PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT Studi Pada Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang
A concern regarding Human Resources within an organization is really
critical to reach maximum employees’ performance. Employees’ performance is
influenced by several factors such as job stress and job satisfaction. This research
will analyze how job stress and job satisfaction affect the level of nurses’
performance. Job stress is defined as a tense condition which impacts to emotion
of thinking process and the employees’ condition himself. Job stress potentially
disrupt employee to carry out job tasks and eventually prevent him reaching his
maximum level. Job satisfaction is described as the attitude of employee
concerning aspects surrounding the job.
The population of this research is all nurses working at Sultan Agung
Islamic hospital. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling
technique. With total of 72 persons, data are collected by questionnaire method.
The collected data is analyzed using regression analysis to examine the effect of
job stress and job satisfaction toward nurses’ performance.
The result shows that job stress significant impact in negative way toward
nurses’ performance. On the other hand, job satisfaction affect positively and
significant toward nurses’ performance
PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KOPERASI SUMBER REJEKI REMBANG JAWA TENGAH
The increasing number of cooperatives that exist among the people, make the
cooperative should be able to compete and survive. Therefore Cooperative
leaders and subordinates must cooperate in order to promote the company by
increasing employee performance. To improve the performance of employees can
be done in various ways one of them by creating a comfortable working
environment for work and a strong organizational culture within the company.
The study was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 2.
The samples in this study were all employees of the Cooperative Apex Sources
with a number of Fortune 32 employees. Methods of data collection in this study
was through a questionnaire distributed to 32 employees and data obtained from
the company.
The analysis showed that the variables work environment and organizational
culture positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient of
determination shows the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.426. The results of the
determination coefficient indicates that the work environment and organizational
culture in influencing employee performance by 42.6% while the rest is influenced
by other variables
ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada PT. Poliplas Indah Sejahtera)
This research is motivated by the research gap and phenomena that exist in PT. Poliplas Indah Sejahtera. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction.
This study uses a transformational leadership style and organizational culture as an independent variable, and employee job satisfaction as the dependent variable. Based on the formula Slovin, respondents drawn in this study were as many as 80 employees. Processing data using multiple linear regression.
Based on the results of instrument test, the indicators used in this study proved to be valid and reliable. Based on the classic assumption test, there is no symptoms of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity does not happen, and the data can be distributed normally. Based on the multiple linear regression test, transformational leadership style and organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT. Poliplas Indah Sejahtera, either partially or simultaneously. Linear regression equation of the relationship between the variables in this study are: Y = 0,436X1 + 0,196X2
ANALISIS PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK DAN KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jateng dan DIY)
This Research aims to examine and analyze the influence of non physical work environment and job characteristic on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jateng dan DIY.
The sampling method used on this research is proportionate stratified random sampling. Data was collected through questionnares to 75 respondents who are employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jateng dan DIY. The techniques of data analysis in this research includes the test of reliability, validiy, classical assumptions, and multiple regression.
The results of this research indicate that non physical work environment and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. HYMSA INDOTRACO CIREBON
This research is motivated by the research gap from previous studies where there is difference result between on study with other studies. This study aimes to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and compensation to employees satisfaction PT. Hymsa Indotraco Cirebon.
The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Hymsa Indotraco numbering 125 people. Based on the calculation formula Slovin, the samples were determined by 95 people. The sampling technique was conducted by the method of proportionate stratified random sampling. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of a study reported regression equation as follows: Job Satisfaction = 0,390X1 + 0,364X2.
Based on the test instrument, the indicators are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption, there are no symptoms multicoloniarity, does not occur heterocedastity, and normal distribution of data. The coefficient of determination shows the figure of 0.473 which means that the variables of job satisfaction is influenced by variables of transformational leadership style and compensation amounting to 47.3 %. The results showed that transformational leadership style and compensation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of PT . Hymsa Indotraco Cirebon either partially or simultaneously
ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH Studi Pada Nasabah BRI Cabang Semarang Pattimura
Every company would like to achieve a success. To achieve this,
companies need a strategy to face competition that increasingly stringent. One
thing to note the company that want to achieve its success is the quality of service.
