Does Ethical Context Affect The Ethically Related Judgement By The Observers of Earnings Management?

The aim of this research is to empirically prove that there will be a difference in ethically related judgement by the observer of earnings management, especially when they work in the company which has higher ethical context or value and they know the moral agent personally. This research used experiment to collect data by giving each respondents different treatments and scenarios. The result of this research proves that there is no different ethically related judgement from each observers in each scenarios

Student Behavior Intention: An Analysis Of Culture, Lecturer Performance, and Academic Services Quality A Case Study in Musi Charitas Catholic University

This study aims to determine the influence of student's culture, lecturer's performance, and academic service quality based on student perception on behavior intention of Musi Charitas Catholic University students (UKMC). The analysis used path analysis with the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that cultural variables, lecturer performance, and academic service quality from student perceptions influenced the intention of UKMC students to behave. The results of this study provide information related to student culture, academic services that students want, and the ability of lecturers from the student's point of view as well as how these variables affect their intention to behave. This information can provide a gap for UKMC to be able to make improvements in some aspects that are still felt less than customer needs perceptions. Customer needs fulfillment is ultimately expected to shape the positive behavior of UKMC students

PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERKONSENTRASI MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH DALAM MAPEL PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA UNTUK KELAS II C SD KRISTEN 03 EBEN HAEZER

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu upaya untuk membentuk kualitas dan mutu diri seseorang menjadi lebih baik. Dalam membentuk kualitas seseorang tersebut, pendidikan hendaknya memiliki mutu pendidikan yang baik dengan cara melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang berkualitas menggunakan model pembelajaran tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan berkonsentrasi menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas 2C di SD Kristen 03 Eben Haezer Salatiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 23 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes (kuesioner) dan non tes (observasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berkonsentrasi peserta didik dari tahap pra siklus, siklus 1, dan siklus 2. Peningkatan terjadi berdasarkan nilai hasil rata-rata kemampuan berkonsentrasi peserta didik dari 40, menjadi 61,9 di siklus 1, dan berakhir di nilai 75,92 di siklus 2. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berkonsentrasi peserta didik kelas 2C SD Kristen 03 Eben Haezer dalam pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila

SISTEM ABSENSI DAN PEMINJAMAN BUKU DI PERPUSTAKAAN MENGGUNAKAN ESP32 BERBASIS DATABASE

Sistem absensi dan peminjaman buku merupakan layanan penting di perpustakaan. Sistem absensi, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku di perpustakaan menggunakan sistem manual pada proses absensinya, sehingga perlu dikembangkan kearah sistem yang berbasis teknologi agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Aplikasi sistem absensi, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku dirancang menggunakan database, kemudian dibandingkan dengan sistem yang sudah ada untuk melihat dampak manfaatnya. Sistem absensi berbasis fingerprint dan peminjaman, pengembalian buku berbasis sensor barcode atau kode batang dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32. Alat yang berfungsi sebagai interface untuk mengontrol input dan output untuk memudahkan kerja alat yang telah dibuat sesuai dengan prinsip kerja. Sistem absensi menggunakan optical fingerprint dirancang untuk memudahkan proses yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual digantikan oleh alat absensi sidik jari. Sistem peminjaman buku menggunakan sensor kode batang dirancang untuk memudahkan meminjam buku tanpa harus menulis secara manual dan data akan tampil dengan menggunakan databas

The Effect of Board of Director Composition and Audit Committee Expertise on The Real Earnings Management in Indonesia

The Objective of this research was to prove that the implementation of good corporate governance will have an effect on the real activities manipulation which was done by the management. The implementations of good governance used by this research are board of director composition and audit committee expertise. This research was conducted in Indonesia by using 306 firm years’ observations. The result of this research showed a different result from previous researches. This research showed that the implementation of good corporate governance in the form of board director composition and audit committee expertise do not impact the practice of real activities manipulation. Or, in other words some of the good corporate governance tool could not mitigate the real activities manipulation in the company

