Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa Menggunakan Modul
: Improving The Students\u27 Performance through The Use of Learning Module. This action research is aimed at improving the students\u27 performance through the use of learning module in Curriculum Analysis. Subjects in the research are students taking the course in the second semester of academic year 2008/2009. The research was implemented in two cycles, each of which consisting of four steps: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data were collected through a test. The result shows improvement in students performances. Mastery level increases from 45.45% in the first cycle to 78.79% in the second cycle
Business Analysis of Antimony Between PT Timah-Mitsubishi-Yamanaka
PT Timah (Persero) Tbk is the State Owned Enterprises that do tin mining business integrated starting from exploration, mining, smelting and marketing. The company set a target revenue growth of at least 15% per year by the company's business development strategy year (Albar, Alwin, personal interview, 10/9/2012). Inorganic Chemical Unit is a business unit of Mitsubishi Corporation that provides services and products, ethanol, methanol, ammonia, sulfuric acid, fertilizers, mining products and other. Yamanaka & Co Ltd has a copper smelting business, metallic materials, electronic materials, chemical industry, and experienced more than 20 years to produce antimony trioxide. Since the 2009 China as the supplier of the world's largest antimony metal (82%) regulate antimoni industry in the country, one of which implements the antimony metal export quota and prevent illegal mining or smuggling activities. This brings Chinese policies impact antimony metal supply deficit in global market and lead to a price increase from USD 5,500/ton in 2007 reached peak USD 17,200/ton in 2011 and USD 13,400/ton in June 2012. According to projections made by Mitsubishi Corporation, world consumption antimony in 2016 for 241,650 tonnes with supply of 206,460 tons so that there will be a supply shortage 35,190 tons. Antimony smelting plant requires a total project cost of $ 16,851,655 and financial analysis of the business of appealing to run because of the calculation of the financial projections all provide good indicators, namely: IRR 110.02%, NPV of USD 30,641,727; ROI 55.8%; PBP 1.1 years and PI 7.5. This situation is captured as a business opportunity by PT Timah (Persero) Tbk, Mitsubishi Corporation and Yamanaka Co Ltd is planning to form a strategic alliance Joint Venture Company (JV Co) with antimony smelting plant established in Indonesia with a capacity of 5,000 tons / year. The sales target for the Japanese market as much as 3,000 tons / year, South Korea targeted 1,000 tons / year and the rest for the Indian market, Thailand, Hong Kong, Europe and the Americas allocated a maximum of 1,000 tons / year
Peran Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (Lsm) Koalisi Perempuan Indonesia (Kpi) Kota Semarang Dalam Pemberdayaan Politik Perempuan Di Kota Semarang
The position of women who have tended to become the object of national development is unfair for women. Their space is limited in the domestic region, they are not given space to contribute and participate in public areas, moreover contribute and participate in the region to organize or even practical politics tend to be ignored or even marginalized. Indeed in statute of Indonesia 1945 was never discriminate between men and women, because there are values of justice and equality for men and women, even Political and Electoral Law clearly accommodate women could contribute and participate. The women will be participate not only in domestic areas but they are given space to be able to contribute and participate in public areas in this role and participate in the world of organization and practical politics. Because the law requires that 30% of the management of political party and candidate representatives in the legislature are women as well as in government. This study aims to determine: 1) To know the programs of KPI in Semarang city to support women\u27s empowerment. 2) To determine factors of supporting and inhibiting the implementation of women\u27s empowerment program implemented by KPI in Semarang. In this research use descriptive qualitative study. The aim using qualitative-descriptive methods to describe the role of NGO Koalisi Perempuan Indonesia (KPI) of Semarang in supporting the realization of public disclosure in the form of words or discourse through a proper and systematic interpretation. The results showed: 1) The role of KPI Semarang in empowering women through NGOs carried out through training and mentoring for joining develop independence. In here, the role of KPI Semarang are gathering to learn and motivator for women to know how to organize and politics. 2) Supporting factors in women\u27s empowerment program KPI of Semarang: Cooperation between NGOs and public officials, as well as the support of stakeholders such as governments, NGOs and other private organizations. Inhabiting factors: a) Inhibiting factors are derived from the group is: the lack of awareness and willingness to apply knowledge of the organization and get to know the world of politics. Pengalihan Kewenangan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Menengah Dari Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota Kepada Pemerintah Provinsi (Studi Kasus: Persiapaan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah)
Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai pihak yang memiliki andil besar dalam upaya pengalihan dan penerapan dari Pendidikan Menengah di Jawa Tengah ini tentu harus bekerja keras untuk mencapai kemaksimalan pengimplementasian. Kinerja yang baik dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi sebagai pelaksana akan berdampak besar pada hasil, diharapkan nantinya di tangan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah penyelenggaraan pendidikan tingkat menengah atas bisa berlangsung lebih baik, kualitasnya merata di semua daerah dan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik dan pendukung pendidikan meningkat dari yang diperoleh sebelumnya. Sesuai dengan pasal 404 UU Nomor 23/2014 yang menyatakan bahwa serah terima personel, pendanaan, sarana dan prasarana serta dokumen (P3D) sebagai akibat pembagian urusan pemerintah ini harus dilakukan paling lama 2 tahun Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Langkah – langkah apa yang diambil dalam persiapan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah untuk menghadapi Alih Kewenangan Pendidikan SMA/SMK dari Kabupaten/Kota ke Provinsi Jawa Tengahdan juga sebagai pemberi informasi tentang kesiapan Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam menghadapi pengalihan kewenangan pendidikan sesuai dengan UU No.23 tahun 2014.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan : 1) Proses persiapan yang telah dilakukan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi sudah berjalan denganbaik dengan menggunakan sistem komunikasi birokrasi. Ada beberapa langkah yang telah dilakukan seperti koordinasi, sosialisasi serta sinergisitas yang dilakukan bersama dengan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya dan tentunya dilaksanakan berdasar pada regulasi dan tata aturan kedinasan yang berlaku. 2) proses persiapan yang telah dilakukan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi yang berkaitan dengan Sumber Daya sudah berjalan dengak baik. Hal ini dilihat dari telah disiapkan nya sumber daya manusia yang memadai yaitu Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi yang bertugas mengelola dan mempersiapkan segala aspek mengenai alih kewenangan pendidikan di Jawa Tengah. Selain itu Sumber Daya yang berkaitan dengan segala proses alih kewenangan yang ditujukan untuk sasaran dari kebijakan ini yaitu Daerah Kabupaten/Kota dan sekolah-sekolah Menengah yang ada di dalamnya juga sudah disiapkan dengan baik. 3) sikap pelaksana ditunjukan dengan adanya profesionalisme kerja dan komitmen yang dimiliki oleh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai Leading Sektor dari proses persiapan alih kewenangan pendidikan. Pelaksana sudah memiliki semangat yang baik dalam bekerja, ide dan gagasan juga sudah dimunculkan untuk diterapka pada diri pegawai itu sendiri dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. 4) struktur birokrasi di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah sudah berjalan dengan baik. Ditunjukan dengan adanya penempatan pegawai sesuai dengan keahliannya “the right man on the right place”. Dengan begitu akan mempermudah proses alih kewenangan pendidikan berjalan sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan

