Respon Pertumbuhan Umbi Ginseng Jawa (Talinum Paniculatum Gaertn) pada Berbagai Media [ Growth Response Of Javanese Ginseng (Talinum Paniculatum Gaertn) On Different Griwing Medium ]
Produk dari Talinum paniculatum Gaertn adalah bohlam, pertumbuhan yang dipengaruhi oleh media tumbuh. Untuk mendukung Groth kondisi Talinum paniculatum Gaertn media harus remah, subur, dan yang dapat dihukum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membentuk komposisi media yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan Talinum paniculatum. Penelitian dilakukan di kebun percobaan STIPER Jember selama enam bulan, dari April 2012 sampai Oktober 2012 di ketinggian 89 m di atas permukaan laut. Desain percobaan Acak Lengkap Rancangan (acak kelompok) dengan 10 perlakuan komposisi media. Pengobatan yang komposisi tanah yang berbeda: Pasir: Pupuk kandang, terdiri os A = 1: 1: 1, B = 1: 0: 0, C = 1: 1: 0, D = 1: 0: 1, E = 2: 1: 1, F = 1: 2: 1, G = 1: 1: 2, H = 2: 1: 2, I = 2: 2: 1. J = 1: 2: 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komposisi media 1 bahwa: 1: 2 (G) produk pertumbuhan terbaik dari Talinum paniculatum
Optimization of Concentration and EM4 Augmentation for Improving Bio-Gas Productivity From Jatropha Curcas Linn Capsule Husk
Most literature suggests that two-phase digestion is more efficient than single-phase. The series of two-phase digestion studies have been conducted from 2011 to 2013 at the research farm of PT Bumimas Ekapersada, West Java, Indonesia. This paper reports on a research on optimation of concentration and augmentation of EM-4 (effective microorganism-4), a local commercial decomposer, as efforts to stabilize a biogas technology which made from husk capsules of Jatropha curcas Linn (DH-JcL). The studies of increasing organic loading rate (OLR) for the two-phase digestion was conducted to improve efficiency. The concentration variable studied was 1: 8 (1 part DH-JCL and 8 parts water), compared to 1: 12 as a control. The augmentation treatment is the addition of EM-4 by 5% (v/v). It was also examined the augmentation of F2-EM4 (150 times duplication of EM-4) due to cost consideration. The studies were conducted in the laboratory which using a liter and two liters of glass digester and glass wool as immobilized growth. The results of this study support the previous studies: the optimum concentration was 1: 8, EM-4 was able to increase biogas production in two-phase digestion, yet biogas production decrease at single-phase. F2-EM4's ability to support production of biogas were equivalent to that of EM-4
The Effect of Workload on Air Traffic Controller Performance at Perum LPPNPI Kupang Branch
This research was conducted at Perum LPPNPI Kupang Branch, which is located at El Tari Airport Kupang, from February to July 2021. The problem with this research is the difficulty of communicating between ATC and pilots caused by the blind spot making the ATC workload level increase. One of the reasons for the high workload is the high traffic from year to year. This study aims to obtain an overview of the workload level and performance of air traffic controller personnel at Perum LPPNPI Kupang Branch and find out how much influence the load has on work has on the performance of air traffic controllers at Perum LPPNPI Kupang Branch. Based on this research, the level of workload in Perum LPPNPI Kupang branch is shown at 70.03%. The workload is said to be high in the work group. Then on the Y variable, the performance level obtained is 52.6%, which is quite a percentage. In the calculation of the workload correlation coefficient of -0.8782, The figure is the interpretation of the correlation coefficient of the results obtained between the relationship between the variable x (workload) and the variable y (performance) is strong. The coefficient of determination (r2) is 77.13%; the remaining 22.87% is influenced by other factors that are not examined

