Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Return Saham Kompas100 (Studi Periode 2017-2021)

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan data keuangan dengan judul “Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Return Saham Kompas100 (Studi Periode 2017-2021)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Arus Kas Operasi, Arus Kas Investasi, Arus Kas Pendanaan, Laba Akuntansi, dan Current Ratio terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Kompas100 BEI periode 2017-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan tetap yang terdaftar dalam Kompas100 periode tahun 2017-2021. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling, dengan kriteria: merupakan perusahaan tetap yang terdaftar dalam Kompas100 BEI periode 2017-2021, perusahaan yang menerbitkan laporan tahunan selama masa pengamatan yaitu 2017-2021, dan perusahaan yang menyajikan data dengan lengkap terkait variabel-variabel penelitian ini yaitu Arus Kas Operasi, Arus Kas Investasi, Arus Kas Pendanaan, Laba Akuntansi, dan Current Ratio. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda pada IBM SPSS Statistic versi 27.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Arus Kas Operasi, Arus Kas Investasi, Arus Kas Pendanaan, dan Laba Akuntansi berpengaruh positif terhadap Return Saham. Sedangkan Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi perusahaan adalah dapat meningkatkan arus kas operasi, arus kas investasi, arus kas pendanaan, dan laba akuntansi karena terbukti berpengaruh terhadap return saham yang akan membuat investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi. Implikasi selanjutnya bagi investor adalah dapat dijadikan acuan dan pertimbangan sebelum mengambil keputusan investasi, khususnya investasi saham. Palm Sugar Industry Development Strategy in Pernasidi Pondok Pring Village Banyumas

Banyumas is very well known for its diverse culinary sector, such as palm sugar. To develop palm sugar products, an effective development strategy is needed based on SWOT analysis and business model canvas. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, documentation. The sample studied was 10 sugar industries in Pernasidi Village, Pondok Pring, which have livelihoods that depend on the palm sugar industry. Pemanfaatan Model Integratif dalam Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Siswa untuk Pengembangan Kurikulum Merdeka

Based on observations at SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci teachers in carrying out the learning process are menoton, fasif students, there is no interest in students to innovate so that learning is not effective. The integrative model is very important in the successful implementation of the independent curriculum. In addition, the low learning outcomes of students in learning and student learning activities need to be activated, this can be seen from the completeness of student learning which only reaches 40% and many students' scores are below KKM, for that it is very necessary to use better learning by using integrative models in learning. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of Precycle, Cycle I, Silus II and Cycle III.  Each cycle ends with an evaluation. Each cycle consists of planning, execution, evaluation and reflection. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out then analyzed the findings in the field so that it can be concluded that The use of integrative models in improving student learning activities for the development of an independent curriculum can increase the learning activities of SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci students

Potential of Red Algae Eucheuma cottoni as Antibacterial to Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Eucheuma cottonii is one type of macroalgae that has been widely cultivated. Potential resources that can be developed is the use of macroalgae as antibacterial. Bioactive compounds in Eucheuma cottonii namely alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids, tannins, and saponins can be utilized as antibacterials. This study aims to see the antibacterial activity of Eucheuma cottoni seaweed extract against Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria using the disc diffusion method. The test was conducted from October 7 to December 14, 2024, at the Aquatic Productivity Laboratory, and Oceanography Laboratory, Marine Science study program, Department of Fisheries and Marine, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. Samples were taken from Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. Dilution of Eucheuma cottonii extract with a concentration of 10,000 ppm 5,000 ppm, 1000 ppm, 100 ppm and 10 ppm. The variable observed was the magnitude of the inhibition zone of Eucheuma cottoni against Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. The results showed that Eucheuma cottonii extract had weak antibacterial activity, with the highest inhibition zone of 13.93 mm at a concentration of 10,000 ppm. This study shows that Eucheuma cottonii extract is only effective in inhibiting the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria in the first 48 hours. Further research is needed to improve the effectiveness of this extract as a natural antibacterial agent.

MENGOPTIMALKAN KESEJAHTERAAN SUMBERDAYA MANUSIA (SDM) DI KELURAHAN BUMI AYU

The Field Work Lecture was held in the Bumi Ayu Village, Dumai Selatan District, Dumai City, Riau for 40 days from 10 July to 18 August 2023. The Bumi Ayu Village was chosen as the destination to carry out the KKN.  The village's abundant potential is one of the goals to be able to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR), as well as cultivate and also develop potential in the village.  Activities are carried out with a process of socialization and observation to find out and develop the potential of existing villages.  The Real Work Lecture work program is carried out sequentially, starting with discussions between the Field Work Lecture group and village officials and the local community, especially with the people concerned. Real Work Lectures are carried out in stages starting from planning, implementation and evaluation at the end of each activity carried out.  The results achieved from the Real Work Lecture program which was carried out as a whole were increasing human resources, which were useful for developing the potential of local villages.  In the environmental sector, greening activities and processing organic waste into liquid soap received a positive response and active participation from the people of the Bumi Ayu Village, Dumai Selatan District, Dumai City, Riau

ANALISIS PENGARUH LAPORAN ARUS KAS TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PERUSAHAAN INDEKS KOMPAS100 2019-2023
