Efektifitas Trainer Pneumatik Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Pada Materi Pengontrolan Gerak Sekuensial
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of pneumatic trainer as instructional media in sequential motion control material. The research uses quasi-experimental method with pre and post test design. The material is limited to sequential motion control using two actuators for objects transfer. Control class uses instructional media training kit, while experimental class uses development-result trainer. Essay tests are in form of diagram circuit for application of electroplating products transfer. The results show that the developed pneumatic trainer and training kit are quite effective as media of learning in sequential motion control. Statistical tests indicate no significant difference between the two groups, so that it can be concluded that compared to training kit, the developed pneumatic trainer is not more effective as learning media
Pengaruh Jenis Perekat Terhadap Keruntuhan Lentur Balok Laminasi Galar Dan Bilah Vertikal Bambu Petung
Bonding technology in the term of lamination technique is the technique of merging small material with limited size into material that have bigger, longer, wider and thicker dimension. Synthetics commercial glues which commonly being used in Indonesia for wood bonding processes are urea formaldehyde and melamine formaldehyde. The natural weaknesses of laminated bamboo beam are bending and shear failures. The objectives of this research are to observe the influence glue type and the element of laminated beam of bamboo petung in bending and shear rupture. Preliminary test has been conducted to know more about the physical and mechanical behavior with ISO 3129-1975 standard. Two kinds of tests, bending and shear tests, have been carried out on both stripped and flatted laminated bamboos. Flatted beam was arranged with 13 layers of flatted bamboos, while stripped beam was made by almost 65 stripped bamboos that were arranged into 5 lamination layers. Cold pressure processes of urea and melamine were used on these vertical layers of laminated beam. Hydraulics jack was used to make 2.5 MPa pressure. Four points statically load system was applied on both bending and shear tests. From the preliminary tests on bamboos from Magelang have been noted that the moisture content and the density were 12.48% and 0.98 g/cm3, respectively. The mechanical behavior indicated the compression parallel and perpendicular, tensile, modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity, shear strength were 62.53 MPa, 14.54 MPa, 203.374 MPa, I62.34 MPa, 13589 MPa and 9.18 MPa, respectively. Nevertheless, from the preliminary tests on bamboos .from Wates indicated that the moisture content and the density were 23.75% and 0.702 g/cm3 while the mechanical behavior were 44.468 MPa, 13.407 MPa, 157.065 MPa, 117.39 MPa, 18209 MPa and 10.20 MPa, respectively on similar parameters above. From the values of moment, stiffness and Modulus of Rupture (MOR) parameters in bending and shear tests, it can concluded that the strength stripped laminated beam was higher than that of flatted laminated

Multimedia Animasi Mekanisme Komponen Pneumatik
Tuj uan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, antara siswa yang mengunakan media animasi dengan siswa yang menggunakan media power point sebagai media tayang. Seting pembelajaran di l akukan pada mata pelajaran D KTM khususnya pada kompetensi dasar mengetahui si mbol dan cara kerj a komponen pneumatik. Penel itian menggunakan metode quasi eksperi men dengan posttest only control group design. Data diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar terhadap 80 siswa yang terdiri atas 44 siswa pada kelas kontrol dan 36 si swa pada kel as eksperi men. H asi l penel iti an menunj ukkan rata-rata hasi l bel aj ar siswa pada kelas eksperi men sebesar 57,48, lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol sebesar 39,68. Pemetaan SMK Di Jawa Barat, Bangka Belitung Dan Kalimantan Tengah
Since 2005 the Directorate of Vocational High School Development (Direktorat PSMK) has launched a national program of vocational high school (SMK) development on a large scale with the scenario of increasing the quantity vocational high school students and reducing the number of senior high school students (SMA) or known by the scheme of 70:30. Its fundamental consideration is to reduce the unemployment rate of SMA graduates can who not continue to studies to their further higher level of education. While the development of vocational education is expected to expand the employment absorption in the greater world of industry. The implications to the above national program significance of the increasing numbers of new SMK spreading from both in urban and rural . Some of both public and private vocational schools has emerged quickly, even in some areas there are primary school, junior or vocational school used to make the CMS. This condition is certainly worrying, on the one side it is line with the national program but on the other side the increase in quantity does not linearly correlate with the quality. More over the relevence of the SMK competence program has not been thoroughly examined an in depth study that can give an impact on the employment absorption in the world of indutry. Aperiodically comprehensive mapping of the all existing vocational the schools need tobe done ranging especially from the availability of the teachers the program expertise as well as the and the infrastructure as well as development of the students, including the increasing the number of teachers, the interest of the community as well as programs being carried out in SMK. The method used in conducting the research is a descriptive method, this method describes the condition of the existing vocational schools in each subject study area. Data is collected through using the census method and documentation methods. Pengaruh Waktu Perendaman Ekstrak Kopi Untuk Menginhibisi Korosi Pada Besi
Perkembangan material khususnya logam, sangat signifikan dalam perkembangan proses dan teknologi, sehingga sangat penting membuat logam tersebut tahan lama dengan menghambat laju korosi. Kafein dalam kopi dapat menghambat laju korosi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh penambahan ekstrak kafein dari kopi sebagai inhibitor terhadap laju korosi besi dalam media NaCl 0,2% dan 1% dan mendapatkan waktu perendaman optimum melalui nilai efisiensi inhibisi. Ekstrak kafein diperoleh dari kopi dengan cara mengeringkan dengan menggunakan oven pada suhu 105°C selama 2 jam. Serbuk kopi dengan ukuran 40 mesh direfluks dan filtratnya diekstrak dengan diklorometan. Larutan dimasukkan dalam rotary evaporator dengan putaran 155 rpm pada 400°C selama 10 menit kemudian larutan tersebut diencerkan dengan aquadest 100 ml hingga menghasilkan larutan kafein sebagai larutan inhibior. Inhibitor ekstrak kafein dari kopi ditambahkan ke dalam media korosi NaCl dengan konsentrasi 8 ppm dengan variasi waktu 0,5; 1; 2; 3 dan 4 hari. Perhitungan laju korosi menggunakan pengurangan berat atau metode gravimetri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan inhibitor dengan kandungan ekstrak kopi 8 ppm dapat menurunkan laju korosi besi dalam media NaCl 0,2% sebesar 0,0042 g/m2 per hari dengan waktu pelapisan optimal 1 hari dan efisiensi inhibisi sebesar 54,56%. Sedangkan dalam media NaCl 1%, laju korosi sebesar 0,05 g/m2 per hari dengan waktu pelapisan optimal 0,5 hari dan efisiensi inhibisi sebesar 52,48%
