Mulia Kencana Motor need to have an online website that could connect both parties to sell and buy via website, therefore the range area of customer will be expanded.Through website, Mulia Kencana Motor could do an online selling and expanding the selling area to bring more customers. It also makes more convenience to the buyer, they do not have to come to Mulia Kencana Motor to find the stock, but only by searching it on the website. Thus, they need a system that can help improve company performance. Therefore, in this thesis designed an accounting system that can perform all accounting processes and transactions more quickly and with securely stored data.The process of making this software is started from the system design, analyzes the Problems Company have, and analysis of the needs that exist in the company. The modules are made using of Microsoft Visio for DFD, ERD using Smart Draw and also design tables and design a menu . This software is created using VB programming language .NET and Microsoft SQL Server also uses as data storage.Based on the results of testing, the program is considered to be in accordance with existing accounting system in general. This administration information constructed using SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2005.From the implementation and application setting, it can be concluded that the system is useful enough to be used as school administration information system. Hubungan Kebersihan Organ Genitalia Dengan Kejadian Keputihan Pada Remaja Putri di SMP IT Al-Hidayah Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2021

Pendahuluan : Berdasarkan data penelitian tentang kesehatan reproduksi menunjukkan bahwa 75% perempuan di dunia pasti mengalami keputihan,paling tidak sekali dalam hidupnya. Kebersihan organ genitalia yang tidak baik akan menjadi pemicu terjadinya keputihan yang patologis. Faktanya banyak remaja putri yang belum mengerti cara merawat organ genitalia.Tujuan : Mengetahui Hubungan Kebersihan Organ Genitalia Dengan Kejadian Keputihan Pada Remaja Putri di SMP IT Al-Hidayah Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2021.Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi yang diteliti adalah remaja putri yang sudah mengalami menstruasi dan bersedia menandatangani informed consent di SMP IT Al-Hidayah sebanyak 45 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Analisa data dengan menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejadian keputihan tidak normal sebanyak 62,2%, tidak mencuci tangan sebelum BAK 55,6%, tidak mencuci tangan sesudah BAK 68,9%, menggunakan pantyliner 66,7%, tidak dilakukan frekuensi mengganti pakaian dalam 53,3%, tidak dilakukan membersihkan organ genitalia secara benar 55,6%, memakai sabun antiseptik 35,6%, tidak menggunakan tisu toilet 35,6%, tidak mencukur rambut kemaluan 64,4%.Kesimpulan : Diharapkan siswi di SMP IT Al-Hidayah lebih memperhatikan kesehatan reproduksi khususnya keputihan dan cara menjaga kebersihan organ genitalia dengan benar.Kata Kunci    : Kebersihan Organ Genitalia, Keputiha

Socio-demographic Characteristics of Delivery by Caesarean Section of the Vietnamese Population: A Cross-sectional study

The rising trend of caesarean deliveries in Vietnam, influenced by various social and demographic factors, has raised public health policy concerns as many procedures are performed without clear medical indications. This study seeks to explore the relationship between socio-demographic factors and the likelihood of caesarean section deliveries within the Vietnamese population. This study employed a cross-sectional design using data from the Vietnam Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) 2020–2021, which utilized a two-stage stratified cluster sampling method to ensure national representativeness. The analysis focused on 1,049 women aged 15–49 who had at least one child. Data were collected through standardized questionnaires and analyzed using chi-square tests and binary logistic regression to examine associations between socio-demographic factors and caesarean section deliveries. Based on data from 1,343 Vietnamese women, this study found that 32.84% of deliveries were by caesarean section (CS). Bivariate analysis showed significant associations between CS and factors such as maternal age, education, residence, wealth, and place of delivery. However, multivariate logistic regression revealed that only maternal age, household wealth, and place of delivery remained significant predictors. Older women and those from wealthier households had higher odds of CS, while births at commune health centers were less likely to involve CS. Education level and rural residence were not independently associated with CS after adjustment
