    This study aims to analyze: 1) level efectiveness of GSMK program in empowering rural communities at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency, and 2) factors that have relation with effectiveness of GSMK program in empowering rural communities at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency. These researches were conducted at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency. Samples of this study amount to of 53 respondents randomly. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis, qualitatif, tabulation and Rank Spearman correlation. The results showed: 1) level of effectiveness GSMK program in empowering rural communities at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency it has been well, because the specific purpose of GSMK program had been achieved and GSMK program also could create satisfaction and pride for the result they had been done, and 2) factors that have relation with effectiveness of GSMK program at Rawa Pitu Subdistrict Tulang Bawang Regency were society\u27s level of knowledge about GSMK program, society\u27s attitude about GSMK program and role of Pokmas in GSMK program

    DEVELOPMENT OF LECTURERS COMPETENCIES THROUGH THE SOCIALIZATION OF THE SEMESTER LEARNING PLAN (RPS) ERA OF INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0. This socialization activity is an activity carried out in the Automotive Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University. This service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of lecturers in compiling RPS in accordance with the demands of the world today. This is to make it easier for lecturers to plan, compile RPS and evaluate learning oriented in the 4.0 revolution era. This activity was attended by 24 lecturers majoring in automotive engineering. In this socialization activity, it was explained how to prepare RPS in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and also to develop lecturer competence because making RPS is the obligation of lecturers in preparing for the learning process later. The data shows a lack of interest from lecturers in compiling and developing RPS. There are also data results that show the lack of student motivation in learning activities which is part of the readiness of the lecturers themselves in completing learning tools. The method used is science and technology substitution by offering a new, more modern science and technology than the old one. The final result is that the overall service activity process has been considered quite good and useful for automotive engineering majors and is important to be developed as part of the completeness of learning tools

    The main objectives of this research are to analyze the development strategy of livestock implemented in the Province of Aceh, identify and analyze the factors that are involved, which from a determinant of beef cattle development through agribusiness insight. Furthermore, this research was aimed to arrange alternative strategy, and recommend its priority to the Animal Husbandry of Aceh Province. The research method used was descriptive method by means of survey research, and the sampling technique used was non-probability technique through purposive sampling. The analysis tool used were Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) analysis, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. Determining of strategy priority that done by QSPM analyze, obtained the strategy that has the main priority that can be implemented in development of beef cattle agribusiness conception; development of beef cattle bussiness through the implementation of integrated farming area (cluster) that in supported by subsystems availability in agribusiness of beef cattle from the upstream subsytem to downstream subsystem and support services

    Efektivitas Penggunaan Modul Berbasis Projeck Based Learning dalam Pembelajaran Teknologi Alat Berat

    Learning requires support from a reliable media, one of which can be a learning module. Based on several previous studies regarding the module, there are still some shortcomings from the module under study. So that further development of the given module is needed by adding the contents of the module using the project. This study aims to examine the development of heavy equipment technology modules including validity tests, practicality tests and project-based effectiveness tests. This research is included in Research and Development (R&D) research. The model used in this study uses the ADDIE principle, the data collection method is through questionnaires and learning outcomes tests, the data analysis is processed using a quantitative approach and described through a qualitative approach to conclude the research results, the research subjects consist of lecturers and students. The results of the research conducted on the development of PjBl-based modules meet the feasibility, in terms of aspects of validity, practicality and effectiveness. The results of the analysis of the validity aspect are 89.07% very valid criteria, the average practicality aspect is 87.92% very practical criteria. The effectiveness aspect is seen from the knowledge test and project test. The test results on 30 students have an average score of 86.67% in the good category and in the field of skills (projects) of 86.67% very high criteria. The conclusion is that the development of PjBL-based modules is able to attract attention and make students understand the material and be able to work together in groups