Mathematics learning aims to develop students’ critical thinking. Therefore, it is necessary to develop Student Worksheet to train students' critical thinking skills. This research aims to develop student worksheet that has characteristics of critical thinking skill for 7th grade Junior High School students (SMP). The sample in this research is VII-7 class with 30 students of the second semester of SMP Negeri 9 Palembang. The research method used is a development research method that consists of analysis, design, evaluation, and revision. Data collection is done by prototyping. Prototyping was used to find out how the characteristics of student worksheet to develop critical thinking ability of grade 7th students. The result of this research is characteristic of student worksheet to develop critical thinking ability of 7th grade Junior High School student.\ud

As an inpatient health centers have facilities and medical capabilities theinitial reference point and as an organizer of a national health insurance services(JKN) or BPJS kesehatandi Jepara district, health centers and clinics MlonggoKalinyamatan required to always improve the quality of service to meet theexpectations and customer satisfaction. Effort - the government\u27s efforts toimprove the quality of health services for the realization of a prosperous societyby organizing a national health insurance to the public in order to get properhealth care for free. However, despite no health insurance often poor and lessable to keep trouble getting the health care they deserve. This makes the need forevaluation of the quality of services of the National Health Insurance program(JKN) in health centers and community health centers Kalinyamatan Mlonggo.This study is a qualitative research. The data source for this study issecondary data such as data obtained from the results of questionnaires that willbe used as the basis of calculation of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Dataanalysis was performed with Importance-Performance Analysis.Based on respondents\u27 perceptions of service quality indicators of thehealth center Kalinyamatan, it appears that the health center patientsKalinyamatan less satisfied with the quality of service of PuskesmasKalinyamatan. Kudus is one district that pro-investment in Central Java, by having as many as 13.659 UMKM in 2014UU No. 20 of 2004 on UMKM, the empowerment of UMKM itself was an attempt by the government, local government, businesss and society synergilistically. Conceptually UMKM mainly to do with the system itself is empowering UMKM. Empowerment success relies heavily on the participation of UMKM as actors and other stakeholders who as well and was intrumental in this development

Corruption has been exsited in Indonesia since long time ago and become a hereditary tradition from Orde Lama, Orde Baru, up to this present Reformation Era. Corruption in this country has reached epidemic level and threatens this nation, which is why cleaning up the enroot culture of corruption is needed, starting from the morality, behavior, and bureaucracy that might influence us to do something corrupt. The reasons for corruption are vary. Corruption is often attributed to the low salary, the wish to gain a lot of money in just a short time, and the influence of others, or even ourselves. Many efforts have been made by previous government and people to put a stop to it.Indonesia's Corruption Eradicaton Commision (Indonesian: Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, abbreviated KPK) is a government agency established to fight corruption. There is also a lot of Non-governmental Organizations (abbreviated NGO) that operate independently of government which has been recognized by Indonesian citizen and government itself. The spirit of "Good Governance, dare to be honest is cool" and stiff penalties that await are hoped can reduce corruption to the barest minimum. Corruption is not only performed in national scope, but also in regional scope.
