The service industry has a substantial contribution compared to agriculture and industry with state revenues. Nevertheless, Indonesia is still the smallest compared to other large populated countries. It also proves that Indonesia has not maximized in exploiting the ability of purchasing power and economic growth achieved. The focus of this paper is to investigate the commitment commitment as central to the development of mercantile marketing. The factors that influence commitment to generate strong relationships are by maintaining a relationship to the level of customer commitment with the company. In particular, examine the factors that influence trust and satisfaction of the customer commitment. Therefore the proposed proposition is the factors that influence (economic content, resource content, social content, emotional content) trust (belief), satisfaction (satisfaction) and customer commitment relationship in the service industry

Karakterisasi Berbagai Jenis Bahan Lapisan Kedap, Ketebalan Dan Nisbah Bentonit Dengan Pasir: Konsep Dasar Pengelolaan Lahan Pasir Pantai
Coastal sandy land development faces the sand characteristics, the lower holding water capacity and the larger nutrient leaching due to heavier rainfall in the tropics, soil porosity and without soil layering so it need alternative technology for more efficient harvesting water resources in supporting the crop growing. The laboratory research studied the characteristic of various kind, thickness and ratio of hardplain material was carried out at Laboratory of Agronomy of UNSOED, Soil Mechanic of GMU. the SEM and X-RD of Lemigas Jakarta. Permeability determination by Falling Head which is appropriate measurment was not significantly different with ELE28-290 permeameter. Permeability of Kokap clay soil and Nanggulan bentonite were larger than the rainfall intensity in coastal sandy land. The Sentolo Vertisol content 68% calcium smectite had permeability 3,7 mm.day-1. Bentonite permeability were not significantly different due to more than 80% clay mineral composition. Therefore the permeability of natrium bentonite like as BPIB and BLUB namely 1.4 x 10-2 and 10-2 mm day-1 were lower than the calcium bentonite like as RMBL and BLBK permeability namely 4.3 x 10-2 and 2.43 x 10-2 mm day-1. Permeability of 0.5 cm thickness bentonite was not significantly different than 1.0 dan 1.5 cm thickness and those had very low permeability. Bentonite sand mixture 15 and 20 percent produced bentonite sand agregate that had mesopores by which allowing the drainage and available soil water so that those had water permeability 13.7 dan 10.3 mm day-1 respectively. The mixture 30-100% had not significantly different permeability namely 7.3 x 10-2 up to 1.4 10-2 mm day-1. The combination of tickness and the low ratio of bentonite sand mixutre need to be determined to produce favourable environment in supporting the plant growth
Tanggap Beberapa Varietas Cabai Terhadap Dosis Bahan Pembenah Tanah Dan Interval Pemupukan Nitrogen Tanah Pasir Pantai Response of Hot Chilli Variety to Rate of Soil Amendment and Interval of Nitrogen Application on Coastal Sandy Soil
Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggap beberapa varietas cabai terhadap dosis bahan pembenah tanah dan interval pemupukan N pada tanah pasir pantai, telah dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman beragam antar varietas cabai. Habitus varietas Hot Beauty sama dengan Laris dan lebih tinggi daripada TM-888. TM-888 memiliki daun dan cabang lebih banyak daripada Hot Beauty atau Laris. Laris mampu membentuk bunga paling tinggi dengan persentase buah jadi paling rendah dibandingkan Hot Beauty maupun TM-888. Dosis bahan pembenah tanah 45 t/ha memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik kecuali tinggi tanaman. Dosis 15 dan 30 t/ha memberikan jumlah daun dan jumlah bunga yang sama. Dosis 30 t/ha memberikan jumlah buah dan persentase bunga jadi terendah. Interval pemupukan N berkorelasi linier negatif dengan variabel pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman serta berkorelasi kuadratik terhadap persentase bunga jadi mengikuti Y=83,191+2,1085X-
2 0,1125X . Interval pemupukan 5-10 hari dapat meningkatkan persentase bunga jadi varietas Laris dan menurunkan persentase bunga jadi varietas Hot Beauty serta tidak berpengaruh terhadap varietas TM 888
Analisis Pengaruh Brand Image, Brand Trust Dan Psychology Terhadap Purchase Decision Laptop Di Lingkungan Mahasiswa(Studi Kasus : Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana, Univeristas Tarumanegara, Dan Universitas Trisakti Jakarta Barat)
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust, and psychology towards on purchase decision of laptop in students environmental of Krida Wacana Christian University, Tarumanegara University, and Trisakti University West Jakarta. Samples in this study amounted to 210 people collected from student respondenets of Krida Wacana Christian University, Tarumanegara University, and Trisakti University. Based on a statistic test using SPSS software for windows version 19, showed that brand image, brand trust, and psychology simultaneously (F test) have a significant influence towards on purchase decision. Based on t test, the results of study showed that brand image has a positive influence and significant towards on purchase decision, brand trust has a negative influence and significant towards on purchase decision, and psychology has no influence towards on purchase decision
