APLIKASI PEMESANAN LAPANGAN FUTSAL BERBASIS WEB PADA GIGA FUTSAL ARENA

Abstrak: Giga Futsal Arena Metro merupakan salah satu tempat lapangan futsal di daerah Kota Metro. Hasil pengamatan dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemesanan lapangan pada Giga Futsal Arena Metro masih dilakukan secara manual dimana pelanggan terdaftar memesan melalui telepon sedangkan pelanggan baru harus memesan dan memeriksa ketersediaan lapangan dengan datang secara langsung. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini, penulis merancang aplikasi pemesanan lapangan futsal berbasis website dengan metode System Life Development Cycle (SDLC). Selain itu, penulis menggunakkan bahasa pemograman PHP, HTML serta MySQL sebagai database. Hasil dari perancangan ini menghasilkan sistem yang menyajikan informasi mengenai ketersediaan lapangan untuk dipesan sehingga pelanggan tidak perlu datang ke lokasi untuk melakukan transaksi pemesanan lapangan futsal. Meskipun begitu, adapun kekurangan  dalam perancangan ini yakni status booking pada website harus diganti secara manual oleh admin website. Oleh karena itu, penulis berharap kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat mengautomatisasikan penggantian status booking lapangan tersebut.  Abstract: Giga Futsal Arena Metro is one of futsal field venues in Metro City area. The results of observations and interviews showed that the field ordering system at Giga Futsal Arena Metro was still conducted manually where registered members had to order via phone call and new members had to order and checked the availability of the field by coming in person to the arena. With this problem, the author designed a website-based futsal field booking application using System Life Development Cycle (SDLC) method. In addition, the author used programming languages such as PHP, HTML as well as MySQL as the database. The results of this design produced a system that provides information about the availability of the field to order so that customers do not have to come to the location to conduct the transactions for ordering futsal fields. Even so, the weakness of this website is the booking status on the website must be changed manually by the website administrator. Nata De Coco Production with Addition of Antocyanin from Mangosteen Peel Extract

Mangosteen peel is rich antioxidant compounds which are very beneficial for human health and this potential is being utilized by the community. Mangosteen peel extract contains anthocyanin compounds. Anthocyanin are considered as active compounds whose consumption is associated with beneficial health effects. Nata de coco has many benefits for health, especially digestion, because of its high fiber content, low calories, and does not contain cholesterol. This research examines the optimum operating conditions of the nata de coco production process with the addition of mangosteen peel anthocyanin extract and the characteristics of the resulting nata de coco. This research study was carried out with various variables including: The ratio between mangosteen peel extract and coconut water (1:19 and 9:1 (v/v)), fermentation time 10 and 13 days), and Acetobacter xylinum volume (2,5% and 10%). During the research, the water content of the mangosteen peel was analyzed for yield and Total Anthocyanin Content. Upaya pencegahan resiko disfungsi keluarga melalui permainan kotak edukasi berbasis Talking Pen

One aspect of outcome in national expansion is the development of a prosperous family (UU No. 52 year 2009). Each parent is obliged to care, educate, guide the lives of children to adulthood. Therefore, in the PP No. 21 year 1994 family function includes functions of religion, social and cultural, affection, protection, socialization and education, economic and environmental development. The purpose of carrying out this program, specifically: 1) Provides additional knowledge about the function and role of family through educational games "GANSIA" that can be played by all family members, 2) Creation of communities that are able to accomplish the function of family optimally. The objective of this program established in RW 06 Kecamatan Sagulung where there are 1,061 inhabitants. The majority of residents work for industrial workers, shipyards, teachers and merchants. The implementation method of this program will be made by pretest and post test method. The potential results of this program are: 1) Establishment of community "Rumah Permata", moreover as a counseling amenity, mentoring family welfare education, and the establishment of productive household enhancement, 2) Potential for obtaining Intellectual Property Rights is a patent for the invention of an educational box game accompanied by Talking Pen accordingly themed with the local sagacity of Kota Batam. Tujuan melaksanakan kegiatan ini, yaitu: 1) Memberikan tambahan pengetahuan mengenai fungsi dan peran keluarga melalui permainan edukasi “GANSIA” yang dapat dimainkan oleh seluruh anggota keluarga, 2) Terciptanya masyarakat yang mampu menjalankan fungsi keluarga secara optimal. Sasaran kegiatan ini berada di RW 06 Kecamatan Sagulung dimana terdapat 1.061 jiwa. Mayoritas warga bekerja sebagi buruh industri, galangan kapal, guru dan pedagang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini akan dibuat dengan metode pretest dan post test. Potensi hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Pembentukan kelompok masyarakat “Rumah Permata”, sebagai wadah konseling, pendampingan edukasi kesejahteraan keluarga, dan pembentukan usaha rumah tangga produktif, 2) Potensi mendapatkan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual berupa paten atas terciptanya permainan kotak edukasi berbasis Talking Pen bertemakan kearifan lokal Batam. SISTEM PRESENSI KEPEGAWAIAN UNIVERSITAS BUANA PERJUANGAN KARAWANG PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Pandemi Covid-19 yang merebak di dunia terutama Indonesia mengharuskan manusia untuk membiasakan diri dengan hal-hal yang baru, seperti menerapkan protokol kesehatan saat melakukan aktivitas atau kegiatan. Salah satu contohnya yaitu kegiatan presensi kepegawaian di Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang yang menggunakan sidik jari saat melakukan presensi. Presensi dengan sidik jari yang notabene dengan melakukan sentuhan langsung, perlu diganti dengan alternatif lain seperti QR Code. QR Code dapat dipindai tanpa menyentuh langsung alat pemindai, sehingga dapat mencegah penyebaran covid-19. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sedangkan pengujian dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu pengujian jarak dari alat pemindai terhadap QR Code, dan pengujian fungsionalitas sistem dengan menggunakan Black Box Testing. Adanya sistem tersebut, menjadi alternatif baru dalam melakukan presensi kepegawaian di Universitas Buana Perjungan Karawang pada masa pandemi covid-19 seperti sekarang ini

