice fields and multiplying the factoring results obtained to convince answers that obtained. The students with moderate-ability reasoning mathematical were: (a) understand the problem, students read the question after it write down the information that was known from the problem and write down what was being asked of the problem; (b) present the mathematical expressions and perform calculations, students write a mathematical equation to calculate by using the operations of addition, subtraction and multiplication algebra although this was used long time to write mathematical expressions and perform calculation, but students were get the expected rice fields wide. The students with low-ability mathematical reasoning were: understand the problem, students read again and again but still confused after it write down the information that was known from the problem and write down what was being asked of the problem
Eksperimentasi Model Pembelajaran Group Investigation (Gi) Yang Dimodifikasi Pada Materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar Ditinjau Dari Kemandirian Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri Se-kabupaten Pacitan Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014
This aim of the research was to know the effect of learning models on mathematics achievement viewed from the student learning independency. The learning model compared were modified GI, GI and direct learning. This research was a quasi experimental with the factorial design of 3x4. The population of this research was all students class VIII in SMP Negeri in Pacitan regency. The sampling technique used was stratified cluster random sampling. Hypotheses testing was performed using two-way analysis of variance with unequal cells. Based on the results of hypotheses testing, it were concluded that: 1) modified GI learning model give better achievement than GI and direct learning, while GI learning model and direct learning gave the same achievement. 2) Students with independent type have better achievement than students with individualistic type, conscientious type and self-conscious type, students with individualistic type have better achievement than students with conscientious type and self-conscious type, students with conscientious type and self-conscious type have the same achievement. 3) For all of learning independency type, modified GI learning model give better achievement than GI learning model and direct learning, GI learning model and direct learning give the same achievement. 4) For all of learning models, students with independent type, individualistic type, conscientious type and self-conscious type have the same achievement
Kategori Berpikir Kreatif Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta Dalam Menyelesaikan Masalah Matematika Pada Materi Pokok Himpunan
The purpose of this research was to describe the fluency, flexibility, and novelty of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta who have the high, moderate, and low mathematics ability to solve the mathematics problem on the topic of union. This research was qualitative research. The subjects were taken from seventh grade student of SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. The subjects were 9 students; 3 students with high ability, 3 students with moderate ability, and 3 students with low ability. Data were collected through think aloud method in which students were asked to express what he thought orally. The main data sources were the words and actions of students while being interviewed. Data was validated using data triangulation where data collection was conducted at two different time. The research results showed that the students with the high, moderate, and low mathematics ability had different characteristics in fluency, flexibility and novelty
Eksperimentasi Model Problem Based Learning Dan Discovery Learning Pada Materi Perbandingan Dan Skala Ditinjau Dari Sikap Peserta Terhadap Matematika Didik Kelas VII SMP Kabupaten Klaten Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014
Abstrack: The aims of this research were to determine: (1) the better students' achievement in learning by using Problem Based Learning (PBL), Discovery Learning (DL) or direct learning models (2) the better students' achievement among the students who have positive, neutral or negative attitude (3) the better students' achievement in each category attitude, in learning by using PBL, DL or direct learning models (4) the better students' achievement in each learning model, among the students who have positive, neutral or negative attitude. This research used a quasi-experimental research with the population of seventh grade students of Junior High Schools in Klaten Regency which have implemented curriculum 2013 in the Academic Year 2013/2014. The sampling technique used stratified cluster random sampling and three schools selected namely SMPN 1 Delanggu, SMPN 1 Prambanan and SMPN 2 Wedi. Two-way variance analysis was used to test the hypothesis, followed by scheffe' technique. Considering the result of analysis, the following conclusion could be drawn. (1) The students' achievement who learnt by using DL was better than PBL and direct learning models. The students' achievement who learnt by using PBL were similar to direct learning models. (2) The students' achievement with positive attitude was better than neutral and negative attitude. The students' achievement with neutral attitude was better than negative attitude. (3) In the positive and neutral attitude, the students' achievement who learnt by using PBL, DL and direct learning models were similar. In the negative attitude, the students' achievement who learnt by using DL model were better than PBL and direct learning models and the students' achievement who learnt by using PBL and direct models were similar. (4) In learning by using PBL, the students' achievement with positive attitude were better than negative one, the positive and neutral attitude ware similar and the neutral and negative attitude were similar too. In learning by using DL, the student's achievement with positive, neutral and negative attitude were similar. In learning by using direct learning, the students' achievement with positive attitude were better than the negative one, the positive and neutral attitude were similar and the neutral and negative attitude were similar too
Eksperimentasi Pembelajaran Matematika Dengan Model Problem Based Learning(pbl) Dan Learning Cycle 5e Dengan Pendekatan Saintifik Pada Materi Dimensi Tiga Ditinjau Dari Kemandirian Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri Di-kabupaten Sukoharjo