For companies engaged in the service sector, such as banks, providing a quality
service to customers is an absolute thing to do if the company wants to achieve
success.
This research aims to analyze the factors that may affect the level of
customer satisfaction in BRI branch Semarang Pattimura. The population in this
research were customer savings of BRI Branch Semarang Pattimura. Sample
were 100 persons and the method used is Accidental sampling. The data was
collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The analysis used is
multiple linear regression, where Y is customer satisfaction variable, X1 is
tangible variable, X2 is reliability variable, X3 is responsiveness variable, X4 is
assurance variable, and X5 is empathy variable.
Hypothesis testing by t-test showed that only empathy and assurance
variables that influence of positive and significant impact on customer
satisfaction. While the responsiveness, tangible and reliability variable influence
of positive on customer satisfaction but not significant. Adjusted R2 of 0,549
indicates that 54,9% customer satisfaction can be explained by tangible,
reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables. While the rest
45,1% can be explained by other variables outside of five variables used in this
research
PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada PT Teduh Makmur Semarang)
The purpose of this research is to explain how the variable of compensation,
organizational commitment, and organizational culture influence to PT. Teduh
Makmur Semarang employee performance. The data of this research were collected
through a questionnaire distributed to 43 employees of PT. Teduh Makmur
Semarang. This research used a saturated or census sampling method. The analysis
method used is multiple linear regression.
The result of this research shows that compensation, organizational
commitment, and organizational culture influence positively and significantly to the
employee performance. Variable used in this research give positive response,
meaning that the compensation, organizational commitment, and organizational
culture improving the performance of PT. Teduh Makmur Semarang employee. Value
of determination coefficient or R2 is 0,712, which means employee performance is
affected by compensation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture
amounted to 71,2%.
Based on statistical data analysis, found that most influential variable is thee
variable of organizational commitment of 0,454, while the least influential variable is
the variable of compensation of 0,393
ANALISIS PENGARUH JOB INSECURITY, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEINGINAN BERPINDAH KARYAWAN (Studi pada Karyawan Outsourcing PT POS Indonesia Cabang Kudus)
This study aims to analyze the influence of the job insecurity, job satisfaction, and commitment organization on intention to quit. This study used cencus method with 37 respondents as employee of outsourcing in the PT POS Indonesia (Persero) Branch Kudus.
Technique test of the data used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using SPSS application. From the analysis of the regression equation was obtained :
intention to quit = 0,477 job insecurity - 0,497 job satisfacton - 0,362 commitment organization
The results showed that the content of the job insecurity have a positive and significant impact on intention to quit, while the job satisfaction and commitment organization have a negative and significant impact on intention to quit. Through the F test showed that the variable independents have simultaneous effect on intention to quit. with significant result. Figures adjusted R square of 0,541 indicates that 54,1 percent the variations of intention to quit can be explained by variable used in the regression equation. While the rest of 45,9 percent is explained by another variables not included in this study

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and compensation toward performance of production employee in CV. Nida Food. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to CV. Nida Food’s 50 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 17. A sampling technique uses a Slovin method and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by factor analysis, reliability test with cronbach. This research aims to examines the factors that effect the entrepreneurial intention of the students in the Faculty of Economics and Business in Diponegoro University. Related to the vision, mission and the objectives of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Diponegoro University, i.e. develop an academic community life which has the entrepreneurial soul on entire campus residents supported by scientific culture of faith and pious to Almighty God.
The population in this research is the students in eight semester of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Diponegoro University. The sampling technique which used is proportional stratified sampling with the total sample 69 students. The analysis tool which used is multiple linear regression thas has tested the validity and reliability first. The analysis is used to examines the influence of self-efficacy, subjective norms, need for achievement, and parental background on the intention of entrepreneurship.
The results shows that the self-efficacy, subjective norms, need for achievement , and parental background on the intention of entrepreneurship, are the influential factors that have a positive effect either partially or simultaneously. While the need for achievement is a factor that has the most impact in comparison with other factors. Another factor affecting student’s entrepreneurial intention is a subjective norm. Thus, the individuals who want to be an entrepreneurs, make sure that they will be supported by the surrounding people (family, close friends, and other important people) and can accept the suggestions and criticism from others to be better than the other
