    The orphanage is an external factor to play a controlling role in building the character of children who are considered to have no social orientation.. Divorce is one of the factors behind this special need, while the family has an important role in the child's primary socialisation process. In general, orphanages accept abandoned and homeless children. However, Bima Bhakti Putri Orphanage is a religious-based orphanage that is willing to facilitated broken home children. The Bima Bhakti Putri Orphanage is expected to provide guidance to broken home children as part of the social equality process. In its operationalisation to examine the problem, this research applies the theory of structural functionalism by Talcott Parson and the theory of social learning promoted by Albert Bandura. This research applies qualitative methods with descriptive techniques. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study totalled 10 people, whose informant selection was carried out by applying purposive sampling or sample selection based on certain objectives and qualifications. This research uses a series of techniques for data collection, reduction, display, verification, and conclusions. This research aims to explain how orphanage institutions instil religious values in foster children. Based on the research that has been carried out, the result has obtained regarding research. First, Bima Bhakti Putri Orphanage accepts broken home children because they are considered part of people who do not have a social orientation, through the process by registering directly or being picked up directly from the broken home victim's home, then the foster children are guided through the education system, religious rituals, and psychological personal approach. Second, the role played by orphanages for broken home children includes: adapting broken home victims through religious education, reorienting their psychological and social values through ritual systems and instilling Islamic values, integrating children with the system of norms and social systems of society. Therefore, the broken home child has a pattern of social action based on religious norms and Islamic values. Institutions function religion in order to restore damaged social networks towards religious patterns that are in accordance with Islamic norms and values

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tradisi larangan penyembelihan sapi pada perayaan Idul Adha di Kudus melalui pendekatan dekontruksi pemikiran Mohammed Arkoun. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis terhadap praktik tradisi lokal serta konsep dekontruksi dalam Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah literatur historis, budaya, dan keagamaan yang berkaitan dengan tradisi Kudus serta pemikiran Mohammed Arkoun. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa larangan penyembelihan sapi di Kudus tidak merupakan bentuk penyimpangan terhadap prinsip-prinsip dasar ajaran Islam, melainkan manifestasi dari adaptasi budaya yang menekankan nilai-nilai toleransi dan humanisme. Tardisi ini merepresentasikan wajah Islam yang dinamis, kontekstual, dan responsif terhadap realitas sosial, tanpa mengabaikan keteguhan terhadap akidah Islam. Berdasarkan hasil tersbut, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan dekontruksi Arkoun memberikan kontribusi penting dalam membuka ruang interpretasi baru terhadap praktik keberagamaan lokal sebagai ekspresi keislamaan yang transedental dan kontekstual
