Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Puskesmas Jambesari
This study aims to test and analyze the influence of motivation and compensation on performance of employees at Puskesmas Jambesari. This study uses a quantitative approach that is hypothesisi testing. Methods of data analysis is multiple regressin analysis. The population used was all employess of the Puskesmas Jambesari, and the sampling used census method 51 employees. The results showed that motivation has no significant on employees performance of the Puskesmas Jambesari. Compensation has a significant on employees Puskesmas Jambesari. Motivation and compensation both have a sign has a significant on employees Puskesmas Jambesari
Pengaruh Kebijakan Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Retensi Karyawan Generasi Z
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation policies and career development on the retention of Generation Z employees. Generation Z, born between 1995 and 2010, has unique characteristics in terms of work preferences and motivation. This research employs a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 257 Generation Z employees in various companies in Indonesia. The obtained data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis results show that compensation policies (β = 0.35, p < 0.01) and career development (β = 0.42, p < 0.01) significantly influence Generation Z employee retention. Fair and competitive compensation policies and clear, structured career development programs have been proven to increase employees' desire to stay with the company. The Adjusted R-squared value of 0.58 indicates that this model explains 58% of the variation in employee retention. This study provides practical implications for company management in designing compensation policy and career development strategies to enhance employee retention, especially among Generation Z
Increasing Quality of Crackers Productivity as a Food Commodity in Jember Regency
The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted all sectors, including small and medium-sized businesses such as cracker producers and resellers. The problems faced in the midst of the pandemic include manual production processes, lack of management skills, monotonous and less innovative products, and difficulties in marketing. In this activity, there are three partners, namely UD. Sumber Rejeki is a cracker producer and UD. Wahyu Jaya and UD. Barokah Abadi is a reseller who helps market the product. The targets of this activity are innovative products, market expansion and improving the quality of human resource management, procurement of dough mixer machines, trays, impulse sealers, nameplates, quality packaging, and SAK EMKM accounting books. The service method used is mentoring business activities in terms of production, marketing, and business financial management. The outputs resulting from this community partnership program are in the form of improving the quality of production more effectively and efficiently and hygienically with a dough mixer machine, as well as the creation of a product's unique selling point in terms of shape. Other outputs resulting from this activity are the expertise of business partners in managing production management, digital marketing, and the preparation of simple financial reports based on excel applications guided by SAK EMKM

Pengaruh Tindakan Afimatif dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Manajemen Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bintang Sayap Utama Area Jawa Timur Satu
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tindakan afirmatif dan budaya organisasi terhadap manajemen kinerja pada PT. Bintang Sayap Utama Area Jawa Timur Satu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Populasi yang digunakanadalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bintang Sayap Utama Area Jawa Timur Satu dengan cakupan Lumajang, Batu dan Kabupaten Malang sebanyak 66 karyawan dengan metode sensus. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan afirmatif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen kinerja PT. Bintang Sayap Utama Area Jawa Timur Satu. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen kinerja PT. Bintang Sayap Utama Area Jawa Timur Satu. Pembukuan Sederhana Bagi UMKM
The development of the times requires every MSME actor to be more creative in the business implementation process. This activity aims to equip MSME Human Resources (HR) in developing their business, providing information related to business information and entrepreneurial management, facing business competition with competitors and marketing through a mentoring process and simple bookkeeping lessons. Simple bookkeeping training was held at Bohai beach, Binor village, Paiton sub-district, Probolinggo district with a total of 20 participants. The results obtained in this service activity received a positive response from the Probolinggo Regency Cooperatives and Micro Businesses as well as from MSME actors, because they have received knowledge and skills in running their business through simple bookkeeping/recording that is easy to apply, coupled with the provision of simple bookkeeping software incentives. to the participants from the mentors. The implication of PKM activities through simple bookkeeping mentoring for MSMEs is the ability to understand the substance of entrepreneurship by paying attention to good governance, including financial governance by collecting transaction evidence, recording and classifying them systematically so that it is easier for them to know the development of their business. Abstrak: Perkembangan jaman mengharuskan setiap pelaku UMKM untuk semakin kreatif dalam proses pelaksanaan usaha. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya, memberikan informasi-informasi terkait dengan informasi bisnis dan manajemen kewirausahaan, menghadapi persaingan bisnis dengan kompetitor serta pemasaran melalui proses mentoring dan pembelajaran pembukuan sederhana. Pelatihan pembukuan sederhana diadakan di pantai Bohai desa Binor kecamatan Paiton Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapat respon yang positif bak dari dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Probolinggo maupun dari pelaku UMKM, karena telah mendapat pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menjalankan usahanya melalui pembukuan/pencatatan sederhana yang mudah diaplikasikan, ditambah dengan pemberian insentif software pembukuan sederhana keapda para peserta dari para mentor. Implikasi dari kegiatan PKM melalui mentoring pembukuan sederhana bagi UMKM adalah adanya kemampuan untuk memahami substansi berwirausaha dengan memperhatikan tata kelola yang baik, diantaranya adalah tata kelola keuangan dengan melakukan pengumpulan bukti transaksi, pencatatan serta menggolongkannya secara sistematis sehingga memudahkannya didalam mengetahui perkembangan usahanya.Â
