ADDED VALUE SAMPAH ORGANIK DENGAN TEKNOLOGI KOMPOSTER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT GAYO JEMBER-BONDOWOSO
Waste generation in Jember and Bondowoso districts is estimated at more than 500 m3day. More than 70% is organic waste. It can have multiple effects. There are three main products produced from this program, the first is composter, the second is HCS bioactivator and the third is liquid compost. The approach method includes stages: a). Socialization of PKMS program on Composter and Compost Making Technology b). Preparation of social preconditions, i.e. Coordination with the Gayo Jember Community regarding solving problems faced by members c). Implementation of the Composter Making technology and compost technology application programs, both technical and non-technical for the community, d). Monitoring, evaluation and reporting. The implementation of the Community Stimulation Partnership Program (PKMS) Composter Technology and Household Scale composting will improve the optimization of household waste function as raw material for organic fertilizer, increasing the income and welfare of members of the Gayo Jember-Bondowoso Community
PEMAKNAAN DIMENSI KUALITAS LAYANAN PERBANKAN SYARIAH INDONESIA (Studi Kasus Nasabah Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) Masyarakat Santri Eks-Karesidenan Besuki Jawa Timur)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi nasabah santri tentang makna perbankan syariah dan kualitas layanan perbankan syariah dan menggali model kualitas layanan bank syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data metode Indeft Intervieuw. Informan sebagai subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah nasabah santri yang memiliki tabungan di Bank Muamalt Indonesia (BMI) Se Eks- Karesidenan Besuki. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa keberadaan perbankan syariah merupakan keharusan bagi kaum muslim dan terdapat delapan dimensi model kualitas layanan
Kualitas Layanan, Produk, Lokasi, dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Konsumen
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product, location and price on purchasing decisions at the Basmalah Tanggul Store. This research is a causal relationship research, which aims to measure the strength of the relationship between two or more variables, and also shows the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The sample used is 100 respondents. Methods of data collection were carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaire surveys. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, and the analysis media uses multiple linear regression. The results show, a) Service has an Arithmetic significance value of 0.000 and less than 0.05, and arithmetic (5.601) > t table (1.6609); b) the product has a statistical significance value of 0.000 and less than 0.05 and the total t count (4.746) > t table (1.6609); c) the position has a statistical significance value of 0.001 and less than 0.05 and count (3.346) > t table (1.6609); d) the price has a statistical significance value of 0.000 and less than 0.05 and count (4.367) > t table (1.6609). In conclusion, service quality, product, location, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Basmalah Tanggul store.

Taxpayer Knowledge, Service Quality, Tax Sanctions, and Awareness in Enhancing Property Tax Compliance in Jember Regency
Taxation plays a pivotal role in economic development, serving as a primary revenue source and a tool for achieving broader social objectives. This study examines the impact of taxpayer knowledge, service quality, and tax sanctions on tax compliance, with taxpayer awareness as a mediating variable, using the Integrated Tax Compliance Model. Data were collected from 400 PBB taxpayers in Jember Regency through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that taxpayer knowledge, service quality, and tax sanctions significantly influence both taxpayer awareness and compliance. Additionally, taxpayer awareness mediates the relationships between these independent variables and compliance, highlighting its pivotal role. The study offers theoretical and practical contributions by demonstrating the integrated effects of these variables, providing a comprehensive understanding of taxpayer behavior, and guiding policymakers in formulating more effective tax strategies. This research underscores the importance of educational programs, service improvements, and balanced sanctions to enhance voluntary compliance, supporting sustainable regional development
Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer satisfaction at the Hans Sukowono Workshop, where the Hans Sukowono Workshop is experiencing fluctuations in the number of visitors in 2020. This research method is a research study. quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are consumers or customers of the Hans Sukowono Workshop. The sample used is 100 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed, the results of the t test showed that, a) the tangible variable (X1) with a t count of 1.356 and a significance level of 0.038; b) variable reliability (X2) with t count of 1.105 and a significance level of 0.032; c) the responsiveness variable (X3) with t count of 3.360 and a significance level of 0.001; d) assurance variable (X4) with t count of 4.572 and a significance level of 0.000; e) Empathy variable (X5) with t count of 2.250 and a significance level of 0.027. In conclusion, service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) has a significant partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at the Hans Sukowono Workshop.