The research aims to know: 1) which learning model is better achievement LC 5E with scientific appraoach, PBL, or direct learning models : 2) the learning autonomy category giving a better achievement among the high, medium, and low level of learning autonomy; 3) the learning autonomy which yields a better achievement of each learning model ; and 4) learning model which yields a better achievement of each learning autonomy category. The type of the research is a quasi-experimental research. The research is carried out in Sukoharjo regency. The populations of research are all 10th students of in Sukoharjo regency in which school based curriculum applied in the academic year of 2014-2015. The sampling technique uses Stratified Cluster Random Sampling. The data collecting techniques use documents, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique uses two-way variant analysis with unequal cells. The research concludes that; 1) the LC 5E learning model with scientific approach gives a better achievement in mathematics learning; 2) the students with high learning autonomy get better mathematics scores. The indicator is the average scores of students with high learning autonomy are better than those with low or medium level; 3) In each learning model, the students with high learning autonomy get better achievements than those with medium or low as well learning autonomy in general,whereas in high learning autonomy category, the LC 5E learning with scientific approach shows a better math achievement than PBL; and 4) For the classification of learning autonomy between the high level and the medium one, learning model LC 5E with scientific approach shows better achievement mathematics learning than the one with PBL or direct learning, whereas, the low learning autonomy has no different achivement LC 5E with scientific approach, PBL or the direct one
Eksperimentasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Number Head Together (Nht), Jigsaw II Dan Think Pair Share (Tps) Pada Materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar Ditinjau Dari Kecerdasan Emosional Siswa SMP Negeri Di Kabupaten Sukoharjo
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning models on student's mathematics achievement viewed from emotional quotient. The learning models compared were learning model of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT), Jigsaw II, and TPS. This research was a quasi-experimental research. The population of the research was all of the eighth grade students of the State Junior High School in Sukoharjo. The instrumentsused to collect data were mathematics achievement and emotional quotient questionnaire. Technique of analyzing data that used was unbalanced two ways analysis of variance. From the research, it can be concluded as follows. (1) Learning by using cooperative learning model of Jigsaw II and NHT gave better mathematics learning achievement than learning by using cooperative learning model of TPS, learning by using cooperative learning model of NHT gave better mathematics learning achievement than learning by using cooperative learning model of TPS. (2) Students who have high emotional quotient gave better mathematics learning achievement than students who have middle and low emotional quotient, students who have middle emotional quotient gave better mathematics learning achievement than students who have low emotional quotient, (3) On the cooperative learning model of Jigsaw II, students who have high and middle emotional quotient gave better mathematics learning achievement with the students who have low emotional quotient. On the cooperative learning model of NHT, students who have high emotional quotient gave better mathematics learning achievement with the students who have low emotional quotient. On the cooperative learning model of TPS, students who have high, middle and low emotional quotient gave the same mathematics learning achievement. (4) On the high emotional quotient, using cooperative learning model of learning by Jigsaw II, NHT and TPS gave the same mathematics learning achievement. On the middle emotional quotient, using cooperative learning model of learning by Jigsaw II gave better mathematics learning achievement with learning by using cooperative learning model of TPS. On the low emotional quotient, using cooperative learning model of learning by Jigsaw II, NHT and TPS gave the same mathematics learning achievement
Eksperimentasi Model Pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (Tai), Problem Based Learning (Pbl) Dan Pembelajaran Klasikal Dengan Pendekatan Saintifik Pada Materi Bentuk Aljabar Ditinjau Dari Aktivitas Belajar Siswa
The aim of the research was to determine the effect of learning models on mathematics achievement viewed from student\u27s leraning activity. The learning models compared were TAI with scientific approach, PBL with scientific approach, and classical with scientific approach.This experiment was quasi-experimental. It uses 3 x 3 factorial planning. The population was the entire 8th grade students of State Junior high School in Grobogan regency in the academic year 2014/2015. The sampling technique used was stratified cluster random sampling. The sample consisted of students of SMP N 2 Tegowanu, SMP N 3 Godong and SMP N 5 Purwodadi. Data collection instruments used were learning achievement test and student learning activity questionnaire. Hypothesis examination used was variance analysis (anava) with unequal cell.Conclusions acquired from this thesis are as follows: 1) PBL using scientific approach gives better mathematics learning achievement compared to TAI and classical Learning, TAI using scientific approach gives better mathematics learning achievement compared to classical learning. 2) student\u27s mathematics achievement with high learning activity is better than those with intermediate and poor learning activity, intermediate learning activity is better than those with poor learning activity. 3) on TAI using scientific approach, student\u27s mathematics achievement with high learning activity is as good as those with intermediate learning activity, high learning activity is better than those with poor learning activity, and intermediate learning activity is good as those with poor learning activity. Students which is given PBL using scientific approach, students with high learning activity have mathematics learning achievement as good as those with intermediate learning activity, high learning activity is better than those with poor learning activity, and intermediate learning activity is good as those with poor learning activity. 4) for students with high learning activity, PBL gives learning achievement as good as TAI, PBL gives learning achievement better than classical learning, and TAI gives learning achievement better than classical learning. For students with intermediate learning activity; TAI, PBL and classical learning gives the same good result. For students with poor learning activity; TAI, PBL and classical learning gives the same good result on student\u27s learning achievement. And student\u27s learning achievement on algebra which is given PBL is as good as those which is given classical learning
