    This study aims to determine the factors that influence the adoption and use of electronic banking. The framework was developed based on the Technology Acceptance Model developed by Davis and the Diffusion of Innovation developed by Rogers and combined with self-efficacy, risk, and trust. This study uses data collected and processed from the list of questions. The population are customers of BCA, Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI in Palembang. Based on the population obtained a sample of 175 respondents. Sample selection techniques using Purposive Sampling method. Analysis using the approach of path analysis that use to explain the value of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that the perceived ease of use have a positive effect on the intention of use electronic banking. Perceived usefulness have a positive effect on the intention of use electronic banking. self-efficacy have a positive effect on the intention of use electronic banking. Perception of perceived risk negatively affect on the intentions of use electronic banking. Trust have a positive effect on the intention of use electronic banking. Intention of use has a positive effect on the actual use of electronic banking

    This study aimed to analyze the effect of Market Orientation, Organizational Culture and Entrepreneurial Orientation on the Marketing Performance of Small Businesses. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews to the owner or manager of a small business in Palembang City. The population in this study is manufacturing of Small Business in Palembang, amount of 1,687. Based on the population obtained a sample of 94 respondents. Data collection techniques used is Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling Method. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used to see the effect of the independent variables, namely Market Orientation, Organizational Culture and Orientation on Marketing Performance of Small Business. The results explained that the Market Orientation, Organizational Culture and Entrepreneurship Orientation simultaneously have significant effect on Marketing Performance OF Small Business. Then, partially market orientation have significant effect on Marketing Performance of Small Business. Organizational culture have significant effect on Marketing Performance OF Small Business. Entrepreneurship orientation have significant effect on Marketing Performance OF Small Business

    The study investigated the influence of individual, organizational and system factors on attitude amongelectronic banking users in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. The five constructs were system and service quality,perceived risk, organizational reputation, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on attitude whichwere used to determine users to use e-banking. Survey research design was adopted. Seven hundred and fiftysix e-banking users in four banks were selected using Stratified Random Sampling. Data were collected usinga structured questionnaire. Frequency and percentage distributions and multiple regressions were measuredusing analytical techniques. The research hypotheses were tested at 0.05% level of significance. Findingsrevealed that the constructs system and service quality, perceived risk, organizational reputation, perceivedease of use and perceived usefulness had a significant influence on the attitude of e-banking users. It wasconcluded that individual, organizational and systems factors influenced attitude toward use of e-banking.Banks should have made the interface of e-banking systems as friendly as possible and adopted the latesttechnologies that were standardized for effective and efficient e-banking transactions

    Achievement of plant capacity and reducing bottlenecks in the production process at wet blanketworkstation determined on the level worker of musculoskeletal disorders and the cycles time of the productionprocess per slabs. Capabilities and limitations of workers, equipment, task, and environmental organizationsmust be harmonized for level of workers musculoskeletal disorders and the cycles time of the productionprocess per slabs reduction. The problem scale priority based on total ergonomics must be applied early withidentification of 8 aspects of ergonomics, planned and considered systemic, holistic, interdisciplinary andparticipatory and apply the concept of appropriate technology become one of problem solution about this case.Reduction of level of worker musculoskeletal disorders and cycles time of the production process per slabsbased on ergonomics; include redesigning of the ergonomics table and standing-seat chair folding work wetblanket, setting the pattern system of pair work, giving an active break, providing additional nutrition inthe form of sweet tea and snack pempek, provision of personal protective equipment, and redesigning of thephysical work environment. Experimental research was using the treatment by subject design, with involved17 workers samples who perform activities on the conditions of activity before and after the redesign basedon ergonomics. The level worker of muskuluskeletal disorders, and the cycle time of the production processper slabs data were analyzed using Two Pair Sample t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results of studyshowed that after redesign of wet blanket workstation based on ergonomics there was a significant reductionof the level worker of muskuluskeletal disorders as 21.02%, and reduction of the cycles time of the productionprocess per slabs as 21.85%

    This study aims to determine the determinant of customer satisfaction and loyalty implications for users of mobile banking. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypotheses of the study and use the software AMOS 5.0 and SPSS 20.0. The population in this study are the mobile banking users in seven banks in Palembang City; Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Bank BRI, Bank Danamon, BCA, and Bank Permata. The research sample consist of 250 respondents to the provisions of the election to the mobile banking users. The results showed that the service quality, perceived value, trust and customer satisfaction has a strong effect on customer loyalty. Service quality have significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Perceived of value have significant effect on customer satisfaction. Trust have significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality have significant effect on customer loyalty. Trust have significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction have significant effect on customer loyalty. Banks should build strong relationships with customers and provide better service quality to reduce the behavior of customers to switch to another bank service

Seiring dengan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi khususnya Internet dengan segala fungsinya di antaranya surfing, browsing, email, cloud storge telah menjadi kebutuhan bagi banyak kalangan. Efek globalisasi dibidang Teknologi Informasi salah satunya mempermudah suatu pekerjaan termasuk pula di dalam dunia kependidikan. Internet membantu para guru dalam mencari informasi, membuat bahan ajar yang menarik dan dapat menyampaikannya kepada para siswa seatraktif mungkin serta dapat menyimpan bahan ajar tersebut dan berbagi kepada sesama guru dan siswanya. Pemanfaatan TI dapat mempermudah bagi guru untuk lebih berkreasi dan berinovasi dalam pengembangan materi pelajaran di kelas. Dengan penggunaan Internet kebutuhan terhadap informasi dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, mudah dan efisien sehingga diperlukan pemahaman, penguasaan dalam penggunaannya. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan bagi Guru-guru Sekolah Madrasah Darussa\u27adah Jakarta, oleh Rudi H. dan Heri S. diikuti oleh 33 guru dan 2 staf ini berguna meningkatkan kemampuan mengoperasikan Internet sehingga guru dapat memperoleh bahan ajar yang up to date dan menarik yang membuat proses pembelajaran diharapkan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien serta menciptakan ruang bagi guru dan siswa untuk terlibat dalam sistem belajar mengajar yang lebih menyenangkan

    This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction and employee commitment. Sampling was done by proportionate random sampling. The sample in this study were employees of a travel agency as a member ASITA in South Sumatra consist of 185 people. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS software for Windows version 19. The results showed that the leadership, motivation, organizational climate have significant effect on job satisfaction. There is no significant effect leadership on job satisfaction. There is no significant effect work motivation on job satisfaction. There is significant effect organizational climate on job satisfaction. There is significant effect leadership, motivation, organizational climate, job satisfaction on organizational commitment. There is significant effect leadership on organizational commitment.
