    Asserting the Female Mobility Pattern as Smart Mobility Indicator: Lesson Learned From Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Passengers in Indonesia

    Female passengers dominate the mobility by employing Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in Indonesia and they possess a unique travel pattern compared to men. Women require more genuine investment efforts in comfortable and safer infrastructure for accessing and utilizing public transportation. The implementation of a smart city is one of the infrastructure investments. Smart mobility is one of the service cluster divisions, and smart mobility indicators are taken into account in the implementation. The objective of this study is to convert female mobility patterns and attitudes toward BRT service into smart mobility indicators. The method used is quantitative, and the questionnaire is designed to poll 209 people. Chi-Square and Likert scale are employed to analyze those criteria. The results demonstrate that the BRT has provided the female passenger services that they require at the current service level. The passenger pattern demonstrates that women depend on the BRT service to meet their transportation needs. Furthermore, the ICT criteria as a core for smart mobility has been challenging for both parties (female passengers and BRT operator). The limitation of this study is that it cannot demonstrate empirically that smart mobility is free gender biased and gaps until public transportation is fully inclusive

    Websites for educational institutions is a form of information services that can be accessed online. One of the information services in educational institutions is library information system. This research focused on Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto as an object of library information system implementation (dlibrary). Corresponding with the library strategy to become "user-friendly", the library of Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto has provided information that follows user requirements and understanding. The one of user satisfaction for accessing the "dlibrary" is the provided quality information system. This research uses Webqual Method. Webqual method is a method for measuring the quality of information from web. This research is done by taking the perspective of the users about the information quality of the website. The 95% confidence level is used in this research, and the result on the dimensions of information quality (usability quality, information quality, and service interaction quality) has significant influence against the user satisfaction.     Aktivitas perusahaan yang cepat menimbulkan sebuah iklim lingkungan yang ketat dan bahkan keras, sehingga diperlukan sebuah motivasi kerja yang baik. Peranan motivasi kerja sangat mempengaruhi dalam pencapaian tujuan sebuah organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja berdasarkan faktor aspek gaji, pengembangan diri(karir), kebijakan pimpinan, hubungan rekan kerja, loyalitas, dan prestasi pada divisi pramugari di perusahaan transportasi bis Joglosemar. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan skala likert yang digunakan untuk mengukut kepuasan kinerja pramugari bis joglosemar, lalu dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk membandingkan dengan teori kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan kerja pramugari bis joglosemar cenderung rendah. Untuk nilai tertinggi adalah aspek hubungan rekan kerja dan nilai yang terendah adalah gaji dan pengambangan diriv (karir). Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa akibat dari rendahnya kepuasan kerja mengakibatkan adanya sebuah penyimpangan kerja yang dilakukan oleh pramugari bis, yaitu dengan menaikkan penumpang secara ilegal

    POTENSI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS LAYANAN KERETA REL LISTRIK SOLO-JOGJA BERBASIS POLA MOBILITAS KOMUTER

    Abstract   One type of transportation that is already available for commuters in Solo and Yogyakarta is the Solo-Jogja Electric Rail Train, which has been operating in February 2021. One of the important things that must be considered by the Electric Rail Train service provider is the quality of service for commuter. This study aims to measure the potential for improving the service of the Solo-Jogja Electric Rail Train, which is measured using 5 variables, namely reliability, comfort, service, vehicle access, and safety. The method used is quanti-tative method and ANOVA statistical test. This study shows that the demographic factor of commuters has a significance with the service variable. The demographic factors are domicile, private vehicle ownership, station distance from home, and the income of travelers. Based on the mobility pattern of the commuters, it can be seen that there is an imbalance in the availability of facilities at large stations and at small stations, which makes travelers prefer to depart from large stations. In addition, the lack of integration between transportation modes at the station is an obstacle for commuters who live in suburban areas. Therefore, additional services are needed to facilitate commuters, especially for those who live in suburban areas.   Keywords: transportation; Electric Rail Train; commuter; station; mobility pattern     Abstrak   Suatu jenis transportasi yang telah tersedia bagi pelaku perjalanan komuter di Solo dan Yogyakarta adalah Kereta Rel Listrik Solo-Jogja, yang mulai beroperasi pada bulan Februari 2021. Salah satu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh penyedia layanan Kereta Rel Listrik tersebut adalah kualitas pelayanan bagi pelaku perjalanan komuter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur potensi peningkatan pelayanan Kereta Rel Listrik Solo-Jogja, yang diukur dengan menggunakan 5 variabel, yaitu reliability, comfort, service, vehicle access, dan safety. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan uji statistika ANOVA. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor demografi pelaku perjalanan komuter memiliki signifikansi dengan variabel pelayanan. Faktor demografi tersebut adalah domisili, kepemilikan kendaraan pribadi, jarak stasiun dari rumah, dan penghasilan pelaku perjalanan. Berdasarkan pola mobilitas pelaku perjalanan komuter, terlihat adanya ketimpangan keter-sediaan fasilitas di stasiun besar dengan di stasiun kecil, yang membuat pelaku perjalanan lebih memilih kebe-rangkatan dari stasiun besar. Selain itu, belum adanya keterpaduan antarmoda transportasi di stasiun menjadi kendala bagi pelaku perjalanan komuter yang berdomisili di daerah pinggiran kota.     INTERPRETING FARMER ATTITUDE TO FOOD LOSS PHENOMENON IN THE FRESH MILK SUPPLY CHAIN IN BANYUMAS, INDONESIA

