    PENINGKATAN SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING MELALUI PENGUATAN KEBERSYUKURAN SISWA DALAM INTERAKSI SOSIAL

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penguatan kebersyukuran melalui intervensi menulis surat syukur terhadap peningkatan subjective well being siswa dalam interaksi sosial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan desain penelitian eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa SD, masing-masing adalah 10 siswa untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 10 siswa untuk kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan menulis surat syukur. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) dan Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) untuk mengukur subjective well-being, sementara Gratitude, Resentment Appr├ęciation Test-Short Form (GRAT-Short Form) digunakan untuk mengukur kebersyukuran siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penguatan kebersyukuran melalui intervensi menulis surat syukur memberikan bukti dapat meningkatkan subjective well-being siswa khususnya dalam dua komponen utama subjective well-being (kepuasan hidup dan afek positif). Siswa yang mendapatkan intervensi menulis surat syukur menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat subjective well-being daripada siswa yang tidak menulis surat syukur

    Organizational citizenship behavior is an important individual behavior in supporting the success and survival of a company. Work spirituality helps improve organizational citizenship behavior that ultimately has many positive benefits for the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of work spirituality with organization behavior citizenship of employees of cleaning service company in PT. Niti Karya Bersama. The method in this research used the quantitative method. The amount of the research subjects was 60 employees with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The methods of data collection used the scale. Data analysis techniques using Product Moment analysis techniques. The results of calculation using product moment, it was obtained the score of the coefficient of correlation (r) is 0.953 significance = 0,000; (p < 0,01), that meant that there was positively significant correlation between work spirituality with organization behavior citizenship. The effective contribution of work spirituality on organization behavior citizenship is 90%.     The pandemic situation and digital acceleration have altered ideas on the significance of competence. Various offline restrictions that occur can be utilized to maximize previously acquired competencies. Individuals are responsible for their competency development and must take the initiative to use it. However, this does not preclude the potential that this may occur in response to commands from superiors. This community service aims to provide education on how to maximize competency and the types of activities that may be conducted via the online platform Zoom. A total of 97 workers or employees from various fields participated in the activity. The effectiveness of the activity can be determined by evaluating the activity's participants. According to the evaluation results, 88.2% of the participants thought there was greater insight regarding relevant competencies. The following recommendation for education providers is to investigate offline implementation if situations permit overcoming the restrictions of resource-participant contact
