This research is talking about the influence of corporate social responsibility in the mining company financial performance. CSR in this research use of return after work and provision of reclamation. While the performance of financial use with ROA and ATO. This\ud research are using the another theory. The theory are stakeholder theory, legitimation theory, and social contract theory. Which the theory is influence or not with the result of this research. This research use secondary data. The analysis technic is using Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The purpose of this research was to ex-amine the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) toward the financial per-formance of a mining company in term of Return on Assets and Asset Turn Over. The analysis technique is using Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of this research shows that Corporate Social Responsibility affects Return on Asset and Asset Turn Over on a mining company. For that reason, business people should also pay attention to this factor in their business

Pengaruh literasi keuangan, locus of control, dan etnis terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of financial literacy, locus of control, and ethnic on investment decision. This research uses multiple regression analy-sis technique and a sample of 199 investors who put their funds in bank account and real asset in Surabaya and Madura region. The results shows that financial literacy, internal locus of control, external locus of control, and ethnic do not have significant impact si-multaneously on investment decision, while locus control is only variable that has signif-icant partial impact investment decision. This finding implies that goof financial literacy per se will not result in a good investment decision without accompanied by good inter-nal control. Therefore, policy makers should not only focus on financial literacy educa-tion but also increase public awareness about the importance of self-control when making investment decisions