KEARIFAN LOKAL MEGOU PA’ SEBAGAI PREVENTIF KEHAMILAN DILUAR NIKAH PADA MASYARAKAT TULANG BAWANG

Seks bebas yang menjadi problem sosial di kalangan remaja telah menimbulkan banyak dampak negatif seperti kehamilan diluar nikah dan tindakan aborsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Megou Pa’ Tulang Bawang yang memiliki milai-nilai preventif dalam mencegah terjadinya kehamilan diluar nikah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Tulang Bawang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kesopanan antara laki-laki dan perempuan serta menganggap tabu hubungan seksual sebelum menikah. Free sex which is a social problem among teenagers has caused many negative impacts such as pregnancy out of wedlock and abortion. This study aims to examine the values of local wisdom Megou Pa' Tulang Bawang which has preventive values in preventing pregnancies outside of marriage. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Tulang Bawang community upholds the values of modesty between men and women and considers sexual relations taboo before marriage

Hubungan Asupan Gizi Sarapan dan Status Ekonomi dengan Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Jambi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi hubungan asupan gizi sarapan dan status ekonomi dengan kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 23 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling. Diperoleh rincian 10 siswa laki – laki dan 13 siswa perempuan. Instrumen mengukur asupan gizi sarapan menggunakan food record selama 3 hari, status ekonomi menggunakan angket dibuat peneliti dan kebugaran jasmani menggunakan TKJI untuk usia 13 – 15 tahun. Data Asupan Gizi siswa putra diperoleh sebanyak 5 orang (50%) memiliki skor food record 454,91 – 655,74 kategori baik, 2 orang (20%) memiliki skor 254,06 – 454,90 kategori sedang, dan 3 orang (30%) memiliki skor 53,23 – 254,05 kategori kurang. Sedangkan untuk putri sebanyak 2 orang (15%) memiliki skor food record 414,32 – 621,31 kategori baik, 6 orang (46%) memiliki skor 207,32 – 414,31 dengan kategori sedang, 5 orang (38%) memiliki skor 0,31 – 207,31 kategori kurang dan 0 orang (9%) memiliki skor 0 – 0,3 dengan kategori kurang sekali. Untuk data kebugaran jasmani diperoleh sebanyak 2 orang (10%) memiliki nilai 22 – 25 dengan kategori baik sekali, 12 orang (57%) memiliki nilai 18 – 21 dengan kategori baik, dan 9 orang (33%) memiliki nilai 14 - 17 dengan kategori sedang. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan gizi sarapan dan status ekonomi dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Jambi, dengan nilai R hitung .554a > r tabel (.307)

Efficacy of Bacillus subtilis to replace in-feed antibiotics of broiler chickens under necrotic enteritis-challenged experiments: a systematic review and meta-analysis

ABSTRACT: Necrotic enteritis (NE) and coccidiosis are among the most prevalent infectious diseases in broiler chickens, contributing to large profitability losses. Bacillus subtilis is a promising direct-fed probiotic to counter various pathogens infection in broiler chickens. Here, we performed a meta-analysis to investigate the effects of B. subtilis on broiler chickens performance. A total of 28 studies were selected according to a PRISMA checklist. Random-effect model and mixed-effect model of meta-analysis were fitted to estimate the overall effects of B. subtilis (BS) treatment compared to either the control group (CON) or NE-infected group (NEinf) as a baseline. Hedges' g effect size and its variance were used as estimators of standardized mean difference (SMD) calculation where the results were presented at a 95% confidence interval (95% CI) of the SMD. Overall, NEinf broiler chickens depressed (P < 0.01) body weight (BW), average daily gain (ADG), and feed intake, and elevated (P < 0.01) feed conversion ratio (FCR). Treatment with BS improved ADG and final BW of NEinf with no difference (P = 0.15) between BS and antibiotics (AB), indicating that they had comparable efficacy to treat NE in broiler chickens. BS supplemented to uninfected CON (BSS) improved (P < 0.01) final BW, ADG, and FCR. Compared to CON, BS, and AB failed to recover the FCR but these treatments decreased (P < 0.01) FCR when compared to the NEinf group with similar efficacy (P = 0.97). As expected, NEinf birds had a higher mortality rate (P < 0.01) and higher lesion score (P < 0.01) compared to CON, and treatment using AB and BS successfully decreased (P < 0.01) the mortality rate and lesion score. Compared to BS, AB was more effective to lower (P = 0.01) mortality rate, but comparable (P = 0.65) to minimize lesion score. To conclude, B. subtilis could be an effective natural additive to replace in-feed antibiotics in broiler chickens challenged with C. perfringens.
