    This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance

    The purpose of this research is to formulate a community market development strategy based on local wisdom in alleviating poverty in Serpong. Research respondents were 18 officers of the people's market in Serpong. The results show that the strengths in the future are product diversity, local product uniqueness, product quality, merchandise arrangement, flexible pricing, and strategic location. Its weaknesses are the availability of a parking area, transaction processing, promotion, cooperation with the tourism industry, orderly zoning, market cleanliness, availability of public facilities, and customer service. Opportunities for the people's market in the future are the level of people's income, the rate of inflation growth, the revitalization policy of the people's market, security stability, social concern for the people's market, public appreciation, changes in people's tastes, and the adoption of information technology, while the elementsthat pose a threat are the existence of modern markets. in South Tangerang and its surroundings as competitors and the population growth demographic bonus.     This research was conducted to analyze and investigate the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the intention to move perceived by the operator employees of one of the Garment Companies. Data is collected through surveys and library studies. The questionnaires were sent to respondents returned resulting in a response rate of 98%. From correlation and regression analysis, this study found that the correlation and impact of turnover intention have been supported. Of the four hypotheses that have been tested in this study, all hypotheses are supported. The results showed that the existence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction was negatively and significantly related to turnover intention and negatively affected the company

    Artikel ini menganalisa berkaitan Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) telah didefinisikan oleh ICAO sebagai sarana berbasis data untuk terus memantau dan menjaga risiko keselamatan terkait fatique, berdasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip ilmiah dan pengetahuan serta pengalaman operasional yang bertujuan untuk memastikan personil yang relevan bekerja di tingkat kewaspadaan yang memadai ditengah new normal ini. Metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan merujuk pada artikel jurnal, repositori, liputan media massa, media sosial dan semua sumber daya yang dapat diakses online. Data yang diperoleh dengan mengkategorikan masalah mengacu pada sumber yang tersedia untuk analisis daripada menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan teori, dalam hal ini, teori penerbangan komunikasi dan teori Fatique oleh buku manual ICAO. Hasilnya mengarah kepada kurang tidur yang menjadi penyumbang utama fatique yang, pada gilirannya, dapat sangat mempengaruhi keselamatan penerbangan. Kurang tidur dapat menyebabkan konsentrasi yang buruk, peningkatan iritabilitas dan kelesuan. Kebanyakan orang telah mengalami gejala-gejala ini, tetapi terlepas dari pengalaman mereka, banyak yang terus beroperasi dengan penurunan tidur dan karena itu membuat orang lain dalam risik, ketika mempertimbangkan crew member lainnya, fokus pada manifestasi mental seperti peningkatan waktu respons dan error kecil, serta pengurangan komunikasi sosial dan penerimaan pesan yang buruk. Reaksi ini tidak mengejutkan karena kebanyakan orang tidak suka percaya kalau kinerja mereka menurun tetapi akan dengan mudah menunjukkan ketika kinerja orang lain menurun

    Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan konsep Manajemen Risiko Fatique pada aviasi para Air Crew yang didukung oleh International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) dan Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) menganalisa masalah bidang Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) telah menjadi suatu sistem manajemen yang diawasi ketat karena fakta bahwa kurangnya pengetahuan tentang Fatique dan bahaya terkait telah menyebabkan beberapa kecelakaan dalam penerbangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka yang merujuk pada sumber daya yang tersedia, makalah ini juga menyajikan perspektif layanan aktivis penerbangan tentang strategi penanganan, menjelaskan elemen-elemen utama FRM dan pendekatan manajemen risiko dalam penerbangan. Kemudian dibahas masalah non-pengenalan FRM dalam operasi, atas dasar mana dimungkinkan untuk menerapkan basis FRMS ke dalam proses operasional maskapai. Dari hasil analisis teoritis, tidak ada keseragaman pemahaman informasi tentang karakteristik potensi baik di pemerintah sebagai regulator ataupun perusahaan penerbangan sebagai operator. Pembaharuannya adalah artikel ini membahas definisi utama yang terkait dengan masalah fatique pada transportasi udara.Keywords: Fatigue, Dampak, Manajemen Risiko