RENTABILITAS & LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PADA BANK BUMN SYARIAH DI INDONESIA

This study aims to find out what influences the capital structure in the 3 (three) largest Sharia Banks in Indonesia, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah, Bank of the Republic of Indonesia Sharia (BRIS). This study examines the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Financing Deposite Ratio (FDR) on KPMM. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the quarterly financial statements of the Islamic Bank for 7 years, namely from 2013-2017. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study prove that Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Financing Deposite Ratio (FDR) affect KPMM together. While partially Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) affect KPMM, but FDR has no effect on KPM

Pengaruh Jenis Media Tanam terhadap Pertumbuhan, Hasil dan Kandungan Flavonoid Ciplukan (Physalis peruviana L.)

Ciplukan (Physalis peruviana L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman liar yang memiliki banyak senyawa, salah satunya adalah flavonoid yang berguna bagi kesehatan. Hal ini membuat tanaman ciplukan berpotensi untuk dibudidayakan secara komersial. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh dalam budidaya ciplukan adalah pemilihan jenis media tanam yang tepat sehingga tanaman ciplukan dapat memberikan hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil dan kandungan flavonoid ciplukan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari - Juni 2022 di Kebun Tri Dharma, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Banguntapan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan jenis media tanam menggunakan vinasse dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kandungan flavonoid ciplukan. Sedangkan penggunaan pupuk kandang sapi, pupuk kandang kambing, dan vinasse memberikan pengaruh sama baiknya terhadap hasil tanaman ciplukan

Illegal Investment Crimes in the Perspective of Anomie Theory

This study aims to analyze criminological reviews based on the theory of anomie criminal acts of fraud (Illegal Investment) and law enforcement of criminal acts of fraud in the Gorontalo Regional Police. This study uses the Normative - Empirical method. By using primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate the causes of people becoming perpetrators of illegal investment fraud, namely wanting to enrich themselves, and taking advantage of opportunities for the lack of public knowledge about the mechanisms and ways of working investment products and the general public. Factors that lead to criminal acts of illegal investment: Economic, environmental, and social factors Investing in Indonesia is regulated in Law no. 25 of 2007 concerning Investment. HUBUNGAN POLA ASUH IBU DENGAN REGULASI DIRI REMAJA AKHIR

Late adolescent aged 18-25 are expected to overcome obstacles and make decisions as transition to adulthood. Self-regulation is needed that adolescents had to have self-control. Self-regulation is an individual's ability to consider goals, commitments and rewards to respond environmental demands. Maternal parenting style is an important thing to form selfregulation. Maternal parenting style is mother’s set rules, reward, punishmet and respond to children’s behavior. This quantitative study aims to describe the relationship between maternal parenting style and late adolescent’sself-regulation. The participants were 134 teenagers aged 18 to 25 living with their mother. The instruments are Self-Regulation Questionnaire and Scale of Parenting Style. The data was analysed using Pearson correlation techniques. The results showed significant correlation between maternal parenting style and late adolescent’s selfregulation (r = .348, p<.01, two tailed). This result fitted with previous research which stated that primary environment is considered to have great role in late adolescent’s self-regulation than other factors

Studi Tingkat Pengetahuan Masyarakat Tentang Antibiotik di Kelurahan Ardipura Kota Jayapura

Antibiotik merupakan golongan senyawa alami atau sintesis yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menekan atau menghentikan proses biokimiawi dalam suatu mikroorganisme, khususnya proses infeksi bakteri. Penggunaan antibiotik secara tidak tepat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan seseorang, sehingga apabila pengetahuan seseorang tidak tepat maka akan berdampak pada penggunaan antibiotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang antibiotik di Kelurahan Ardipura, Kecamatan Jayapura Selatan, Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional terhadap 394 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu tingkat pengetahuan antibiotik pada masyarakat di Kelurahan Ardipura, Jayapura yang termasuk kategori baik (37%), cukup (33%) dan kurang baik (30%). Mayoritas tingkat pengetahuan tentang antibiotik pada masyarakat di Kelurahan Ardipura termasuk kategori Baik. Kata kunci: Antibiotik, tingkat pengetahuan, kelurahan ardipur
