Kajian Teknis Sistem Penirisan Pada Pit Tambang Batubara PT. Dizamatra Powerindo, Kabupaten Lahat βProvinsi Sumatera Selatan
PT. Dizamatra Powerindo adalah Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang eksploitasi batubara yang menggunakan sistemtambang terbuka. Pada saat musim penghujan, dasar tambang yang berada pada elevasi +44 mdpl selalu tergenangoleh air dan hal ini diperparah oleh dimensi sump yang tidak memenuhi kualifikasi secara teknis dan ekonomis. Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeluarkan air yang masuk ke dalam tambang PT. Dizamatra Powerindo sehinggatidak mengganggu proses penambangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengolah dan menganalisis data-data sepertidata curah hujan, suhu, faktor jenis tanah, catchment area sehingga didapatkan hasil berupa sistem penirisan yangpaling ideal untuk daerah penelitian.Dari analisa, didapatkan bahwa volume air yang masuk ke dalam tambangsebesar 17.396,182 m3dengan volume sump aktual 13.914,1 m3 sehingga diperlukan penambahan volume sump menjadi16.375 m3. Sistem penirisan dengan menggunakan saluran terbuka membentuk catchment area baru sebesar250.847m2sehingga volume air limpasan yang masuk ke dalam tambang berkurang sebesar 2.566,08 m3/hari sehingga waktuuntuk mengeringkan air di sump akan lebih cepat. Selain itu saluran terbuka juga dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinyaerosi di areal penambangan akibat pergerakan air limpasan permukaan

Pemantauan kinerja organisasi di KPPN masih dilakukan selama 3 bulan sekali, hal ini berakibat KPPN kurang responsif terhadap tantangan dan kesempatan yang ada sehingga menghambat pencapaian kinerja organisasi. Efektivitas Perupuk (Phragmites Karka) dan Mikroorganisme Efektif (Em) dalam Pengolahan Limbah Cair Domestik Rumah Tangga
This research aimed (a) to find out the changes of the value of water quality parameters in domestic household waste by using Perupuk (Phragmites karka) and Effective Microorganisms (EM); (b) to prensent the changes in values of water quality parameter; and (c) to compare the value of water quality parameter on phytoremediation, bioremediation and both of combinations. The study was conducted by using 3 treatments, 4 repetitions and 1 control. The data obtained from the research was quantitative data that was processed by One Way Anova analysis with advanced test using LSD and Duncan test with trust level (sig) = 0.05.The results obtained from this study is that in water reservoir the combination of EM4 and Perupuk (Phragmites karka) was the best treatment in this study that have been executed. The combination of two treatments that were able to repair four of the seven water quality parameters are DO (-31.48%), BOD5 (99.57%), COD (99.87%), and TSS (92.41%) from standard of environment quality in Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No.82 tahun 2001 Kelas I
Peramalan Tinggi Gelombang Transmisi dengan Permodelan Gelombang Irreguler pada Pemecah Gelombang Kantong Pasir Tipe Tenggelam Menggunakan Artifical Neural Network (ANN)
There are some conditions and problems in coastal engineering that can't be solved by mathematical analysis. ANN method is a soft computing method has been usesd to solve many problems in any cases. Judging from the success of the research is the application of ANN method, it is necessary to prove the performance of the ANN method to predict transmission waves for sandbag breakwater.The Incoming wave, period, slope, width crest, freeboard, shape and arrangement of sandbags are the parameter that can be used as the test variables. The process to get the result is consisted by training, testing, and validation process. The algorithm used in the development of ANN model is backpropagation algorithm.The results obtained in this study indicate that the performance of the ANN model that has been made to produce the value of the test statistic parameters of the correlation coefficient (R) and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) that categorized as a very strong correlation and has small error. The best forecasting scheme obtained that the forecasting which resulted in a correlation coefficient (R) is 0.95111 and RMSE value 0.6529 cm

Characterization of vector communities and biting behavior in South Sulawesi with host decoy traps and human landing catches
Background:
Indonesia has high mosquito diversity, with circulating malaria and arboviruses. Human landing catches (HLC) are ethically questionable where arboviral transmission occurs. The host decoy trap (HDT) is an exposure-free alternative outdoor sampling device. To determine HDT efficacy for local culicids, and to characterize local mosquito fauna, the trapping efficacy of the HDT was compared to that of HLCs in one peri-urban (Lakkang) and one rural (Pucak) village in Sulawesi, Indonesia.
Results:
In Lakkang the outdoor HLCs collected significantly more Anopheles per night (nβ=β22βΒ±β9) than the HDT (nβ=β3βΒ±β1), while the HDT collected a significantly greater nightly average of Culex mosquitoes (nβ=β110βΒ±β42), than the outdoor HLC (nβ=β15.1βΒ±β6.0). In Pucak, there was no significant difference in Anopheles collected between trap types; however, the HDT collected significantly more Culex mosquitoes than the outdoor HLC nightly average (nβ=β53βΒ±β11 vs 14βΒ±β3). Significantly higher proportions of blood-fed mosquitoes were found in outdoor HLC (nβ=β15βΒ±β2%) compared to HDT (nβ=β2βΒ±β0%). More blood-fed culicines were collected with outdoor HLC compared to the HDT, while Anopheles blood-fed proportions did not differ. For the HDT, 52.6%, 36.8% and 10.5% of identified blood meals were on cow, human, and dog, respectively. Identified blood meals for outdoor HLCs were 91.9% human, 6.3% cow, and 0.9% each dog and cat. Mosquitoes from Pucak were tested for arboviruses, with one Culex pool and one Armigeres pool positive for flavivirus, and one Anopheles pool positive for alphavirus.
