    Paradigm life management Organize and Supervise (ADA) is a management system that is a lot of life imposed on developing countries including Indonesia. Implementation of the ADA system is very dominant in the implementation of the SVLK. As a center for the furniture industry, Jepara district into areas that feel the direct impact of policy implementation SVLK. This study aimed to evaluate the role of SVLK in the "lead" in Jepara furniture industry for management of environment as the UKL UPL / DPLH he had. Research conducted by survey method through descriptive analysis approach. Samples are 37 companies that obtained by using a convenience sampling technique sometimes called Incidental techniques. Stages of research includes interviews and questionnaires and review management reports and environmental monitoring to be studied and evaluated. The survey results revealed that the controlling paradigm ADA SVLK has not been able to contribute the maximum in affecting the furniture industry for its mengeimplementasikan UKL-UPLKeywords: ADA, SVLK, UKL UPL, the furniture industry.Cara sitasi: Ferdian, H., Purwanto, dan Santoso,H. Notebook is a technology equipment that has been chosen to assist in the execution of tasks from school or duties of the office. The form is simple and practical, and comes with some interesting features make Notebook users increasingly more freely given the freedom to be more creative in their ideas of creative -ide owned. Currently there are some interesting deals offered by many electronics companies primarily engaged in the business of selling Notebook. Notebook many choices often makes prospective consumers confused to choose one of the many options offered. The author intends to give recommendations to consumers about the election Notebook. In the selection of twelve criteria, namely, design includes colors, models and extrinsic value. The next criteria is memory, connectors, data transfer and performance criteria being part of the supporting technology. Display and Audio is the next criteria include graphics, sound and Pixcel. The size and position of choice for media input criteria. There are four alternatives used in sorting Notebook, they are Toshiba, Asus, Samsung and HP Method used in the study is Technic for Order preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). With this method is expected to assist in decision making Notebook election. Based on the data obtained through the questionnaire and performed the data processing can be seen from the four alternatives the maximum to meet the set criteria is Toshiba with a value of 0.56

    Development of Information and Technology gives space to the industry and business global advancement which has function as Planning and Decision. Information Technology goes into the more strategic business of provider. Owners of the provider deal with a reality to take necessary decision. High technology without good human sources is useless. Leader choice from some of the best candidate is objectively referable to decide a leader in suitable position. Recommendation is not the only one guaranty to choose employee as a leader. It should have a way and method as leader alternative election that suitable with needs. At this research, Profile matching method is used alternatively to give assessment and evaluation of key performance index of each employee as a leader recruitment. There are three aspect of conducting assessment and evaluation. They are Intelligence Aspect, Attitude Aspect, and Behavioral Aspect. There are some levels of Intelligence Aspect; creativity, intelectual activity and solution, initiative, concentration and anticipation. Attitude Aspect has accuracy, responsiblity, control sense, motivation, planning, and carefulness. Lastly, Behavioral Aspect consists of subservience, sincerity, indpendent and dynamic, influence. There is a rank changing from candidate after calculating with profile matching method whose employee within K5 code has first position at 6,55 compared with manually calcualting at second position

    Design of Stocking Density of Broilers for Closed House in Wet Tropical Climates

    The objectives of this research were to: 1) design the stocking density of broiler reared at a closed house system in wet tropical climates based on the heat released by broiler, 2) design broiler harvesting system based on the housing heat load, and 3) design required housing area based on the broiler age. The housing design used to determine the broiler stocking density was based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with Solid Works Flow Simulation software. The method had good validation shown by small number of average percentage of deviation (6.07%). Simulation was carried out by changing the number of broilers i.e. 16, 18, 20, 21 and 22 birds/m2. According to the CFD simulation result, total heat load inside the house was 233.33 kW at 21 birds/m2 at weight 1.65 kg/bird. At that stocking density the housing can be occupied by 27,224 birds until 22 days of age. The highest total weight was produced by daily harvesting started from 22 to 32 d. It can be concluded that the stocking density of closed house for broiler is 34.65 kg/m2, total production is 45,717 kg per period and the required area for 27,224 broilers is 248.63 m2 (1 to 7 days of age broiler), 562.52 m2 (8 to 14 days of age broiler) and 1,000 m2 (15 to 22 days of age broiler)

    The relationship of biological properties of peat with oil palm basal stem rot (BSR) caused by Ganoderma.  Indonesia as the largest palm oil producer in the world, has the large percentage of oil palm on peatland. The serious problems of cultivating oil palm on peatland is the presence of BSR disease caused by Ganoderma. There are no effective methods to control the spread of this disease. Biological control is an environmentally friendly alternative method focus, but on peatland, the development of this method is constrained by lack of information about the effect of biological environmental factors. This study aims to determine the effect of the biological propertiess  of peat on the intensity of Ganoderma attacks on oil palm. The relationship between the intensity of Ganoderma attacks and biological properties of peat was carried out by correlation test. The correlation analysis showed that the biological properties  of peat has not correlated with the Ganoderma attacks, except Summed Dominant Ratio of vegetation which tends to positively correlate to the number of Ganoderma antagonists. These results indicate that peatland vegetation management by maintaining the diversity of vegetation around oil palm can help reduce Ganoderma attacks.
