Differences between learning model of inquiry and direct instruction toward learning outcomes on discus throw
Determining the learning model in teaching and learning activities will help students succeed, especially in physical education lessons. A Teacher is demanded to choose the right learning model according to the needs field need suitable for a pupil's characteristic. This research aims to find out determine differences between the learning model of inquiry and direct instruction on learning outcomes of discus throw. The subject of the study is students of grade ninth in State Junior High School three Pekanbaru. The research method is an experiment in which each group is fifteen students in inquiry learning models and indirect instruction models. The in research was t, the instrument discus throw, which consists of holding the discus, approaching, throwing, and following through. The T-test is an analysis technique of the data in this study by presenting two different learning groups. The result of the use of products learning outcomes of discus throwing on students of grade ninth at state junior high school three Pekanbaru by implementing inquiry learning models and direct instruction in learning of discus throw. The inquiry learning model in this study showed better results than direct instruction. The gain of students' average value contributed 13.5, whereas the average value of students in direct instruction was 12.0. Therefore, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model is better to be implemented for the learning of physical education, especially on discus throw lesson than the implementation of direct instruction in State Junior High School three Pekanbaru
Ladder drill portable: Agility tools for sports
The development of portable ladder drills as a medium for agility training has never been touched once. The ladder drill tool's mobile concept will make it easier for the trainer to use the device with a variety of varied agility training movements and can be used in more sports. Based on this, the research is carried out in an effort to make portable ladder drill training media that is useful as a medium for agility training. This research uses research and development level 3 methods. Product trials are conducted in three types, that is one on one practices with four respondents, small group trials worked with five respondents athletes, students majoring in Sports Education FKIP Universitas Riau, and large-scale tests. They work on 11 athletes KONI and Dispora Riau Province. The data analysis technique used in this research is the quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Furthermore, data collection techniques use a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of this study indicate that: assessments made by material experts, media experts, one-on-one trials, small-scale trials, and large-scale trials are above 83 percent. Based on this study results, it can be concluded that the development of portable ladder drills is declared feasible as a medium to increase agility by sports actors. Considering that this development still has shortcomings, future research recommendations are related to providing cheaper and more functional product materials in terms of equipment installation efficiency
Lectora inspire software development in the learning of pencak silat
Entering the 4.0 era, innovation and learning development are needed as well in the world of refereeing, development is intended to make it easier and help to reduce mistakes in leading matches. This study aims to develop lectora inspire which will be used in martial art refinement. This type of research is a research and development (R&D) research. The subjects of this study use a small scale with a total of 10 students from the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Riau. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of the research on the development tools of lectora inspire on martial art refinement are good, this is explained from the results of the validation of the content/material aspects with an average score of 4.29, the learning aspects are categorized as good with an average score of 4.34, the programming aspects and the media aspects have good categories. From the results of small group trials conducted by 10 subjects, data are obtained and it is concluded that the Lectora Inspire application is in good category with an average score of 4.32 and is able to be applied in learning martial art refinement. These results are intended to make it easier and help to reduce errors in the referee's assignment when serving on a small scale. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the development of learning media for refereeing martial art by utilizing lectora inspire is suitable for use as a medium in learning audio-visual based martial art on a small scale
Penyusunan norma tes fisik pencak silat remaja kategori tanding
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menyusun norma tes fisik pencak silat remaja kategori tanding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet pencak silat remaja kategori tanding DIY yang berjumlah 42 atlet putra dan 46 atlet putri. Penyusunan norma menggunakan rumus norma 5 skala. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pearson correlation. Hasil penelitian berupa norma tes fisik pencak silat remaja kategori tanding yang terdiri dari 8 item tes, yaitu: fleksibilitas (sit and reach), kecepatan (sprint 30 meter), kekuatan lengan (push up 30 detik), kekuatan tungkai (wall sit test), kelincahan (side step), power tungkai (standing broad jump), daya tahan anaerobik (sprint 300 meter), dan daya tahan aerobik (multy fitness test). Tes dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dengan p < 0,05.Ā Ā Norm drafting of pencak silat physical test for adolescent fighting categoryAbstractThis research aimed to know the norm of pencak silat physical test for adolescent fighting category. This research used survey method. The sample in this research was 42 men and 46 women of Pencak Silat adolescent fighting category. Data analysis used Pearson correlation.The result of the research was the norm of pencak silat physical test for adolescent fighting category, it was consisting of 8 test items: flexibility (sit and reach), speed (30 meters sprint), arm strength (30 seconds push up), leg strength (wall sit test), agility (side step), leg power (standing broad jump), anaerobic endurance (300 meters sprint) and (8) aerobic endurance (multy fitness test). The instrument in this research is the discus throw which consists of the phases of holding the discus, beginning, throwing, and followthrough. T-test is analysis technique of the data in this study by presenting two different learning groups. The result of the research is found the difference of the learning outcomes of discus throwing on students of grade IX in state junior high school 3 Pekanbaru by implementing both of inquiry learning model and direct instruction in learning of discus throw. Inquiry learning model in this study shows better results than direct instruction. The gain of an average value of student amount 13.5, whereas the average value of students in direct instruction is 12.0. So that it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model is better tobe implemented for learning of physical education especially on discus throw lesson than the implementation of direct instruction in State Junior High School 3 Pekanbaru.</jats:p
PENGEMBANGAN SOFTWARE TES FISIK PENCAK SILAT REMAJA KATEGORI TANDING
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan instrumen tes fisik pencak silat remaja kategori tanding, (2) menghasilkan software pengolah hasil tes fisik pencak silat remaja kategori tanding, dan (3) mengetahui validitas, reliabilitas dan norma tes fisik pencak silat remaja kategori tanding.
Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu langkah yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall yang di kelompokkan menjadi 6 prosedur yaitu: (1) pengumpulan informasi, (2) menganalisis hasil informasi, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) validasi ahli dan revisi I, (5) uji coba produk dan revisi II, dan (6) pembuatan produk akhir dan implementasi. Uji coba produk terbagi atas uji coba skala kecil melibatkan 9 pelatih perguruan kota yogyakarta dan uji sekala besar melibatkan
20 pelatih pencak silat (Pelatih Nasional wilayah DIY, Pelatih Pengda DIY dan Pelatih PORDA Kabupaten Bantul, Sleman, Kulon Progo, Kota Yogyakarta dan Gunung Kidul). Uji efektifitas melibatkan 6 pelatih dan 88 atlet pencak silat DIY
(PPLP, POPNAS, PAB), PAB Sleman, Atlet POSPEDA Bantul dan Sleman. Analisis data untuk validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan perhitungan pearson correlation, sedangkan uji efektifitas dari penggunaan software menggunakan uji paired sample t-test, dioperasikan melalui SPSS 16.
Hasil penelitian berupa buku tes fisik dan aplikasi software pencak silat remaja kategori tanding dengan item tes fisik terdiri dari 8 item tes yaitu: (1) fleksibilitas (sit and reach), (2) kecepatan (sprint 30 meter), (3) kekuatan lengan (push up 30 detik), (4) kekuatan tungkai (wall sit test), (5) kelincahan (side step), (6) power tungkai (standing broad jump), (7) daya tahan anaerobik (sprint 300 meter), dan (8) daya tahan aerobik (multy fitness test). Tes dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dengan p < 0,05. Kefektifan instrumen dilihat dari persentase penilaian pelatih dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik. Sedangkan software dinyatakan
efektif dengan p < 0,05.

Modul tutorial sebagai media pembelajaran pencak silat untuk siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul tutorial pembelajaran pencak silat yang dapat digunakan guru SMK dalam mata pelajaran Penjasorkes. Penelitian ini melalui 9 tahapan dengan mengadaptasi penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan model Sugiyono. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMK 1 Ngunut Kabupaten Tulungagung. Instrumen berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian berupa modul tutorial pembelajaran pencak silat yang terdiri dari: (1) teknik dasar pukulan; (2) teknik dasar tendangan; dan (3) sikap pencak silat. Model disusun dalam bentuk buku panduan dengan judul āModul Pembelajaran Pencak Silat untuk kelas XI SMA dan SMKā. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli materi, ahli media dan guru, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan modul tutorial pembelajaran pencak silat untuk siswa SMK layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran pencak silat untuk siswa SMK.Ā Tutorial module as learning media to pencak silat for vocational studentsĀ AbstractThis research aimed to produce a tutorial module as learning media for pencak silat which can be used by vocational teachers in Physical Education. The results of the research were a tutorial module as learning media for pencak silat consisting of: (1) basic blow technique; (2) basic kick technique; and (3) stance on pencak silat. Models arranged in a handbook entitled āModul Pembelajaran Pencak Silat untuk kelas XI SMA dan SMKā. Based on the assessment of matter experts, media experts and teachers, it can be concluded that the development of tutorial module as learning media to pencak silat for vocational students is suitable for learning pencak silat for vocational students.</jats:p
Profile Sabit Kick Speed Profile and General Speed of Pencak Silat Club Achievement
This research aims to describe the general speed profile and the specific speed of the athletes of the achievement Pencak silat club (PSP). The method used in this study is a non-experimental quantitative method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of this study amounted to 20 athletes of Pencak silat achievement Pencak silat club (PSP). The data collection technique in this study uses a Pencak silat parameter test (Lubis, J & Wardoyo, 2016), a general speed test using a running speed test as far as 20 meters, while a particular speed test using a sabit kick speed test for 10 seconds. The data processing technique uses a percentage for each classification with a formula (Anas Sudijono, n.d.). This study found results with a rate of 5% of achievement Pencak silat club athletes have the excellent classification, and 95% have a little variety in available speed through a 20-meter running speed test. In comparison, a remarkable speed 10% have the perfect classification, and 90% have good classification through tests Sabit kick speed for 10 seconds. The researcher concludes that the physical component of velocity is a crucial component to be improved in supporting achievement, both speed in general and speed specifically according to the needs of the sport of Pencak silat.

Analysis of Software Requirement Management Results for Physical Tests of Adolescent Pencak Silat Fighting Categories
Management of physical test result for adolescent pencak silat category in the current state is done manually so that it is prone to make errors and takes a long time which causes the data processing of test results to be less effective and efficient. This study aims to determine the needs of trainers for software to managing the physical results of adolescent pencak silat fighting category. The research method used is descriptive. Subjects involved in this study amounted to 6 trainers with certified trainer criteria, had accompanied competing athletes and academics who possessed theoretical and practical pencak silat knowledge. Data collection using was a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive statistics. The results of this study show that: the trainer had held physical exercises and physical tests for pencak silat. Physical tests conducted use the composition of adolescent pencak silat test match category. To run a simple test process, a physical pencak silat physical test guide is needed, together with norms for the assessment of test results. The results of physical tests that have been carried out are used to evaluate physical conditions and determine the training program. In order for the process of managing physical test results to be more effective and efficient, it is necessary to obtain the software for processing the results of adolescent pencak silat physical tests in match category. The conclusion of this research is there is a need of software for managing the physical test results of adolescent pencak silat in the fighting category.</jats:p