Conclusions:
The HDT collected the highest abundance of culicine specimens. Outdoor HLCs collected the highest abundance of Anopheles specimens. Although the HDT can attract a range of different Asian mosquito genera and species, it remains to be optimized for Anopheles in Asia. The high proportion of human blood meals in mosquitoes collected by outdoor HLCs raises concerns on the potential exposure risk to collectors using this methodology and highlights the importance of continuing to optimize a host-mimic trap such as the HDT
Analisis Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Bank Lampung Kantor Cabang Pembantu Sukadana Provinsi Lampung
Suatu organisasi dapat berjalan efektif apabila fungsi-fungsi manajemen seperti peren-canaan, pengorganisasian, motivasi dan pengawasan dalam hal ini juga dilakukan pada PT. Bank Lampung Kantor Cabang pembantu Sukadana Provinsi Lampung. Masalah pada penelitian ini Pengawasan masih belum dirasakan efektif oleh sebagian pegawai, hal ini terlihat dari masih adanya pegawai yang datang terlambat, adanya pegawai yang berada diluar kantor pada jam kerja, Perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang belum efektif, terlihat dari rencana penempatan orang yang tidak sesuai antara bidang pekerjaan dengan latar belakang pendidikannya. Rumusan masalahnya adalah: Adakah pengaruh Pengawasan dan dan perencanaan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Lampung Kantor Cabang Pembantu Sukadana Provinsi Lampung (Persero)?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh pengawasan dan perencanaan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Lampung Kantor Cabang Pembantu Sukadana Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 30 orang reponden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji-t dan uji-F dengan program SPSS 18. Hasil penelitia menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan tingkat signifikansi 2,5% karena uji dua sisi dan N = 30 diperoleh t tabel sebesar = 2,052. Sedangkan t hitung untuk pengawasa 2,761, (t hitung > t tabel) berarti pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Demikian juga pengujian terhadap perencanaan sumber daya manusia, menunjukkan t hitung sebesar 2,384 (t hitung < t tabel) berarti perencanaan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji F dengan iingkat signifikansi 0,05 (β = 5%), diperoleh F tabel sebesar 3,354 dan F hitung sebesar 6,588, karena F hitung > dari F tabel, berarti secara simultan ada pengaruh antara pengawasan dan perencanaan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengawasan dan perencanaan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Bank Lampung Branch Office Sukadana Lampung Province (Persero)?. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of supervision and human resources planning on employee performance at PT. Bank Lampung Branch Office Sukadana Lampung Province. This study used 30 respondents. Methods of data collection is using observation, interviews, dokumantation and questionnaires and interviews. Methode of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and F-test with SPSS 18. The results of this study using 2,5% significance level for two test and N = 30 obtained t table = 2.052 while t count to supervision is 2.761 (t count > t table) mean supervision influence on employee performance. Examination of human resource planning, showed tcount equal to 2.384 (t count <t table) then inferred resource planning of human influence on the performance of employees.. By F-test using a significance level of 0.05 (β = 5%) the obtained F table at 3,354, while F count equal to 6.588, F count> F table, mean together there is influence between supervision and human resource planning on performance of employees .Based result on an analysis it can be concluded that supervision and human resource planning influence on performance of employees of PT. Bank Lampung Branch Office Sukadana Lampung Province
Autonomous Surface Vehicle sebagai Alat Pemantau Lingkungan Menggunakan Metode Navigasi Waypoint
Polusi lingkungan seperti gas dan cairan limbah banyak terdapat pada sungai, danau, serta pantai di sekitar area industri. Polusi tersebut dapat membahayakan kesehatan, sehingga diperlukan sebuah alat untuk pemantau kondisi udara dan air di sekitar perairan tersebut. Autonomous Surface Vehicle merupakan robot kapal yang dapat bergerak secara otomatis dari suatu titik ke titik lain dengan menggunakan metode waypoint. ASV dilengkapi dengan Global Positioning System, sensor gas MQ-7 untuk karbon monoksida, dan keasaman. ASV tersebut mampu menyusuri perairan dengan medan yang sulit dijangkau manusia. Ketika lokasi telah ditentukan, kapal akan bergerak secara otomatis dan mengukur kadar gas CO dalam satuan ppm serta tingkat keasaman air dalam satuan pH yang ada di sekitar lokasi kapal secara real-time. Hasil pengukuran data tersebut langsung dikirimkan ke pengguna melalui telemetri radio. Hasil pengujian sistem yang dilakukan di danau menunjukkan bahwa ASV mampu bergerak secara otomatis maupun manual untuk pengambilan data sensor. Pada pengukuran data sensor gas CO memiliki rerata kesalahan sebesar 5%, sedangkan pada pengukuran data sensor keasaman memiliki rerata kesalahan 13%. Sistem navigasi waypoint GPS memiliki rerata kesalahan jarak sebesar 2 meter. Berdasarkan perancangan dan pengujian sistem, ASV ini mampu memantau lingkungan secara otomatis sehingga dapat menginformasikan tingkat bahaya bagi kesehatan manusia
