Pengaruh Harga, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Desain Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Honda Beat Pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya
Sepeda motor merupakan alat transportasi roda dua yang efektif, efesien dan ekonomis serta terjangkau oleh sebagian besar masyarakat indonesia salah satunya adalah sepeda motor Honda Beat merupakan sepeda motor injection yang paling diminati konsumen karena mempuyai keunggulan keunggulan lebih dibandingkan kendaraan yang lain. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan sepeda motor Honda beat perusahaan harus memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat yaitu faktor mengenai harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya. Penelitian ini dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik aksidental dan mendapatkan 60 responden yang membeli sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan desain produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor Honda beat pada CV Istana Motor Bandar Jaya

This study examines the effect of price, service quality, facilities and promotions on customer satisfaction which was carried out at Taqwa Mulya Stores Batanghari, East Lamping Regency. Where in the development of the company's sales experienced a drastic decline due to the covid 19 pandemic and the sales target had not yet reached the target. The analytical method used is quantitative research. The object of this research is customers who shop at Taqwa Mulya Bentanghari Store, East Lampung Regency. The total population is 49 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature study, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 include testing the requirements for testing the instrument requirements, testing requirements for analysis and testing hypotheses. The conclusion is that the four variables simultaneously show significant and significant influence on customer satisfaction, so in this case discussing prices, service quality, facilities and promotions on customer satisfaction is very important in a company or organization.Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Facilities, Promotion and Customer Satisfaction
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Produktifitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas IIB Sukadana Kabupaten Lampung Timur
This study aims partially to determine 1) whether leadership style effects employeeperformance, 2) whether productivity effects employee performance, 3) simultaneouslywhether leadership style and work productivity affect employee performance.This type of quantitative research. With the sampling technique used, namely accidentalsampling, which means the technique of determining the sample by chance, namely theemployees of the Sukadana class IIB Prison and the sample in this study was 48employees, while the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, validity tests,normality tests, and tests. linearity, and multiple linear regression with drawing conclusionsthrough the partial t test and F simultaneous test.The conclusion of this research is that partially leadership style has no influence onemployee performance so it is necessary to re-evaluate the leadership style so that it iscarried out properly and optimally, and work productivity has shown good results inimproving employee performance, while simultaneously leadership style and workproductivity have good influence in order to improve employee performance

Berdasarkan hasil pra survey, masih banyak teknisi atau mekanik dan juga karyawan yang tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri saat bekerja memperbaiki sepeda motor milik pelanggan, hal ini menyebabkan beberapa kondisi seperti kecelakaan ringan yang dialami karyawan. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan tersebut maka perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan pada PT Lautan Teduh Kota Bandar Lampung?”. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui apakah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explenatory survey yaitu survey yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara dua variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang dirumuskan atau sering disebut sebagai penelitian penjelas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana, uji t parsial, dan r2 determinasi.
Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana diperoleh Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin, komunikasi internal dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Unit Aviation Security PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Di Bandar Udara Radin Inten II Lampung yang berlokasi di Natar, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 77 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner . Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22 meliputi uji persyaratan instrument uji persyaratan analisis, uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel displin berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel komunkasi internal berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara uji simultan gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin, komunikasi internal dan kompensasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style, discipline, internal communication and compensation on employee performance. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The object of this research is the employees of the Aviation Security Unit of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) At Radin Inten II Airport, Lampung, located in Natar, South Lampung Regency. The total population is 77 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 22 include the requirements test instrument requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variable of leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, the discipline variable has a significant and significant effect on employee performance, the internal communication variable has a significant and significant effect on employee performance, and the compensation variable has a significant and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of leadership style, discipline, internal communication and compensation have a significant and significant effect on employee performance.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Iklan, Persepsi Harga, Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Studi Pada Pengguna Gojek Di Kota Metro)
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, advertising, price perception on customer satisfaction of gojek users in the city of Metro. This type of research is a quantitative study with an unknown population. Based on calculations using the Lemeshow formula, 96 samples were used that matched the predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents using a Likert scale. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis and was tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 25 program.
Based on the results of statistical tests, partial research shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, advertising has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous research shows that service quality, advertising, price perception together affect customer satisfaction.
 
Pengaruh E-Service Quality Dan Kemudahan Aplikasi PLN Mobile Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Pada Unit Layanan Pelanggan PLN Metro)

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and convenience as auser of the PLN Mobile ULP Metro application. With the technique of data collectingnamely accidental sampling with a sampling time of 30 days obtained as many as 97sample. In this study, the method used is explanatory researchwith a quantitativeapproach, namely interviews, correspondences, and questionnaires. In this study, theanalytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The determination of thedependent and independent variables were processed with the computer program SPSSVersion 16 For Windows. The results of research that have been conducted by researchers show aninfluence of E-Service Quality and the ease of the PLN Mobile application on customersatisfaction of ULP Metro. Based on the results of the analysis, the data obtained is Fcount
46,857> 3.09, which is shown by linear regression with a coefficient ofdetermination (R2) 0.499. The effect of e-service quality and convenience is 49.9% canbe explained by customer satisfaction variables and the other 50.1% is influenced orexplained by other variables not discussed in this study. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Profesionalisme Terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa Banjarrejo Kec.Batanghari Kab.Lampung Timur
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work discipline, job satisfaction, work environment, and professionalism on the performance of the Banjarrejo Village apparatus, Kec. Batanghari. From these problems, this study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction, work environment, and professionalism on the performance of the Banjarrejo Village apparatus, Kec. Batanghari, East Lampung Regency. The population in this research is all the apparatus of Banjarrejo Village, Kec. Batanghari totaling 45 people using saturated samples so that all populations are sampled. The research method used is quantitative with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and testing the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS.
Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that work discipline, job satisfaction, work environment, and professionalism simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Banjarrejo Village apparatus, Kec. Batanghari.

Penerapan Analisis SWOT terhadap Pencapaian Target Pembiayaan Mikro Syariah pada BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha di Bandar Lampung
Talking about the perception of our society about the Bank, we can be sure that the perception that arises is that the Bank is an institution for saving money. The condition in the field states that not all levels of society have made maximum use of bank products. The condition of banking is one of the sectors which is expected to be able to play an active role in supporting national development activities. This role is manifested in its main function as an intermediary institution or intermediary institution between debtors and creditors. Thus, economic actors who need funds to support their activities can be fulfilled and then the wheels of the economy move. The formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the application of SWOT analysis to the achievement of financing targets in BPRS Agro Business Partners?". This research is a descriptive exploratory study with an expose facto approach, because it aims to describe the state of the phenomena that occur in the field. The technique used in data collection in this research is using literature study, field study, and questionnaires. This study uses a SWOT analysis. The first step is to formulate a strategy, namely SO, WO, ST, and WT. The results of the study indicate that the BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung has strengths, namely operating with the sharia system, strategic location, short and fast bureaucracy, and has a legal entity. The weakness is that it is difficult to find human resources in the marketing sector and as a new bank that is not widely known by the public. Meanwhile, the opportunities are good business prospects, approaches with government agencies, and small business activities are very potential within the BPRS MAU.
