    Fitur Notifikasi untuk Sistem Monitoring Mesin Pelayanan Pelanggan (Studi Kasus di Etisalat Corporation; Abu Dhabi)

    Mesin Pelayanan Pelanggan merupakan wakil keberadaan sebuah Perusahaan pada daerah-dearah di mana kantor cabang tidak didirikan. Etisalat menginstall sekitar 120 mesin. Mesin ini melayani kebutuhan pelanggan seperti melihat tagihan; menambah saldo; dan lain-lain. Mesin-mesin ini dimonitor oleh suatu Sistem Monitoring yang melihat status masing-masing mesin setiap saat. Para teknisi kemudian dapat melihat status mesin di aplikasi client dari Sistem Monitoring tersebut. Hanya saja; sistem ini harus senantiasa dimonitor agar kesalahan mesin dapat diketahui setiap saat. Diinginkan adanya fitur notifikasi kepada teknisi agar mereka tidak perlu melihat Sistem Monitoring setiap waktu. Fitur notifikasi ini akan mengirimkan notifikasi ke teknisi berupa SMS yang berisi pemberitahuan bahwa ada mesin yang rusak. Dengan demikian; teknisi dapat berada di mana pun dan mereka akan segera tahu akan kerusakan mesin. Mereka dapat langsung datang ke lokasi mesin berada dan melakukan tindakan yang diperlukan. Tiap teknisi punya wilayah masing-masing maka fitur notifikasi harus memperhatikan wilayah mesin berada dan mengirimkan ke teknisi yang bertanggung jawab. Di samping itu; teknisi juga ada yang bekerja di jam kerja dan ada yang di jam lembur. Jika mesin masih rusak dalam waktu 2 jam; maka SMS juga akan dikirim ke supervisor dari teknisi. Jika mesin tetap rusak dalam periode 4 jam; SMS akan dikirim ke master supervisor. Log dari notifikasi ditulis ke basis data agar dapat diketahui teks yang dikirim; kepada siapa serta pada tanggal dan jam berapa

    Pola Peningkatan Hasil Tanaman Jarak Pagar (Jatropha Curcas L.) Ekotipe Lombok Barat Selama Empat Tahun Siklus Produksi

    The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the pattern of yield improvement of Jatropha curcas L. of West Lombokecotype at dry land of North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara during four years production cycle. The experiment was conductedin randomized complete block design (RCBD) using three types of propagules (i.e., stem cutting, seed, and seed followed bypruning after transplanting) and three replications from November 2006 to November 2010. The results showed that yieldwas increased as plant age increased. Plants cultivated during rainy season had higher yield compared to those cultivatedduring dry season. However, the oil content of nuts was slightly higher when harvested in dry season than in rainy season.Yield was also affected by plant material used. In the fi rst year, plants propagated by stem cutting had the highest yield. Inthe second, third, and fourth year, plants propagated from seed followed by pruning produced the highest nut dry weight.During four years production cycle, yearly yield improvement was about 2-3 times than the previous year and did not followthe geometrical progression based on dichotomy branching pattern of Jatropha

    Germination and growth at seedling stage are critical phases in plant life cycle, especially for physic nut (Jatropha curcas L.) usually grown in a dry land. Therefore seedling preparation plays an important role in nursery stock production. Position and depth of seed sowing affected the germination process and further seedling growth and development. A Completely Randomized Design with two factors was used in the experiment, i.e., depth of seed sowing (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 cm) and seed position (seed with micropyle at the bottom, face-down, and layback). The result showed that position and depth of seed sowing affected the germination and early growth and development of seedling. The effect of seed position on growth and development of seedling persisted until the end of the experiment when the seedlings were two months old. Face-down position with 2 - 3 cm depth represented the best position and depth for seedling growth

Karena itu, perancangan ini dibuat sebagai media pembelajaran tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan dalam penerbangan dalam bentuk aplikasi edukasi interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif sehingga objek dibatasi agar data yang didapat dari obyek dapat digali sebanyak mungkin, kemudian data dianalisa secara deskriptif.     Kajian Adopsi dan Dampak Teknologi Sistem USAha Pertanian Padi-udang Windu di Lahan Sawah Tambak Kabupaten Lamongan