    Food loss is currently a global problem for both developing and developed countries. Food loss is defined as the loss of a portion of food that is still raw but cannot be processed into a food product because the resulting material does not meet the desired quality. Food loss occurs in livestock production, and one focus is the milk supply chain. Food loss in milking usually occurs due to activities carried out during the harvest, post-harvest, and distribution processes. Food loss in the milk supply chain is caused by decreased milk quality and the farmer's attitude. Problems regarding the attitude of farmers that often occur are farmers' low attitude of responsibility to conduct something. This study aims to determine the effect of farmer attitudes to food loss in the milk supply chain. The method used was quantitative by collecting data from a survey of 46 milk farmers in Bayumas. Then, data were analyzed using the ANOVA approach. The results showed that demographics significantly affect farmers’ attitudes toward food loss in the milk supply chain. The food loss is due to farmers' treatments, including feeding, filtering milk into milk cans, and depositing milk in the shelter. Most farmers are over 50 and need more attention and knowledge about food loss in the milk supply chain. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct regular counseling programs for farmers in the supply chain regarding food loss mitigation. The stakeholders can provide the program to add new insights related to food loss. There should be intervention from the deposit shelter and cooperative in helping to increase farmers' awareness of food loss in quantity and quality

    Pengaruh Faktor Demografi Terhadap Pilihan Melakukan Perjalanan Udara Bagi Penumpang Bandara di Yogyakarta Selama Masa Pandemi COVID-19

    Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada mobilitas manusia, khususnya di bidang penerbangan. Penurunan trafik penumpang yang dirasakan pengelola bandara Yogyakarta (Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta - YIA dan Bandara Adisutjipto - JOG) membuat pengelola bandara ingin mengetahui pilihan penumpang untuk bepergian di masa pandemi COVID-19. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei (daring dan luring) dan observasi lapangan. Data tersebut mencakup demografi responden serta persepsi atau preferensi penumpang untuk bepergian selama pandemi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penumpang masih ragu-ragu (moderat) apakah akan menunda atau melanjutkan perjalanan udara selama pandemi. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor demografi seperti jenis kelamin, tujuan perjalanan, usia, dan pilihan bandara memiliki signifikansi dengan respon. Secara umum, penumpang ingin terbang secepat mungkin dalam satu hingga tiga bulan ke depan. Oleh karena itu, pengelola bandara harus memberikan layanan yang menjamin keselamatan pengguna agar terhindar dari paparan virus. Selain itu, perlu adanya kebijakan yang jelas dari pemerintah terkait mobilitas penumpang dan angkutan umum agar operasional angkutan umum khususnya penerbangan dapat berjalan dengan baik di masa pandemi

    Sentiment Analysis of Indonesian Interest in Korean Food Based on NaĂŻve Bayes Algorithm

    Most Korean (South Korean) cultural products, such as drama films, songs, fashion,and food, are rising worldwide. The Korean Wave or Hallyu phenomenon shows howKorean culture is accepted by people all over the world. Social media has piqued theinterest of Indonesians, particularly young people, in Korean culture. The phenomenoncreates new business, especially for Korean food. Many Indonesians are curious totry the food after watching Korean Dramas or Korean artists on social media. Thepurpose of this study is to explore Indonesians’ perspective on Korean food throughsocial media platforms such as Twitter and YouTube. This research measures sentimentanalysis from an Indonesian perspective. The method uses the Naive Bayes algorithmfor data classification. The results show that Korean food has generated positive andnegative interest in Indonesia. It means the opportunity to start a Korean food businessin Indonesia is widely open. As a result, developing a culinary business based on thethriving Korean culture may be a good opportunity.Sebagian besar produk budaya Korea (Korea Selatan) meningkat di seluruh dunia, seperti film drama, lagu, fashion, dan makanan. Budaya Korea diterima secara luas oleh masyarakat dunia dan memunculkan fenomena Korean Wave atau Hallyu. Di Indonesia khususnya anak muda tertarik dengan budaya Korea yaitu dari media sosial. Fenomena tersebut menciptakan bisnis baru khususnya untuk makanan Korea. Banyak orang Indonesia yang penasaran untuk mencoba makanan tersebut setelah menonton Drama Korea atau artis Korea melakukan vlog melalui media sosial mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perspektif orang Indonesia terhadap makanan Korea dari media sosial seperti Twitter dan YouTube. Penelitian ini mengukur analisis sentimen dari perspektif Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma NaĂŻve bayes untuk klasifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan makanan Korea memiliki minat positif  dan negative dari masyarakat Indonesia. Artinya, peluang untuk memulai bisnis makanan Korea di Indonesia terbuka lebar. Oleh karena itu, ini bisa menjadi peluang yang baik untuk mengembangkan bisnis kuliner berbasis budaya Korea yang sedang booming
