    Beberapa usaha bisnis telah menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan keberlangsungan usahanya dalam mencapai tujuan bisnis. Salah satunya ialah peralihan sistem lama ke sistem terintegrasi, yaitu sistem enterprise resource planning. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis apakah sistem ERP dan pemasaran digital dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 Responden. Analisis data statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasiĀ  ERP dan pemasaran digital secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM. Variabel imlementasi ERP dan pemasaran digital mampu memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,8% dalam penelitian ini.

    The complex global business landscape often creates conflict between entities, highlighting the need for efficient dispute-resolution mechanisms. Increased competition between countries can result in disputes that require immediate attention and require careful consideration of the structure of international and national communities. The importance of dispute resolution mechanisms is visible in the complexity of international business activities. This research aims to deepen a more essential understanding of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in international business law. This objective is achieved by stating two research questions: the scope of resolving trade disputes and the alternative resolutions for international trade disputes. This is comparative qualitative research carried out in the literature concerning a normative juridical approach. Data was collected by searching relevant literature and legal materials for normative qualitative analysis. This research found that two types of disputes are commonly encountered in the legal process: disputes that are legal or can be resolved and conflicts that are political or cannot be resolved. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) stands out for its effectiveness and efficiency in dispute resolution law. ADR aligns with the evolving dynamics of global trade, providing a valuable tool for managing disputes between business entities. Alternative. At least three alternative dispute resolution options can be chosen: (i) Resolving international trade disputes through mediation; (ii) Resolving international trade disputes through the World Trade Organization (WTO); Resolving disputes in international business through arbitration.     Perkembangan teknologi dalam satu dekade terakhir telah menuntut pemilik bisnis untuk mulai mengadopsinya dalam lini usaha yang mereka jalankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan digital marketing pada pelaku UKM di Kota Bandung, mengidentifikasi hambatan dalam penerapan digital marketing, serta menggali upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dipilih untuk mengetahui beberapa hal tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 5 UKM di Kecamatan Cibeunying, Kota Bandung, yang menjalankan bisnis konveksi reklame dan sablon. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga metode, yaitu analisis deskriptif (menganalisis hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada kasus secara umum), within case analysis (menganalisis semua temuan dalam setiap kasus), dan cross-case analysis (menganalisis dan membandingkan temuan antara kasus). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan jika keberhasilan bisnis mengacu kepada kemampuan pemilik dalam merespon perubahan yang terjadi. Hasil dari wawancara dengan kelima UKM di kecamatan cibeunying menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua UKM mampu dalam mengadopsi pemasaran digital. Hal ini dikarenakan kemampuan para pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah yang masih sangat terbatas. Kemudian, penelitian ini juga membuktikan jika sebagian besar UKM menggunakan media sosial dalam mempromosikan produk dan layanan mereka, serta memanfaatkannya dalam melakukan digital marketing

    The increase in the selling price of fuel oil has had various impacts on many aspects, one of which is the transportation sector. City transportation business actors, who are one of the business actors in the transportation sector, are directly affected by the policy of increasing fuel prices. This study analyses the effect of rising fuel prices on the income of city transport business actors in the city of Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 30 city transportation drivers at the Cicaheum Terminal in Bandung City. The results of the study indicate that there is a negative and significant influence of the increase in fuel prices on the income of city transport business actors in the city of Bandung. The results of multiple linear regression analysis found a significance value of 0.400 in the price increase variable and 0.000 in the subsidised fuel oil variable, so only subsidised fuel oil has a positive influence on the income of city transport business actors in the city of Bandung. The results of this study indicate that there are limitations experienced by urban transport business actors in the city of Bandung in running their businesses as city transport drivers as a result of rising fuel prices