Pembayaran Cashless dengan Sistem QR Code dan Perceived Trust terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Shopeepay
This study aims to determine the effect of Cashless payments with the QR Code system, and Percieved Trust on Shopeepay user satisfaction, cashless payments with the QR Code system have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, Percieved Trust has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The data used are secondary and primary data. Survey collection method and questionnaire instrument with Likert scale. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, namely multiple linear regression statistical tests using SPSS version 24. The results of the study showed that the cashless payment variable with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Percieved Trust variable with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Conclusions, namely a) if it is better and easier to transact using a cashless or cashless payment system, customer satisfaction will increase; b) if more and more trust is felt, then customer satisfaction will increase.

Pengaruh Digital Marketing terhadap Minat Beli pada 3 Cafe di Kabupaten Jember
This research aims to assess the impact of continued promotions on purchasing interest at three bistros operating in Jember, namely Rangkum Espresso, At maison, and Mr. Rokar Bistro. This exploration strategy includes investigating information from advanced promotional connections, for example, use of virtual entertainment, online missions, and customer reactions. Measurable test results show that computerized promotions have an impact on purchasing interest in the three bistros, with an importance level of 0.001. Overall, computerized promotions play a big role in shaping buyers' buying interest in these bistros. This exploration adds additional understanding of how the use of computerized media can strengthen advertising techniques and influence purchasing choices in the local bistro industry. The functional consequence of this discovery is that restaurateurs and exhibition specialists can most likely use computerized stages to increase customer purchasing interest and create areas of strength for attendance.

Analisis Spritualitas dan Stres Kerja terhadap Perilaku Menyimpang di Tempat Kerja dengan Ketaqwaan sebagai Pemediasi di Kalangan Karyawan Universitas Jember
The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of spirituality and stress on deviant behavior through piety as a variable that intervenes in Jember University employees. The number of samples in this study was 129. The analytical technique used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that spiritual variables have a significant effect on piety, work stress has a significant effect on piety, piety has a significant effect on deviant behavior, spirituality has a significant effect on deviant behavior, work stress has a significant effect on deviant behavior. Indirectly, spirituality and work stress have a significant effect on deviant behavior through piety. The conclusions from this study prove that there is a significant influence on all the variables examined in this study.

Analisis Pengaruh Fleksibilitas Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Adaptif Melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening
This study intends to investigate the impact of Work Flexibility and Transformational Leadership on Adaptive Performance, with Job Satisfaction serving as an intervening variable. The study focuses on employees at the Secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency DPRD. The survey included 80 personnel from the Bondowoso Regency DPRD Secretariat. This study utilises a Nonprobability Sampling approach known as saturated sample. Researchers utilised questionnaires as a method to get data from participants in this study. The analysis method employed is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) utilising WarpPLS 8.0. The data analysis results indicate that Work Flexibility positively and significantly impacts Adaptive Performance. Transformational Leadership positively and significantly impacts Adaptive Performance. Work flexibility positively and significantly impacts job satisfaction. Job satisfaction positively and significantly impacts adaptive performance. Work flexibility has a favourable but statistically insignificant impact on adaptive performance, mediated by job satisfaction. Transformational Leadership positively and significantly influences Adaptive Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable.

KONFIGURASI EKUITAS MEREK DALAM MEMBENTUK PEMBELIAN DI RUMAH MAKAN WONG SOLO JEMBER
Penelitian ini berjudul “Konfigurasi Ekuitas Merek Dalam Membentuk PembelianDi Rumah Makan Wong Solo Jember”. Penelitian ini adalah bertujuanmengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, kesan kualitas, loyalitasmerek, aset hak milik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian diRumah Makan Wong Solo Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhpengunjung Rumah Makan Wong Solo Jember, dengan jumlah respondensebanyak 60 orang. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 6 variabel. Alatanalisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian :1) Menunjukkan bahwa ada kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, kesan kualitas, danloyalitas merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumendi Rumah Makan Wong Solo Jember dengan arah positif, sedangkan aset hakmilik berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen diRumah Makan Wong Solo Jember