    During 2000 – 2001, AIAT East Java conducted assessment on integrated farming system of rice-tiger prawnin Lamongan regency. This activity was evaluated in July – September 2003. The aim of the evaluation was to obtaindata on (1) adoption level and diffusion of recommended technology, and (2) impact at recommended technology onproductivity and farmer income. Within the evaluation, some information such as farmer characteristics, application ofrecommended technology, productivity and farmer income were collected by survey method. Results indicated that31% of farmers adopted the recommended technology. Subsequently, the recommended technology were diffused tonon-participated farmers. The level of diffusion reached 14%. In addition, the productivity at rice and tiger prawnincreased by 8% and 67% respectively. Finally, farmer income from this farming system increased by 41%. Tocontinue adoption at farming system of rice-tiger prawn, the following requirements are needed: (1) supply ofproduction input on the right time, (2) continue supervision to the farmer, (3) presence of stable and feasible priceassurance and (4) support of local government to increase productivity of integrated farming system of rice-tigerprawn.Key words : farming system, flood plain pond, technical adoption, tigar prawnKajian adopsi dan dampak teknologi ini merupakan evaluasi dari kegiatan sistem USAha pertanian padi-udangwindu yang telah dilakukan BPTP Jawa Timur di Kabupaten Lamongan tahun 2000 dan 2001. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan metode survei yang dilakukan pada bulan Juli-September 2003. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputikarakteristik petani, penerapan teknologi, serta produktivitas dan pendapatan USAhatani padi-udang windu. Kajian inibertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi (1) tingkat adopsi dan difusi teknologi anjuran, dan (2) dampak teknologianjuran terhadap produktivitas dan pendapatan USAhatani. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat adopsi teknologianjuran yang diadopsi oleh petani peserta mencapai 31 persen. Sedangkan teknologi anjuran yang terdifusi oleh petaninonpeserta mencapai 14 persen. Produktivitas padi dan udang windu meningkat 8 dan 67 persen serta pendapatanusahatani meningkat 41 persen. Agar adopsi teknologi USAhatani padi-udang windu dapat berlanjut, maka diperlukan;(1) penyediaan sarana produksi yang tepat waktu, (2) bimbingan oleh petugas secara terus menerus, (3) jaminan hargayang layak dan stabil, dan (4) dukungan pemerintah daerah dalam program peningkatan produktivitas USAhatani padiudangwindu

    A bolt of lightning strikes the induction is on the ground near a transmission line resulting in a phenomenon that caused of trensient electromagnetic fields from the lightning channel. This phenomenon is happening at lightning conductor wire. This event raised over voltage and resulting wave propagating on both sides of the wire in the strike lasts. In calculating the induction stroke used Shielded Factor (FP) is defined as the quotient ofthe induced voltage and induced voltage ground wire without a ground wire. If there is no ground wire, the neutral wire effect on induced voltage on the wire the same phase as the influence of the ground wire to the voltage induced in the phase wire. Since the neutral high wire above the ground is lower than the high-wire phase, greater than shielded factor of the channel with the ground wire. There are times when the neutral wire was installed over the wire so that the phase factor will be smaller shielded. Construction is crucial lightning disturbances. From this analysis concluded that the results obtained from data disruption due to lightning feeder PMT 4 GI BSB obtained 3 times a distraction while the calculation results showed interference by 4 times with 24.4 km length of the network there is no significant difference. Any differences due to changes in network construction are not communicated as elevation neutral wire that will affect shielded factor

    Studi Akumulasi Logam Timbal (Pb) Dan Efeknya Terhadap Kandungan Klorofil Daun Mangrove Rhizophora Mucronata

    Mangrove is a coastal plant which is vurneable to heavy metal pollution , whether from land or from the sea . More industrial development resulted in high levels of waste pollution .Various industrial waste into coastal waters will threat coastal vegetation like as mangrove. Rhizophora mucronata is one kind of mangrove with the highest population and is most often found around the coastal areas. Many industrial activities dischange lead (Pb), where Pb is one of the heavy metals that can not be degraded, can be accumulated in organism. This study aimed to know the accumulation of plumbum in mangrove the influence of difference concentration of Pb and exposure duration on chlorophyll content of R. mucronata mangrove leaves. The research was conducted in July-August 2012 at the Marine Science Campus , Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science , Diponegoro University , Semarang. Mangrove saplings used was R. mucronata ± 8 months old . Mangrove test was placed on the test media with concentrations of 20 , 100 , and 500 ppm . Each treatment was triplicates and analysis for chlorophyll content was done every 10 days. The results of study can be concluded that the greater Pb concentration the longer the exposure time could decrease of chlorophyll content. But despite the amount of chlorophyll decreased, based on the calculation of the value of phytoremediation (FTD) R. mucronata still be potencial to reduce pollutant movement of Pb in soil/sediment