Before madrasah or Islamic school is built, mosque functions generally for holding education and includes every activity. The development of Islamic school firstly comes in three stages: first, mosque, second, institution of Masjid-Khan and third is Madrasah or Islamic school. Madrasah in Indonesia is Islamic education institution having long history. The trace exploration of the Islamic school is started by efforts of developing Islamic education system conducted by either Islamic figures or social-religious organizations. The development is influenced by policies through time, Dutch colonialism period, Japan colonialism period, independence era, old-period, and new period in Indonesia. The regulation of Sisdiknas No.20 in 2003 it is explained “education channel consists of formal education, non formal education and informal education completed and enriched each other. This article examines teachers and professional development in the world of education. The teacher is someone who plays an important role in the achievement of educational goals. To achieve this goal, professional teachers are very much needed, therefore the teacher's profession in each teacher must be developed. Professional teacher coach and development including the development of pedagogical competencies, personality competencies, social and professional competencies. Professional teacher development can be carried out at Teacher Professional Education Institutions because of that, becomes an institution that is specifically tasked with conducting teacher professional education and has the authority to become a teacher certification institution, despite teacher education programs and competency areas being taught the teacher is the responsibility of the Non-Teaching Study Program in the PT-LPTK (Teacher Training Institute).</jats:p
Pengaruh Keikutsertaan Anak di Pendidikan Al–Qur'an (TPQ) terhadap Prestasi Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Dasar
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh keikutsertaan anak di TPQ terhadap prestasi belajar PAI di SDN 01 Karang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas V di SDN 01 Karang Tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan rumus Person Product Moment. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Untuk memperoleh data yang benar demi sesuai dengan kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan keadan yang ada dilokasi penelitian. Sebelum melakukan penggolahan data, terlebih dahulu peneliti melakukan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas, agar instrument yang digunakan sudah valid dan sudah reabel sehingga data yang diperoleh bersifat reabel. Setelah memperoleh hasil penelitian, maka data akan dioleh dengan menggunakan uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat hubungan antara keikutsertaan anak di TPQ dengan prestasi belajar PAI siswa kelas V SDN 01 Karang dengan hasil analisis perhitungan korelasi product moment yaitu hasil N = 34 pada tariff signifikan 5% = rtabel = 0,339 dan rhitung = 0,730. Sehigga disimpulakan rhitung = 0,730 ≥ rtabel = 0,339

Antioksidan merupakan senyawa yang mudah rusak karena sensitifitasnya yang tinggi terhadap cahaya, oksigen, dan suhu. Perlindungan senyawa antioksidan antara lain dapat dilakukan dengan enkapsulasi secara coacervation. Sebagai enkapsulan dapat digunakan alginat yang disubstitusi menggunakan 25 % tapioka teroksidasi dengan konsentrasi suspensi 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi kapsul antioksidan ampas kopi pada susu sterilisasi yang disimpan pada suhu dingin dan suhu ruang dapat menghambat proses oksidasi susu. PEMBUATAN ES KRIM EKSTRAK UBI JALAR UNGU (Ipomea batatas L.) DENGAN
Ekstrak ubi jalar ungu dapat dibuat menjadi es krim. Pembuatan es krim dari ekstrak ubi jalar ungu perlu penambahan susu full cream sebagai sumber lemak
dan protein sehingga terbentuk emulsi minyak dalam air. Pada pembuatan es krim diperlukan bahan penstabil, dan pembuih. Penstabil yang banyak digunakan
dalam pembuatan es krim adalah karagenan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh jumlah susu full cream dan karagenan yang tepat sehingga dihasilkan
es krim ubi jalar ungu dengan sifat fisik yang baik dan disukai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 2 faktor. Faktor
A : jumlah susu full cream (5%, 10%, 15%) dan faktor B : jumlah karagenan (0,3%, 0,5%) dari volume ekstrak ubi jalar ungu, dengan 3 kali pengulangan.
Parameter yang diamati adalah sifat fisik es krim meliputi overrun, kecerahan (menggunakan colour reader), tekstur (menggunakan pnetrometer), kecepatan
meleleh, dan sifat sensoris (kesukaan warna, tekstur, rasa, dan keseluruhan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sifat-sifat es krim yang baik dihasilkan pada
jumlah penambahan susu full cream 15% dan karagenan 0,5% (A3B2). Es krim yang dihasilkan mempunyai nilai overrun 66,27%, nilai kecerahan 75,34,
nilai chroma 1,13, nilai tekstur 27,20 mm/10 s, kecepatan meleleh 15,63% / 15 menit, dan nilai kesukaan warna, tekstur, rasa, serta keseluruhan berturut-turut
yaitu 2,96; 3,52; 3,92; 4,00 (agak suka sampai suka)
